Several operating problems not sure if it’s iOS or app but can’t rotate screen and can’t choose to type a name to personalise only get to select preset names.

Great Cards/Difficult Operating/Charge For Music
The cards are great, but it’s difficult setting them up. You can only send them by email, and if you want to add music, they charge you an additional $6.99 per card!
Not the easiest APP
AI Generation is nice but tweaking is required in most instances, this app does not allow that, only regeneration so you have to copy and manually retype. Don’t refresh offerings often enough, see same cards over & over

I like making people happy. These are wonderful surprises especially the videos of celebrity singers

Frustrated
It has been very frustrating trying to send a smash up card today to my daughter. There’s no instructions if that kind of card costs more. My friend said it’s $7.00.🤷♀️ Then I go to check out and it says pick your amount, I did, and it went right back to gift card list. I wanted to send more than $25, but less than $50. I couldn’t reach customer service, cuz you are closed today for upgrades. Only my second card since I signed up recently, but…😞
Irritating
Writing a message was difficult as I didn’t want AI’s help. It kept closing the message section. Change that please. Also - when I want to resend a card - I need to be able to change the message - and send the same lovely card to another friend. Change that too please.

Frustration - major app malfunction - waste of time and money
I spent an hour tonight trying to send a birthday card, using the App on my phone. Every time I tried to send the card , with its personalized greeting, it asked me to purchase the App first. This was despite the fact that I was already signed in and had paid for a year of membership a few weeks ago. I finally had to go to my desktop computer, use Safari and rewrite the card. Then after all that time I received a message that the card would not be sent until the next day. I don’t understand why since it wasn’t even close to midnight. Also when I tried to personalize the card, it forced me to use a dropdown menu for the recipient’s name , but his name wasn’t on the list . So I needed to change to another card. I feel like I wasted my money, buying a year’s membership with Blue Mountain .
Edit names
I wish I could type in names instead picking from a list.
People have different names now
it’s hard to use the names you have provided. Perhaps you can have an open feature to add the name in. Yeah
Smash ups
I wish you could personalize all those cards with the recipients name instead Having to choose from a list. Because I really like them a lot, but with so many unique names that makes impossible unless you can their name. Please work on that if you could.

Slow an poorly built
Slow and not very well built If you sign up with Apple OD you came not use the app on any other device - no option to change ID. I would avoid-great card but sadly they basically want you to buy a package for each device - Web you can sign into but has many more limitations (can’t access address book for one)

Blue Mountain E cards
Not the best digital cards. Very limited and most seem to be in an American format even the celebrity ones which there are very few of.. I’ve been with them for quite a few years and the cards including the animated ones seem old and not very appealing. I don’t send many cards because of this as I struggle to select anything worth sending. It’s more of a convenience to be honest.

We need to be able to enter names not listed.

Useless!
I have tried to download the App several times. It downloads from the Apple Store but, every time, it is totally unresponsive. I just get the mountain logo and nothing else.
Blind screen reader user
I am blind and use the voice over screen reader on my iPhone to send blue Mountain Ecards. The app is generally accessible. I gave it a four because it is not completely accessible. I do enjoy using the app and sending cards to my friends.
Restricted name options
There are some funny and cute cards in here but if you are planning to send to a friend or family member who has a name outside Blue Mountain’s version of 100 common names, you won’t be able to use the cards. Having just spent a lot of time trying to find something appropriate for a friend with a name common in Europe but not North America, I’m frustrated with the app and won’t renew the subscription.
US names!
Fun, but smash ups are limited for UK as we have different names - eg no Archie…
Wonderful e-cards
The best way to express yourself with just the right message whether loving, humorous or whatever the occasion. Love these cards for ease and joy of expression.
Issues Using iPhone (browser ~ everything is up to date)
Two Problems: 1) The App does not allow: (a) font style, colour or size, as are available on the website (b) does not allow ability to send a photo, as available on website (c) my Payment Account, as registered on Website, specifies use of PayPal ~ App Does Not Allow 2) Website: (a) does not show complete window (in portrait mode) to enable selecting/sending Gift Card (b) … shows/allows to fill out details in Panoramic Mode >>> BUT <<< WILL NOT ALLOW FINAL STEP >>> TO SEND GIFT CARD!!! Any Assistance Would Be Greatly Appreciated! Thank You!

Love the ones you have but blue mountain needs to add new ones more frequently so each year we have new ones to send loved ones💗
Glitchy app
I’ve really liked the content on Blue Mountain. Now in 2nd year of subscription but I have had issues with the app for many months now. First on an iPhone 8, now on and iPhone 15. When I click “personalise and send”, I just get a spinning wheel and have to exit the app. Today I haven’t managed to get past the spinning wheel. Very frustrating. As functional feedback, it would be great to have more personalised cards where you could select 2 names - anniversaries, Christmas or other big events where you might be sending to 2 people at the same time. I do also find names are missing off the list but understand that this is difficult to get round with personalised cards that speak/sing the name.

I had a Blue Mountain account in order account in order to be able to send a USD gift card to my nephews in US from my UK account. Can’t do that anymore according to Live Chat with them this morning.

The name selection is limited I could not find “Ina” in you list
Love it but could be better
Love the ease of use but I’d like to be able to customize the name with every card. Frustrating to like a card, want to use it, only to find I couldn’t find my friend’s name in the list. I love the smash ups but want more of them.
New app
Not user friendly and lacks flexibility of the web site interface
App just hangs and hangs
Some of the e-cards won’t send. The screen just shows the rotating logo that sits there hanging forever. It requires a shut down of the app to fix it. As I’m typing the app has been hanging for 10 minutes on the second attempt.

I use these cards for everything and people love them. I can not get out to the store to buy cards so this has been great for me

Looks good but you can’t try any features without a subscription. There is a 7 day trial but too risky for me.
Personalising e-cards
Love sending e-cards but very frustrated that I can’t write the actual name of the of my family members. Need to write Glynis & Winter but not on your list.

Saving a huge amount of time on cards and snail mail / all of my friends and relatives love this !
Could not send ecard
Button to send ecard would not work. And this is after I paid for a subscription. I canceled immediately.
Missing the full list of names when the Dolly P card is selected
Great app, great cards. The list of names starting with Z is shorter when choosing Dolly’s card, it’s like it’s been accidentally cut off, so the name Zoe is missing. Please fix it! Thanks
