This app sucks
I wrote about someone can hire me in a vet clinic or animal hospital and in a point of the conversation ask my about my credit card information and said my only need totally refundable money only $2 dollars then charge me $67 dollars thats really sucks is a spam fraudulent service send me number of michael and said me he call me soon I was thinking he was a vet is a career counselor and never call me I wrote and email for support for cancel my subscription and refund my money I hope get my money back soon I am soo disapointed
Scam with billing
I was told an interview with a doctor would be about 10€ However I just now got charged 63€ for not even helping me on my problem. Either this is very bad transparency about pricing or all in all just a scam. Update: I got help from the support team. They were really understanding about my situation and refunded me most of the monthly subscription. Thank you for that! You cannot really say about many firms that they provide good after sales support. I think for those who know about the billing process before hand, this can be a great app. Maybe the app developers can focus on visualizing the subscription process a bit better!
Beyond ridiculous
I’m trying to ask a question to an employment lawyer and it said no expert would accept my question so they closed it and now all of a sudden they were trying to tell me I need a membership to ask you questions. What’s the point of your app if you close someone down who is actually in need of legal advice.
Billing was misinformation
The site just says $5 fee, it does not mention it is $90 right after. This is a sneaky way to do business and I do not condone it. Should be more up front about that. I could have spent that money on an emergency vet instead.

Junk
I got had for sure! Read the fine print that’s all I can say! In charged for the last few months $40 a month that I frankly do not recall submitting to! On top of that, you have to pay even more money to get most of your questions answered, would be a zero star rating if there was an option
Wifi problems with vehicle
Took awhile to get to the mechanic for problem solving
No transparency in costs
This good advice comes at a price and there is no room for negotiation... it's a small fee to join and comes with a hefty monthly subscription amount too... if you're not looking to continue, make sure to cancel your subscription before its renewal date to avoid being billed... because a refund is simply out of the question!

I did not see in any of the fine print a $70 fee. I would not have done the visit. I will not use this app again.

Achtung Betrug
Also bitte vorsichtig sein und genau lesen was geschrieben steht.
Not Transparent Membership Fee
Charged me a 90$ “monthly membership” for a one time Doctor’s Note that they COULD NOT PROVIDE ME. If you know you can’t write Canadians a note, why waste their time?
A bit deceived
Lured into a $5 refundable deposit but didn’t realize, and no mention, of a monthly membership fee…
Great Teacher!
Great app not a gimmick or scam, get the help you need when you need it!
Don’t waste your money
I would give zero stars if I could. I was feeling really depressed and wanting to talk to someone. I came across just answer and when I was asked if I wanted to pay $5 to continue to talk to a professional I did. I needed help. I was never matched to a professional to talk and was charged $70 total because an unknown membership fee popped up. I felt taken advantage of when I was very vulnerable.
Great
It would be five stars, except they didn’t inform me and/or get my consent to charging me a monthly membership fee. They only told me that I would pay a one time joining fee. That’s not exactly good customer service, but it’s a nice service nonetheless.
Subscription issues
One time fee 5€ refundable was asked and then 60€monthly subscription was additionally charged and after charging 65€ no response for the messages.
AI versus real knowledge
A lot of answers are obviously only AI generated answers. There is no real information when it‘s AI and when not.
Possible prosecution
Anything you say on this site can and may be used against you in a court of law. Be very careful about what you write. There is not enough warning about the lack of confidentiality. Unknowingly, Putting someone’s name, address, place of employment, telephone numbers , etc to explain your plight may leave you open to law suits which may cost tens of thousands of dollars or more. You may lose your life saving s, your home, your family , defending yourself in a court of law. If you do not want the world to see your questions and your thoughts do not write it here. Your questions and statements can be seen by anyone. I wish I had seen this before I said one word. Now I have to begin the laborious task of having personal information removed from the public forum JustAnswer has. I have no idea at this time what the outcome of this horrible mistake is going to cost me In the end. Listen to my cautionary tale because this may be the only warning you will have for the nightmare ahead. .
Rip off x1000 serve minus The p stars
You have an urgency for your pet , this site claiming to be a vet site tells you that you will be chatting with an animal expert after you signed up. They charge $5 online signing f e plus’s a renewable monthly of $65 and then an AI vet tells you they will be right with you , that’s the scam nobody shows up to help . DO NOT FALL FOR THIS MEGA SCAM
Vanessa
I canceled this app over a year ago and yet I’m still paying monthly… why???
Mixed
First 2 questions handled well. Third question absolute nightmare getting it to position where it would be appraised being sent around in circles and asked for £16 on a phone call to sort your problem!! constantly being asked to pay again. However appraisals were excellent. System behaviour flawed
Amazing Service!
I had the best experience with Dr. Kathy. I called at 2:00 A.M. because our dog was in pain and I was worried! After talking with Kathy and deciding that Beau was safe until morning when I could call our vet, she put my mind at ease and everything turned out great with Beau the next day! Turned out to be a broken toenail on his back paw!!
Hidden recurring billing and deceptive practices
I am quoting the FTC lawsuit against JustAnswer in the title of my review here because we need to be completely clear to everybody here before they end up like my mom did tonight. In January 2026, the federal trade commission sued JustAnswer due to violations of the FTC act (deceptive practices) and the Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act (ROSCA), which bans hidden recurring billing. my unfortunate encounter with this Business began tonight when my beloved pet rabbit had not eaten his food for several hours and appeared to be ill with fast shallow breathing as well as lethargic behavior and he was visibly shaking. Unfortunately, it was after five and there were no vets who were open or available to see him within my area, so my mom and I were desperate to seek out emergency medical help for him. Because our rabbit is our precious little guy and we were prepared to do whatever it takes to get him to a qualified doctor for the help he needed. I think that is why my mom was unable to recognize the potential fishiness for this website she went to when she placed her credit card information in order to schedule a phone call with a veterinarian who we were desperate to speak to. We never received a call from any veterinarian, and my mother realized in hindsight that she had been speaking to a Chatbot at the time to schedule the appointment. this company states to you they will charge a five dollar fee for connecting you to a professional, such as a doctor or veterinarian or lawyer or a professional to complete an appraisal for you. while there was a charge of five dollars on my mother’s card tonight, it was also followed by a charge for $65 which was labeled a recurring payment of a monthly subscription. If I had not reviewed here bank statements she would not have known that these guys were planning to take $65-$70 every month out of her bank account in order to do seemingly nothing seeing as I do not expect of that to call me at all, as my mother did not pay the vet like she thought, but simply this deeply unethical company who screams this is legal to the federal trade commission while doing this to you and everybody who has the misfortune to find yourself in the position where you simply are not diligent enough to avoid this kind of very well hidden deceitful, unhelpful, and perhaps not even existing service. I would love to hear from anybody who is able to provide proof of services rendered in responses to my review here if they were able to actually connect with a licensed professional for whatever service they were seeking as I was for my pet who means so much to me they were successful in clouding my mother and eyes judgment and practical thoughts beyond getting my bunny Paul to feel better. this is not just angry online reviews. This is an ongoing litigation with the Federal Trade Commission and you can still be ripped off by them before they get to the part where hopefully they will not be allowed to be a company anymore.
Basically a front end to chatGPT
Nice idea but broken app Also many ‘experts’ just copy and paste glib chatGPT answers
Overall good
Very convenient and nice idea for an app. However, the app frequency stop open from its icon and also cuts messages in the middle, so I’m not able too read what the specialist answers.
Law Educator is like the Terminator of Injustice
Law Educator is like the Terminator of Injustice. A million stars. I was blown away by the amount of legal knowledge and thorough analysis of my case, given by the Law Educator. I had pretty much given up on my case and all lawyers. But after consulting with the Law Educator,I now know I have to fight my way out of this legal injustice. All those other lawyers need to go back to law school.
Thieves
My question was not answered and they charged me $65 when it said it was $5
Extremely slow service
Experts are taking too long to even connect or respond
Great service - shady payment explanations
My specialist was amazing and very happy with the service. However the advertising of how much it costs and the reality were very sneaky which kind of added a “loss in trust” factor for me personally.
Very helpful
The answers came quickly. And they were very helpful. Giving me the next steps.
Useless
They advertise that they can help just to connect you with someone that tells you you that you need to go to the vet

Scam!
I was told that I would only be charged five dollars for an answer, but I was charged $65 +5 dollars. I think this site is a scam.
