Easy to use format, can transfer money immediately
Full update needed
The app feels like a 1990’s desktop. Not user friendly and the whole main screen has issues with functionality. There is almost always a “technical issues” message on the screen that promises a “quick resolution”
Needs improvement
Had to uninstall several times. Freezes and has errors when logging in. Needs work please

I love STCU, but the business side of it is atrocious… there are no business reps in any banks, you have to book a phone/zoom call. Also, the app is not user friendly, I wish it was more like the personal banking app. You cannot see account numbers unless you dig through the statements tab, the CC doesn’t show the balance, it’s a mess

Issues
App is getting worse. Had to install it who knows how many times and still can get to the my accounts!! So frustrating. It gives me a Loan options and credit score to choose from. Nothing to show for my business checking or savings account!!!

Absolutely worthless app
This app is unable to be signed into on a brand new iPhone 13 pro. on a brand new T-Mobile business account. Exact same HRT intent error as other users are experiencing. If this is the level of effort the bank is going to put into their app, I'm done with this bank. The support responses provided by STCU repeatedly say to contact social media at stcu.org, why would the social media Department be at all responsible for the technical support of a software?

Error restricted me from signing in
Attempted to sign in multiple times. Once I get singed in I select to receive a text confirmation and get a error reading “HRT_intent is a required parameter”.
Stcu is the best
Seriously the best bank ever. They truly care about the customer experience. We recently switched to stcu and we have never been so happy!!
Not user friendly or forgiving
I used courtesy pay as a line of credit “sorta” it’s not like I didn’t pay dearly for it. In just over 6 months I paid stcu over 5 thousand dollars. Yep that’s right… 5k. Using the courtesy pay. I was never told it wasn’t to be used unless of emergency… so why not use it especially knowing I was paying for it…. Dearly. After six months I get two letters in the mail one right after the next in a 48 hour time frame first letter saying don’t use it unless emergency not to be used regularly or something like that… The second one 48 hours later saying my courtesy pay was suspended. How wrong was that.. Didn’t even give me a chance to see that now that I know I’m not to use it like credit that I wouldn’t.. just up and cancel me. Then when I call and say hey what’s up that wasn’t fair… I get no where telling me it is revoked indefinitely. So great… I pay through the nose for it.. not knowing I was in the wrong.. then not even able to continue once things were made apparent. I’m a business owner.. and if I treated my customers this way I wouldn’t have many left after long. Hopefully someone with sense and enough Power from stcu will read this and see it’s not right as well and turn this around… I’ll update this post if that happens.,..
