Great for lab trends, but needs better document recognition
I have been using Eka Care primarily to keep track of my medical records, and it does a fantastic job with lab reports. The standout feature for me is how it analyzes and compares new results against previous reports—seeing those trends visualized makes understanding my health metrics so much easier. However, the smart scanning features still need some work. While it handles standard lab printouts well, it completely struggles to recognize and categorize other essential medical documents like health insurance papers, certificates, and handwritten doctor notes. Having to manually fix or sort these defeats the purpose of an all-in-one digital health locker. If the developers can improve the OCR (text recognition) to accurately read handwritten files and insurance documents, this app would easily be a 5-star tool. Still highly recommend it for managing blood work and lab trends!

Amazing and Comprehensive Health Care App
Really very happy to have such an app which has almost everything required for health related issues. The major benefit is to keep all the medical documents at one place which is instantly available to me. But one major thing which I am deprived of is tagging a medical report with multiple names / categories so that it can be searched easily. I want to save a medical Document with Dr Name, Dr.Specialisation (viz. Cardiologist, Urologist etc), Problem type (Irregular hear beat etc). But this feature in not available in the App. The document can be attached to only one name / text called Encounter. But if the documents can be attached to multiple Encounters, it would have great.

Nice
Promising features but doesn't work
Features are promising. I bought the paid version. Then discovered so many things don't work. E.g. I'm taking heart measures but it's not getting stored anywhere. It still shows button "Unlock" but nothing happens on tapping it. I uploaded lab reports, it could only read 3 vitals out of hundreds. It's showing "smart" badge only on one report. With all these problems the app effectively becomes like a cloud drive for be. Like i can organize my reports and prescriptions in a Google drive!! Even after adding abha ID, it still shows too many sections in Home Screen to create abha id, create this and that which are already done. The design is not intuitive even though the thoughts behind the app were excellent. Kindly fix the basic problems and make it user friendly.

Amazing app but with a significant bug
I agree with others that this is one of the best healthcare apps I’ve seen! Very good UI/UX and smart detection of test values from PDFs. But there is one significant bug. On the medical profile, inputs are not getting saved. Every time I enter and save something like medical conditions or lifestyle habits, they disappear when I go back to the medical profile. Not sure how this slipped by their QA team..

Very Cool to get the heart rate I love it
This is the first time I was asked to measure my heart rate and I felt very comfortable with the system. ThankQ and our G o I for having initiated good system to Citizens over 70 yrs I am 77 yrs.
Ads over functionality!! Its a spam at this point
I get it. ads are important for you but what the hell!! To download a abha card I’m getting so many ads that I’m not able to download it!! Look, we use this app during cases of emergency where we need access to reports quick. You want us to stand at a medical venue and watch your stupid ads??? Come on guys..
Useful application for health records
I’ve been using it for upgrading my health records. It’s a useful software. Hope it is a safe software also.

Very complicated user interface. New prescriptions don’t get updated. Very confusing. No help available inside the app.

Your Chat bot is useless. You customer care is clueless and just wants to sell and not interested in solving issues and actually can’t solve issues. Ur subscription is a mode of cheating customers. There’s no option to cancel it. Also didn’t get the refund of free subscription. Start becoming customer centric instead of just focusing on selling.
