Utterly disappointing
My experience at Max Hospital has been extremely disappointing. Patients are made to sit and wait for unnecessarily long periods, despite being given a specific consultation time. There appears to be no proper queue or token system, and the reception and laboratory areas are chaotic. Patients are left confused, frustrated, and, at times, treated with very little dignity or consideration. What is even more frustrating is that this is not a one-time experience—it happens repeatedly. If a doctor gives a patient a scheduled consultation time, that time should mean something. Patients’ time, health, and peace of mind deserve to be respected. Max is fortunate to be one of the biggest healthcare providers, but being one of the biggest does not automatically make you one of the best. Management needs to seriously look into the patient experience, improve queue management, communication, reception and laboratory coordination, and most importantly, restore basic respect for patients. Please stop treating patients like cash cows and start treating them like human beings who have come to you seeking care.
To cancel Appt at Max
Quite sometime back an option to cancel appt was already provided in the msg received which was very convenient . But now one has to call again to do so . Kindly review this and request to revert to the previous option please. Thankyou Ms M Malik
Can't update the details
I don't have an option to update the email ID, nor can I update the postal address. There's a delay of about 20-25 minutes to view the reports/ prescription on the app. It does not allow you to download the reports.
Payment Options
UPI payment requires UPI app to be on the same phone. Makes is difficult to help others with booking payment.

Hv been trying to merge my records for my blood tests. Hv spent lots of time on the phone, visited Max Hospital in Shalimar. Not managed.

Cant even signup to the app
Installed the app and its stuck on the initial app animation and its not even providing an otp. Stuck on an error.
Payment link “pay now” option does not work
I booked OPD appointment with a doctor, I was asked to download the app and make payment to avoid queue, however I could not payment online, as there is no option to make payment, called customer support multiple times, but they could not help either.
Unable to edit profile
I wanted to update my email ID on the app. The app has section for updating it but it does not work.

Make online follow ups and consultations available.
There is absolutely no way to contact your doctor or nurse through the app. That means we have to travel in person for small follow-up questions which makes no sense. Telehealth should be offered for follow-up consultation or a simple way to communicate. Every other healthcare system offers communication options instead of always needing to go in person at the hospital which is crowded and overrun because of this very reason. Long lines, no seating. Make online follow ups available and everything will run more smoothly.

PDF Report uploads not happening
PDF Report uploads not happening now. Only photos and images are possible. There is a tab for Reports but by default it goes to Images. This is not convenient and needs correction ASAP.

This app is not meant for DGHS patients. Due to which patients either not able to visit doctors even after booking appointments thru app or forced to pay full amount
