Easy Access Anywhere
Having health reports available on the phone is useful when travelling or visiting a doctor.
Never on time
They have 3rd class services. They are never on time. Always accept sample collection and never come on time. To reach customer care you need 30-40 min.
Great
ve been using the Redcliffe app to book health tests, and it’s been great. The app is simple, booking is quick, and I loved the home sample collection option. Reports came on time and were easy to understand.
Keep crashing
Application keep crashing, also assign a customer id for individual. Later we should have option to merge these ids or make a family group. Look for innovation to improve experience.
Quick Report Downloads
Downloading reports directly from the app is convenient when documents are needed elsewhere.
Poor hygiene and irresponsible phlebotomist
The phlebotomist Gaurav 1. Did not wear gloves 2. Was asking my wife’s Gotra 3. Was on phone calls throughout even while taking blood 4. Did not offer a band aid which is a bare minimum. Avoid them

Downloading report button in the app doesn’t downloads it, but gives a link.

Booking a full body checkup through the app is convenient and straightforward.
They cancel booking just 5 minutes before there time by saying they have lot of bookings.
Please dont book from this lab ,worst.
Simple Report Summary
The report summary feature is useful when you want a quick overview of your results.
Very bad experience, expert did not arrived for sample collection
I had bad experience with this lab, booked for my parent aging 72. It is suggest to 12 hours fast, so they were eagerly waiting for sample collection in morning, but they said it is not possible to come. We had to go for another lab. Will not suggest to anyone who is doing for parent or anything urgent. This is good for people who do checkup for fun as no professionalism is followed at all.

Filtering bookings and reports by family member makes finding information much easier.
Fake reports
Got fake reports from redcliffe. My parents doubted the reports and we had tested again from a nearby lab. The results were widely different, never trusting again.
Easy Booking Tracker
The booking tracker provides a simple way to follow the status of a test booking.
Report never delivered
They took the money for a few tests and some of the reports never came On raising support requests , the requests were closed without resolution
