Apps is Good
This is not old setu app, it is total new app. Good work. But not able to delete record.
UI Needs Improvement
The app needs significant improvements. The UI is not clean and feels difficult to use. If a report is added by mistake, there is no option to delete or correct it. Also, even if a report is verified or corrected by a government authority, the app does not fetch or update that information automatically. There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of usability, data management, and synchronization. I hope these issues are addressed in future updates.
App importance
Storing health information is very important these days in our mobile. Health Data is needed in critical health situations to diagnose problems. Good app.

Completely neglected and unusable
It is a real shame to see a government-owned public health app so utterly abandoned. There appears to have been zero maintenance or oversight from the authorities for the past two years. The app constantly struggles to load and is practically unusable. For an application meant for public wellbeing, this lack of technical support is unacceptable.

Aarogya Setu : utility in India.
AS is a very good app, however it is Extremely limited in India due to limitation of the app on smartphones only! While more than 75-80% population holds with it only mobile phones and many of those who have these Smartphones with 3-4G wifi , don’t know how to use it, don’t care to use it ,will not download it and finally are not honest about their symptoms!! Need some validation and improvements
Technical suggestion to Developers: 1. I have tried to get an ABHA card, for that I have entered my adhar card and I got the OPT to submit. After I entered OTP and submit the form it gives me an error message as please enter valid mobile number, even I haven’t enter mobile number. 2. Need to improve speed and refresh screen on every time when I switch the app for seeing OTP to message and again to this app.
Login issue
After providing mobile number on clicking submit option it displays generic error message.
COvid reports
All COvid reports are not sent to arogya sewa app. Therefore the data of healthy unhealthy people is not reliable.
No option to logout? Was this developed by schools students?
Extremely basic not bad UX. If I had to switch user, I had to uninstall the app and install again to change user. Where is user management console?

Not useful for iPhone
The iOS version does not works. It asks for Canadian phone number. You enter it. It will say an OTP has been sent. YEAR 2050: OTP still not arrived.

Bruhh non of these apps work, they are all third class app and no documents can be downloaded out of them. Maybe they don’t work in tier 1 cities

Vaccination status is not updating on Home Screen
I have been trying to update my vaccination status, but it doesn’t show up the main home screen. It says “Update your Vaccination status” when when I try to, it says it already up to date.
Excellent App
Aarogya Setu App is excellent to track how Covid cases are progressing by state. As cases stabilise and start coming down, it gives us confidence that the virus is coming under control. The App has all the information required for vaccination and how many have been vaccinated nationally and by state. The more people use this App, the better.

This App is Amazing...real time tracking of Covid-19 patients. It give information about what to do, if you come in contact with Covid-19 patients. It also tells you, how to self isolate. Its just great innovation.

Incomplete App
According to me its an incomplete app. The app should have options to inquire whether Antigen and RT-PCR tests were done, the dates and results of the tests.

Not working
With COVID cases surging again, I tried using the Aarogya Setu app, but it does not go beyond the Home Screen. No update too for the app is available on the App Store.
International Passenger cant register
I downloaded this app as requirements for all travelling to India. But cant go further as only accepting indian cell phone number. Why cant you have email as MFA,? Or international number which we can register.
