Text doesn’t always fit the screen
Not great compared to fidelity app
App lags a lot, consistently, when on WiFi or not. Visualization tools are basically non-existent - if they could make some sort of YOY growth graph tool the way fidelity has I'd be thrilled.

Total garbage
Is anyone paying attention!! Constantly being logged out and “something went wrong” Same garbage constantly being logged out it it is down. Just trash, down gain App is always down. Does not log in. Some sort of error. Just a trash app. Moving my accounts.

Need more information
It would be great to see the individual investment funds real time ticker and how they are increasing my balance day to day. I also want to see how my dividends are being applied.
Constantly locks profile
Since the most recent update, the app locks me out of my profile after every sign-in and forces me to reset my password.
App runs slow
I have my 401k through them. The thing that truly grinds my gears is the app loads very slow. It moves too slow. The website isn’t any better. The website is easier to navigate though.
Wait, time is ridiculous
I should not have to wait 45 minutes to talk somebody on the phone it is a good system. I have made some money but if I have to wait 45 minutes, I will just call back another day.
Cannot log in
After the last update and maintenance to this app and website, I can not log into my account. Have called and am told to click forgot username to reset it, however the screen goes blank when I click that. Same with forgot password, the screen goes blank. Can’t change anything when the page does not load!! This is ridiculous!!!
Very convoluted options
There is no clear option for viewing employer contributions month by month, than what is monthly gain, what are the monthly charges. I would like to be able to see for instance like bank statement. Current statements generated are only partial and fragmented to the point that I have hard time to full picture of financial progression.

Bad Communication
I started a different job and tried to enroll in my new 401k plan. It just keeps sending me to old plans I am not active with anymore. I have tried calling and even though money is coming out my check every week, nothing has been invested. I am just being sent in circles instead of them adding a new account. They said it would be done for me over the phone and it still has not happened. I would be happy if they sent enrollment access number and contract number so I could enroll myself.

Very poor app! Crashes every time and forgets the entered credentials. Nightmare! Should fire everyone associated with app design and development.

Excellent web site, easy to navigate. Easy to calculate rate of return, excellent investment options updated regularly. I have experience with this platform for more than 2 decades! I highly recommend for retirement savings!
Behind the Times
No live updates like so many other investment groups offer. No day to day balances. Embarrassing network! Just look around at your competitors aka JP MORGAN WEALTH MANAGEMENT and others.

This is a good app with simple interface and works well even in low network speeds.
Lacks in-depth insight
My biggest frustration is the lack of in depth insight and functionality the app has compared to desktop. JH desktop also offers remarkably poor insights compared to other firms.

I am enjoying the benefits of having a legacy for myself and family.
Just about everything is incorrect.
And no way to change it.

Being not so puter Davy this app is Da Best. Unlike others when I log in I don’t have to navigate through several sites but go directly, VFR into my account. No Mo Headaches. Thanks John Hancock

Would give 0 if it was an option. Was cheated out of thousands of dollars because this company did not catch my former boss NOT putting our employee contributions in that were coming out of our biweekly paychecks during the whole duration of my employment 7+ years, along with other coworkers of mine. Terrible company, would never recommend to anybody.
