I wish there was an option to also send a copy to myself. Otherwise this works great
App is not working
I changed my password to get into the app and it keeps saying it cannot have any special characters. Mine does not. My husband uninstalled the app then reinstalled it and it let me in once. Now it’s back to saying it can’t have special characters…. THERE are NONE. 🙄
Return over time
The return over time isn’t working anymore. It will only give 5yr figures. 1 yr & even setting a custom range won’t update figures. Please fix. I use this app daily.
Phenomenal
Kelli Tampio and Suzie are truly the super team and I can’t even express in words how much I value and appreciate them. My mom died of Alzheimer’s, my dad with diabetes, and it was such a difficult care taking journey I never wanted my children to have the same experience with me. As a single mom, I don’t have a lot of money to invest, but Kelli and Suzie have ALWAYS treated me as if I was investing millions. They have been an incredible support to me through my darkest days…through the loss of both parents, a tumultuous divorce, betrayal by business partners…I will forever be grateful for their warmth and kindness and their light that has guided me as I’ve struggled financially to provide support and relief for myself and my children in the future. I trust them completely which is saying a lot from someone who has had their trust broken by many people in my past. I refer everyone to them! They are the prime example of phenomenal women and I recommend working with them with my whole heart!! 1 million stars!!!
NO RETURN CALL CLISED ACCOUNT
I left 2 messages on Friday before 12 and asked to have my call returned and it’s monday at 12:00. still not call. Asked to have have my account closed.
What is up with all the updates
All of a sudden, every few days I have to update the app before I can access it. Very frustrating.

Love the Edward Jones app and portal! It helps us keep our financial life, organized and centralized in one place. And it keeps us in touch with our advisor for when Life changes or we have questions.
App Functionality
Take a lesson from Merrill Lynch. Their app makes Edward Jones look like its from the Victorian Era. Update eliminated ytd, current and custom performance reviews. App is severely outdated and not up to par with all information that should be on an easy to see spreadsheet. This app makes me want to find another financial advisor as its unreliable and shady at best.
Great customer service
Kim Price at The Gresham Station Branch in Oregon is my absolute favorite. She listens to your goals and she really makes you feel like your interests are being taken care of. Always has time to listen to my concerns. Highly recommend.

I switched to Edward Jones a couple of years ago. Ms. Shawkey is my financial advisor and I am very happy with how she has helped me to grow my accounts. Would I love best about Ms. Shawkey, is that we meet at least once a year, I could meet more often if I want to. At our annual meeting she goes over everything with me to help me to develop goals for my portfolio, she does a great job of explaining things so that I can understand my options. Throughout the year, I have called upon her to answer questions and advise me further and she quickly gets back to me. I have referred several of my friends and family members to Ms. Shawkey because I feel that she goes above to help her client achieve their financial goals.
