Camera doesn’t work
Have the newest version of the app, newest iPhone, and the camera won’t work. Even allowed it under preferences. Just a blank screen. Who did BECU outsource the design of this app to? It’s almost as bad as their regular consumer BECU app.

This app feels decades old, from the low pixel opening photo to the barely functional features. The BECU app for personal accounts is far superior.

Virtually unnavigable
Stripped down, and less accessible version of their already subpar app for regular banking. Slow. No support. Feels like a beta for a fake bank. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves

Business these days is fluid and on the go, as should be this app but it’s very limited compared to business apps for Chase or other Banks.

I just recently got my business account and the worst part is that the cards don’t have chip for payments by tipping in the stores, plus no Zelle for receiving payments. I really hate this old system. I have everything with Bank of America and now I’m stuck with this company. This makes me mad all the time.

Known Issue
I had to call in, I was told I would be called back, never happened. They said there was a known issue that they had with balances going into the red when both the app and the website were open. It continues to malfunction. typical of BECU they over promise and under deliver.
Almost as good as a drive through nationwide
I know others have similar features but I love mobile deposit and other mobile transactions. If only I could add notes to each transaction for bookkeeping.
Easy peasy
So glad to be able to take care of business from my phone. No more waiting to get to a laptop to make payments or process deposits!

The quality of the BECU business app is a massive disappointment. Especially when compared to the personal BECU app, the design is sloppy, the feature set is watered down, and the execution is abysmal. Get your act together BECU!

Notifications prompt every time
Every single time I log in to this app, a window pops up asking if I want notifications enabled or not. No matter which I choose, the window pops up every single time. And in the settings in my phone, the BECU business app is nowhere to be found, even after reinstalling several times. So, there is no way to change the notification settings.

App and functions are too limited.
Yes, it’s free. That’s great. But there’s no real options to set alerts for when you receive deposits into your business account which is really frustrating. I also don’t see tools to make any customization options or to change and label the categories of the transactions. The app is too basic.
