I think they updated the app. As of 6 Dec, app is working okay. Good job updating the app! Just sad that it was raining when we went to the park. LOL

Unable to make reservation
The error message kept coming out, saying that I am unable to make reservation for new VQ. There is no more VQ in my itinerary and why am I unable to make new one???? Why is my friend able to keep on booking???
Great Apps
Ease me to book vr through this apps. Very helpful n convenient to use. U can also link with klook when u purchase tickets frm there.
Unecessary new system
As a person who went yesterday during a holiday, i think the rsvp function is so unnecessary as we still need to line up for atleast 30mins, tho it is faster than the normal queue.. In the afternoon, there are no rides that are available for reservation already. Also, i think u need to consider shorten the normal queuing lane for a shorter waiting time for everyone, especially for the ice age rollercoaster ride. Please consider setting up an air vent or installing a fan in there. It was so hot during hot days with no oxygen to breathe while queuing up for 3 hours straight. Some places also have very low network line, so the qr code will take some time to upload in order for us to take the rsvp lane.
Guest Services at the Park are Super Helpful!
If you’re having problems with the app. Example: Ticket Scan. You can go to the Guest Services for help! They will set everything up for you! It’s amazing. I was able to save some time since I only had half a day. Arrived at 2pm, leave at 5:30. It wasn’t super busy on the weekdays. I got through 6-7 Rides. Yes, I rode the big queue ones with virtual queue. Idk what’s wrong with the Ice Age roller coaster but they closed virtual queue for it so I had to wait about 40 mins to go on it.

This app had me in a psychological chokehold 45 of soul draining minutes just to survive the first page. I wasn’t navigating an interface, I was fighting for my life. By 30 minutes, I’d gone through all the emotions i need for the next decade. denial, rage, depression and a mild identity crisis. If frustration burned calories, I’d have walked out of this with abs.
Failed to link ticket
We bought the annual pass via the genting kiosk but can’t link it to the app from morning till noon. It’s just frustrating
My experience
so far this app makes everything easier for us to explore the theme park. As for rides experience, VIP pass is recommended to save your time there. overall 10/10! 🫶🏻

The load is so long and it says that there is no internet when I’m connected to WiFi overall it’s horrible
