Would be better if made to integrate with passbook and Google now.
Disappointed
It doesn’t let you go through to purchase the ticket without buying the add ons. And the cheapest one is the reusable bag RM3.90. I could use without it.
Bugs occur all the time
There’s always bugs when trying to open the app such showtime/movie options not showing at all

What a useless app as I can’t make payments. Seems like they do not want revenue.
It's good but can be better
Ergonomic design can be better, the ad panel has sort of dominate the whole interface, sandwich in middle made it too obvious. Plus the ad isn't locale relevant. Missing features: - passbook, if you could port the fast track pass to passport, it will be awesome - upcoming movie, unlike western counties, imdb & etc... Did tell u that what is upcoming up. This is surely miss features - more credit card paying options
Extra charge
Why is there an additional 60 sen when using the app? If anything, those using manual method should be the one charged extra because of the cost of printing paper.
Please have a feature of refund
As title, not able to do refund after purchasing a ticket.

Needs Fixing
Saw bad reviews of the app, went to try to use the app to book a ticket for a film. I also encountered issues in making payment. It is stuck there. I hope that the company can fix the app.

Makes booking much easier but does have its problems from time to time.

Cant even ho into the page, stuck/hang on the first page showing popcorn incoming…..
Show times
It should be possible to book tickets, up to 15 minutes after the show has started. Sometimes there are adverts at the beginning of the show, so it’s actually okay. The queue at self booking kiosks are too long to book ticket of already started show. I could not find show about to start in 5-10 mins, and had to buy ticket at the Cinema.

Stable and seemingly secure payment. Used it quite a bit without any hitches. Plus skipping the queue makes me feel special:)

Choice of credit card payment
If it could support credit card payment for movie ticker purchase, such as AMEX, MASTER CARD & VISA. It will be better and enhance the experience on ticket purchasing of movie goers
