Not much function
I think nothing much you can do with the app, might as well just go to website. Whenever I need help it direct me back to WhatsApp or call center. Nothing helpful.

Not user friendly
When I tried to see what’s in my subscription the information displayed is confusing. Focus seems to be getting you to subscribe for more channels.
Much needed features
2 things… 1-The app lacks waiting queue visibility when waiting for a support agent to pick up your request/incident. Without this, you have to wait without knowing when you will be attended to. 2-No visibility for the existing support/incident reported for tracking/update/closure. Pls add these 2 much required features into the app for better convenience for users.

new UI is best so far…lots of things cab be done..pleasa make more user friendly..please take more attention to cont watching episode..sometime cont watch episode on off present..sometime available sometime need to search again…also sometime the device lag so much esp during weekend.. i don know why..astro fiber was ok speed fast but the app lagging..will upgrade the box.. i paid so much for astro..

Poor Apps design
The apps is not user friendly specially omit the compliant request and so stupid question for submit the request. Please do your test prior to release to Astro users. So shameful design
Difficult to stay in chat mode
Found it very hard to have 2 way chat. Difficult to find where to type as well as actual typing - very easy to get typos as typing area so small and difficult to check before sending. Not user friendly

Irony at Its Best: “Manage Subscription” That Can’t Actually Manage
The app labels a feature as “Manage Subscription,” but in reality, it only allows users to add more subscriptions. There is no clear or accessible way to remove or cancel add-ons that were previously subscribed to. The irony here is hard to miss — a feature meant for “management” only pushes users to spend more, without giving them the basic control to scale down. It feels hypocritical to call this “management” when essential actions like removing or cancelling subscriptions are not available. For an app handling paid services, this lack of control creates a poor user experience and raises concerns about transparency.

Great app, friendly and easy to use
Terrible app - cannot get past login
The app is very poorly designed and does not allow you to log into your account using your default browser - login screen is blank no matter what settings you tweak.
Skip it
Suggest you give a skip. It is usually not working or so slow.

Outstanding balance & circle points
Please make the outstanding balance and circle points available once we open the app or menu under the login name display. Its a hassle going through so many clicks just to access the self service page.

Edit: working ok again 👍 I'm really impressed with this app. Not only a nice remote control on your phone, but also so many other useful features. You can view and search the TV guide & on demand content, book recordings, change settings, and check your account. The app is fast, and so much easier to navigate with the phone rather than using the standard remote control. Well done, this app is brilliant!
Update for IOS 9
Astro is a big organization but I'm not sure why this simple app has a lot of issue. Blank page, hang as well as incomplete TV guide makes me wonder what is the use of creating this app in the first place if one can't use it!

Nice thought but buggy. Please check your spelling error > "valid" on the registration page. Very poor execution which I m surprised no one QC it before roll out from a big corporation. While validating from email....error error....pls do something right .
