Pick up
Pickup time is to long
cancel ride
Some drivers are on time, the ride is safe. But some i dont understand. They say there vehicle is already on the location and no one is there but the navigation is on different place. More than x3 I experienced that one. Appearing on the screen for like 10mins that they arrived already but no one is there and they are the one who’ll cancel your ride even its there mistake.

EXPAND ROUTE / AREA PICKUP
Hello. Please expand your route to ajman industrial area 1 because we have too much expense everyday. We are paying 13 aed every single day. Please
Ajman BOD
its a blessing 🌷
Can’t add card
Can’t add my card details in the payment processor window . And the payment method page doesn’t load
Lack of vehicles
BOD service is a best service provided by Ajman transport authority, but in more days they are showing high demand while we book a ride. If they are experiencing a high demand then provide more BOD vehicles. And also they can cover a wide range area in Ajman or also they can provide service everywhere in Ajman
👍🏻
Very good
bad service
they always change something on the app, the way you pay , the places you can go to nothing is clear
Khadija
This is very helpful and very convenient transportation you could ever have. cheap rate, and friendly drivers, and comfortable ride. It’s very recommendable. Thank you Ajman Municipalities for making this type of transportation. 💯🎖️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

No Ride Available
You cannot rely on this app, it’s always saying “Cannot find a ride” !!!!!! It’s not convenient and hassle for a daily commute. I hope the government gives us a reliable bus that has a route to every corner of Ajman. Regular Taxis are expensive.
I like it bus waiting time 2 Minute please make it 4 minutes 😊
I like it bus waiting 2 minute please make it 4 minutes thanks 😊
Rides timing
The estimated arriving time and pick up time is not accurate at all. My vehicle was 5 mins away so i went out to the pick up spot and for 15 mins it said my vehicle was 1 minute away and it was no where to be found after 5 mins of cancelling my ride i see a ajman vod car passing by i was really annoyed by this as you cannot wait in this heat more than 2 minutes. I have had multiple experiences like this but this was my worst one yet. Its safe to say i will never be using this app again and you should fix your timings.
It was an awesome experience
Thanks to my friend for sharing this app , now i don’t need to ride a taxi since this has same value you will experience ❤️
..
