Doesn’t work
Purchased for iPad then got a notice that anti-virus is not available for my device. Just wasted $90.

Difficult
This is probably the most difficult app I have ever had to negotiate. I’m not a rookie to technology, but this has me beat! I’m constantly going round in circles! There must be an easier way to see what I’m paying for and how much and what I have covered?
Safety
I have always trusted ESET
Can’t talk to a live person.
Tried several times to resolve issues and could never connect with a live person accept on their terms. That is they would call and if l didn’t answer right then. I had to reschedule for another phone call. I could log into my account but it would hold the request till time ran out and log me out! Even though l have time left on my account l have deleted everything ESET related off of my phone and PC! Have a more expensive system now and when l call l get to talk to people 24/7! What a concept!
Hard to change devices on a plan from one to another. And contacting their FAQ Page goes no where.
Support is Lacking
Log intempestif
Malware antivirus
This app in App Store it’s not worth good Apple devices, iPad and iPhone. For Microsoft desktop it is excellent.
Maestro
Lo mejor de lo mejor.
Lacks user support
Just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to upgrade my account to include VPN access with no success.Absolutely no user support - can’t even see how much more it would cost. I implemented for my work a couple years ago and have a personal account also.
They took my money and left
I paid $80 and they’ve done nothing no communication they’ll help no app nothing not even one do not use this app buyer beware
Eset
I've used Eset to protect my devices and web browsers for many years and I feel comfortable and confident with their services.
I’m tired
What can I do when my ESEt bringing up suitable on vpn
No Support for IPhone
No Eset Security App for IPhone i dont know why?
A real pain in the a**
Having initiated ESET Password Manager on my laptop, I proceeded to install it on my iPhone. It has been a clumsey disaster. It is working on my laptop, sort of but not at all on my iPhone.
Uzivatelsky neprivetive
Po instalaci pocet zarizeni 0. Chcete nainstalovat? Ano. Nabidka: na toto zarizeni - nedostupna. Jine zarizeni - to nechci potrebuji toto zarizeni. Jeste 3 pokuy. Ukoncil jsem testovani. Uzivatelsky nesrozumitelne.
iOS Doesn’t Play Nice
Installation on Android is flawless, but iOS is convoluted and difficult.
App taking too long to respond
Ive opened the app on my phone almost one hour it’s not done loading
how to verify subscription status?
How? I sent an e-mail to support but no response
iPhone
ESET
Great company and a great product!
What’s the point
I’ve used Eset for years but not on my Apple products. After downloading the app, I tried to add my iPad and it said it doesn’t support it. Like really? What’s the point to have it in the App Store if I can’t use it on an IPAD. I tried to cancel the free subscription so I don’t forget and I can’t do that either. Wow what a failure!
Aplikácia neustále odhlasuje a žiada nanovo nastaviť prihlásenie.
Expensive
Paid full retail for macbook pro. Got a new ipad and eset wants me to buy a second subscription for it. These guys are CHEAP. Money is tight. When this expires I will go to a different vendor.
Great Product
The best of all the ones I’ve tried. I highly recommend.
Contradictory instructions to load on a second device
You user experience is confusing and difficult to follow. The only option to load protection is to delete off this device. Obvious no user testing was done.
Can’t sign in with Google
I made an ESET home account on my computer that’s linked to my Google account. I can sign in on my computer, but not this app. I gave it two stars instead of one because the ESET antivirus does a good job.
Tout ça me semble bien compliqué.
Unable to extend license
There is no option to extend the license. Please add this ability to the app with apple credit.
Let me down
ESET was pushed hard by micro enter as the best protection for my devices I bought in and picked it up. I always updated it and my pc operating system Somehow now I’m sitting here in a house that has been literally infected Two computers Phones tablets and a tv All infected with a horrific root virus that was never detected and every time I think I’ve gotten out of this nightmare it pops back up
Great I'm sure
Great I'm sure , but I use Eset Cyber Security Pro.
In Summe kein tolles Benutzererlebnis …
ESET great security but…
ESET is a great security system for desktops and laptops. But this ESET Home App is not that. The features that I hoped would be available to access through this app, specifically parrot control, are not functional. Instead I get redirected to a website that wants me to download a parent control app but the parent control app is only available from the google store.
Nice
Nice product
It will not work on my iPhone
This does not work on iOS, and I cannot seem to cancel! What a waste of my time, I am worse than just irritated at this moment! The app will not add my iPhone as my 1 device I paid for. Then it will not let me contact anyone!! $59 for what exactly????
How can I completely block my daughter’s iPhone
With screen time (down time) she can play some games and use FaceTime I need total protection, so when the schedule time is on she can’t use her phone
Chtelo by to trochu vyvojarsky integrovat. Pusobi to trochu amatersky.
Best ever in viral and it seems like they always know in advance what do you need
This is a five star company in a four-star world
The app and the website is broken
I try to put a new license code in but it loads and stays blank and when you try to scroll up on the part you put your info it don’t let you broken company
Anpassung
No iOS support
I have Eset on my Windows machine, but no good for iPhone or iPad. This app is of very little use to me.
