Used to be amazing VPN but
Over the past year performance in china was nearly 0. IPhone would never get any internet connection while star vpn on. MacBook would be more or less stable but very slow loading, enough for AI chat bots, not enough for movie streaming. It was my favourite vpn for over 2 years as it would easily connect to AI, gov sites and Microsoft without leaving a visible trace. But now its a disaster, so sad. Don't wanna accept a fact I need to find a new service. Maybe there is a chance you can fix it?

Not working properly
Started well for first few months then after that doesn’t work properly
Decent. Better than express and Nord in China
No frills and consistent in China. Had a bad spell last month (like they all did) but generally a good and reliable VPN. Fast speeds and doesn’t lose connection once locked in. Can take a while to find the right server so might be an idea to update the best ones for those using in China if that’s where you have a lot of subscribers. Overall, good job!
