Security
I have used HMA for almost 10years and it has never let me down. 1st class protection from hackers.
Connection issues
Work on your connection
been using on and off since 2016
I usually buy 3 months or a full year to save a couple bucks. I sincerly plan on renewing when my year is up, sure there were some hiccups when they update the system as a whole but It just works and pnce you eatablish a connection speed is rarley and issue . I swear I dont even notice in some on the fps games on steam when I forget to toggle off 😭
Trusted networks
Decent VPN service but I somehow lost the ability to add trusted networks in the iOS app. What happened????
Activation code
Good VPN but why do you stop IOS from using activation code anymore…make it work back so IOS can use activation code

I’ve been using HMA VPN for a while, but lately the service has become extremely slow. The connection speed has dropped significantly, making it difficult to browse the web, stream content, or use apps reliably. There are frequent delays, and sometimes the VPN struggles to connect at all. I hope the developers address these performance issues soon because the app used to work much better. At the moment, I can’t recommend it until the speed and stability improve.
Poor
Poor
No response from support in over a week
I’ve sent in 3 reports with the fact I was double charged and I haven’t received a single response from any of them. As a long time customer it’s pretty disgusting to be treated this way.
Empêche l’ouverture de certaines applications du téléphone
Cela devient de plus en plus récurrent depuis quelques mois
STARLINK COMPATIBILITY ISSUES
HMA is known for its reputation of delivering as a VPN is meant to, however there are some new minor lapses that I would like to address, for those who use a Starlink network service, the handshake between the VPN and the network seems to always disconnect, if there is way you can add more network protocols to solve this issue it will be appreciated, other than that it’s a good vpn overall
Ok
Ok
Crash issues
The app keeps crashing over and over, and I think it needs to be fixed
Works great! Apple TV version missing?
Most use cases for HMA is for streaming video (at least for many), there should be no reason for not porting this App for Apple TV. Eagerly waiting for the Apple TV version.
The new v 6 is not good
Pls bring back PvP connections and streaming high speed. Half of the countries dont work. None of European countries work properly.
recent changes affecting flawless performance
I’ve been using this for over eight years and it’s been performing flawlessly, however, recent changes changed the and my phone always asked me for VPN configuration, which is never done before
Consistently good speed
I’ve used for over 3 years and have no complaints. Works good every time
Unsatisfied
App fails to work
a question
how can i login with activition code on ipad?
there may be a bug
soon as i updated the app, i haven’t been able to install a vpn profile on my phone and it’s taking agessss

Highly not recommend
Complaint: There are constant system failures. The VPN keeps trying to reconnect, and during this time it completely cuts off the internet. This terrible service is actually causing the internet to stop working. Customer support is not functioning — no one responds at all. I do not recommend this service. This is the worst VPN I have ever used.
VPN hyper rapide
Had high expectations.
Well, i don’t know. I had high expectations on this app since I read the reviews about it, and I was expecting about it as well since I saw there is Bahamas servers which would have been very good for me since I know a show that is only available there.
Great in theory
Works great when it works but autoconnect has had issues for the last two weeks and now my phone won’t even connect to the internet when the app is downloaded. Keeps trying to connect and you can’t stop it without deleting the app.
HAN
Is love
Very stupid app
Better do something about the connection issue, your programmers need to be all sacked
Rapide et simple
Dommage que le renouvellement d’abonnement soit par défaut sinon le vpn fait ce qu’on lui demande. La hotline est revenue, eurêka elle existe !;)
Flagging my apps
Please upgrade your website you guys continuously my my apps to be flagged, please work on that.
Good but could improve
It’s a nice, user friendly VPN however I feel it could improve in some certain areas. 1. It doesn’t have a kill switch, which is a big concern especially for price, considering if the VPN decides to randomly deactivate it will expose your IP address. 2. Gets detected by a lot of anti VPN’s which I’m noticing a lot of cheaper VPN’s bypass. 3. Doesn’t really bypass Netflix and other streaming services Apart from those issues, would I say it’s good for money? Only if your looking for something simple, however if you could add the kill switch it would be great!
Good ✅
Make the location more stronger in USA 🇺🇸
Horrible - won’t connect
I used to love this VPN, but the entire VPN does not connect. I have to delete the app 20 times a day in order for it to connect and it will not connect. I’ve reached out to support. No one’s helped me.

HMA vpn
⭐️⭐️two stars because takes my battery and takes long time to work and sometimes it doesn’t work at all 😡😭

Excellent VPN
Very good speed. Very good protection. Affordable price. Great customer care. Very kind staff. Renewal options for more than 1 year. Download and upload speeds are great. Many countries, locations and servers . I am 10486 mi from the USA.
VPN is not working
VPN is not working on iOS
Incompatible with iOS 12
This version doesn’t work with iOS 12. It will not connect to the servers. Only the native VPN from Apple connects to the server, the app doesn’t. The app also blocks wifi connection if set to auto launch. Very disturbing.
Doesn’t work for UK streaming services
Bought this VPN on a 12 month plan because it was advertised as being able to access UK streaming platforms (I live in Singapore but originally from London) and it doesn’t work on any of them except for Amazon Netflix, compromised Sky Go, compromised BBC iplayer, compromised Biggest waste of £50 ever and probably can’t even get it back
Love the trial but..
So currently have a trial as I’m not rich enough to afford it and so far it great us Netflix works well I can finally watch Star Wars episode 8 which is so good. But japan Netflix doesn’t work and that brings it down for me I really wanted to watch food wars hopefully you can develop and add that one day but thank you for allowing me to watch Star Wars it means a lot.
Review
Thank you so much you are the best and trustiness 🌹🙏
Doesn’t Work
Keeps nagging to install a VPN profile, and continues to fail.
Dėconnexion
La connexion se dėsactive rėguliėrement, sans motif. TRĖS DĖRANGEANT!
Keeps crashing on iPad
It doesn’t open properly and just crashes - also not great for UK if you live abroad
Was perfect.
I do applaud you for updating your servers. However, my usage of foreign services have been negatively impacted as some services have yet to update their list of global IP addresses. So while I applaud you for being proactive, in the end it has rendered this VPN service (which I pay for) useless to me for the time being.
Ok
Ok
Won’t work on iPhone
This stopped working on my iPhone. I have uninstalled / reinstall same issue.
Technical problems...
It says I'm connected, but no IP address appears for iPhone or iPad (ok for MacBook). So it just doesn't work. Please fix.
Total failure
When trying to view simple media platforms when out of the UK, your VPN is not recognized and fails at every turn. BBC, Virgin Now TV, Netflix UK account. My previous work VPN covered all these platforms. Just no point continuing an account and very disappointed after many recommendations. What can you do?
Simple but efficient app
It would be great if with the force touch we could activate the VPN instead of going inside the app. Thanks
