- Support team is helpful when they respond
What they complain about

- App crashes frequently on my device
- Customer service can be rude or slow
Support
Excellent support with a minor issue
Hopeless now
This used to be a great app but now it is hopeless ... it is hard to enter... weird screens appear... how apps can go down hill ?....
Great but need to fix crashes
I’m enjoying this app. Lots of opportunities to play and learn. However it crashes way too often. Also you need to create help files for how to interrupt the analysis and what the analysis means.
iPad app keeps on quitting
Every time I try to save a hand the app quits. ;( Frustrating.
App is Not Working Properly
Should run flawlessly and does not😡
Great app!
I am learning how to play and this app has been so helpful.
What a waste!
I have paid my annual subscription for several years now, and have enjoyed playing the daily tournaments. However, a few months ago I became aware that the day’s hands were identical to the previous ones! This happened frequently so I emailed for help. What I got was a pretty condescending reply ( really, you think I do t know how to update and close out if the app????)?! I am quite frustrated at this point and found the customer service to be useless.
Shark bridge deals out too many very low bid hands
I don’t like that
AI Imbalanced
Another Update: AI’s bidding is getting more atrocious, which I didn’t think was possible! Oh, and, it cheats! West bids 4 Clubs while holding a hand of 5 points and two lowly cards in clubs. East meanwhile has 7 cards in Clubs including A, K & J, which West seems to be aware of. I doubled and took them down -3. Similar scenarios have happened so often that I’ve given up taking screenshots since it doesn’t seem that the Devs have any interest in improving the AI. Time to uninstall and move on. Update: I’m truly glad to know that you are dedicated to improving the AI. I’ve taken a bunch of screenshots that I can email you, if that will help. I’ll try and report the hands via the button but, I don’t think it’s possible after the hand has been played. That button is not accessible when Shark shows on the pop up screen what it would have bid and scored. Rather than playing online, which depends on the schedule of others, I prefer to play against the AI. I would be happy to pay if I saw some real improvements with the AI’s bidding algorithm. Thanks for your response. I much preferred the previous version of this app. The “improvements “ to AI in this version are a joke! Even on the conservative setting, the Robot makes very aggressive bids for my partner North, invariably leading to a loss. What’s most galling is that, at the end of the game, Shark’s own analysis is that North should have bid differently!
Questionable play by the robots on Shark Bridge
Getting outscored by the robot team which is bidding and making contracts that make no sense for the points held. On Slam bidding explorations, the robots don’t seem to understand use of Roman keycard conventions either. Very frustrating.
Shark ridge
Perfect bridge learning tool. Good bidding explanations.
No response
I have used the 7 day trial version for the full 7 days. I like the software but when I asked about certain operations, I have yet to receive any response - not even an ‘Out of Office’ response. To me, this is a clear indication of customer service. I will find a different product.
Bidding could be better
Ok but not great
Signaling poor
I very much like this app and play the daily tournament regularly. But please please please give the option of standard North American carding. I have tried every option in the settings and they are all poor.
Great Game!
We have learned to be pretty good party bridge players using this game. But I came to say how good the developers are, we had a problem installing the paid version and they stayed in touch, gave detailed instructions, and got us up and running. Thank you very much. Great app!
Better on ipad or mac
Any time I can practice is good but if I have the option to practice on my ipad or mac - i prefer using those devices. I can’t speak about playing against others as I only practice on shark bridge
Great program
The 16 board daily challenges are always interesting, and play is natural
Fun
Shark Bridge is fun. I play a little every day and it is good practice for in person bridge. The robots are disappointing but it’s still fun.
Great Fun!
I enjoy having the ability to play bridge 24/7!! I play with friend online three times a week with friends I’ve met online. But, I enjoy being able to practice whenever I wish… on my own. Well done, app designers! Plus, anyone can reach out to them… via email and they are quick to get back to you with answers, support. It’s the best app online!!
Unplayable at the moment, update
Continuous crashes on my iPhone recently. Working again!
Logiciel bien structuré
Intéressant à jouer.
ROBOTS
The robots do not bid correctly and if you replay a hand they will change where certain cards were. So to me, it’s a very unfair learning tool. Whoa Nellie Whoa Nellie
Excellent app
Very pleasant and helpful gentleman in their help department Provides playing on-line with friends (which we’ve been doing for a few years) along with numerous kinds of practice runs. The app never seems to have problems Love it Great system with virtually no problems I still love playing games for practice as well as playing with friends Great!
Pachman
Love it. Everything a bridge players needs. Unlimited offline hands, tournaments and playing with my friends online.
