Okay
The app does what it’s supposed to do, also makes it easier to withdraw money since I have a passbook, not a debit card. I can also use it while in another country so it’s good. Sometimes it’s a bit slow though.
Money transfer
Recently I am having problems transferring money from my savings account to another local account. On some Occasions I am not even able to access my account. Seems like there is a problem with the digital app since updating. Please assist.

I love the app except when upgrading or changing device
I like the app for easy login, account check, transfer, and so on. It’s challenging only when I have to upgrade my phone. So to the developers, could you make it possible to unregister device first in the app and register a new device? It should be possible to authenticate with biometrics like if it’s the same face or fingerprint. Enable blink for livelivess check if you worry that the face is faked. If deregistering device and registering a new one is automated, then it would be perfect!
Very basic & not reliable
I like the basic functions the app supports - view balance, pay bills, and transfer funds. Other than that, it doesn’t really offer much, which is disappointing for a banking app. Almost everything else a user wants to do - change contact info, view historical transactions, open an account - you still have to do in a physical banking center or have to email a form. The app is also unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just hangs. Makes it really challenging for customers who are not in the Philippines.

Went from working to endless spins after the last update
Probably one of the worst banking apps. Every update seems to make the app more sluggish or just stops working. Now struggling to make payments because it continues to spin and never load since 5/27

This app works better now, the one thing i dont like is what if i lost my phone how can i log in when i am only allowed to register one device. And i can not go to the bank since i’m not in Ph.

Unable to send money
It’s been 3 days that im Trying to transfer money online but it wont go through! Big bank with very poor mobile banking app!
Needs a lot of improvement
This app always freezes and does not open for days. I am unable to access my account and do money transfers. I have done all the troubleshooting and it still doesn’t work. Very frustrating. They need to improve this to provide banking services efficiently.

Buggy Coding
Generally it’s not a bad app, but it does have a lot of bugs. The latest one I have found is when trying to de-register my old phone and register my new phone. The app is supposed to generate a QR code, but just gives an error. I’ve been trying for 3 days now. Unfortunately, if you want to use online banking with PNB, it’s your only choice.
Need option to change phone number in the app.
Update review: I wish that this app have an option to change the phone number. It will be so much easier for the users. Going to the bank just to change the phone number is kind of time consuming or waste of time. Recently I was in PNB bank I spent 2 hours there. The service was so slow. Note: I am glad that I can add or remove my device through the app. Would be good if more devices can use the app. I appreciate any enhancements you guys do in this app. Hope it’s more user friendly.

Is there something wrong with the mobile app? We have not been able to transact since December 30 2022. Now it's January 2 2023, thought it would work as the holidays are over.

Does what i need, never had any issues so far. Could be better but we cant really compare it to 1st world countries. Onwards and up! Xx
App is so busy it’s useless
There are too many unnecessary things in the app that you find it frustrating and thus useless. There are just so many things you want to do while using a banking app. Most of the features don’t even work right. Lessen the functions but ensure it works as expected 100% of the time.
Accessibility
The cannot be added or downloaded to cell phone. The site should be more simplified as choices are crowded. Extreme improvements should be made to make it search friendly. The developer should have a better idea and experience to simplify it.

Stupid Troubling App
The Username & Password section does not work at all!! Every attempt, error 05 comes! I am making a new account it doesn’t work. You stole my money, stupid scamming app! I need a withdrawal, but I am not going to Philippines to go get my money! Reply RIGHT NOW and tell me what to do.

Very bad app, learn from other banks
This app is a joke! One of the worst. Cannot log into the account on iOS but on android it works. Learn from the other banking services in the Middle East. Modern, smooth and easy to navigate and they update you if there is a maintenance!
Just barely does the basics, but works
Only one device, strange. Worse, somehow with the prior update they removed monthly recurring payments, and left daily, quarterly and annually. Hahaha. How dumb. How can you remove monthly when that is the most common? No weekly option, no bi-weekly option, no monthly. Who checks the app before they publish it?
Having a problem signing up
I have an old acoount/username on the old app. I try to log in but there is no logging in only sign up. When i try to sign ul my account number, or even my debit number its says that user nranch doesnts exist. How can i solved this?
