This App Keeps Crashing
The app keeps crashing, and I can’t view my bank balance. Please fix and update your system as soon as possible.
Outstanding application
I was trying use cardless withdraw in this app. what a surprise its so easy as pie.
Always Pending, no Posted
It's been almost a month and the statement will come in few days, but still all my transactions are only in Pending tab and not moving to Posted tab. I cannot convert my transactions to installments.
it keeps crashing out
i used this app ever since i opened a bank account but every time it has a maintenance or etc the app keeps crashing and it doesn't have any option how to get it better unless u uninstall and install it back again which is it became so tiring 'cause u have to verify ur again again and it will process it for 24hrs and what if i need it quickly but i can't do anything about it

Worst Online Banking
Accessing my RCBC Pulz account has been incredibly frustrating. I can’t receive OTPs on my Canadian phone number, which means I’m locked out of my account and can’t transfer money or complete any transactions. Reaching out to customer service hasn’t helped either; it takes a long time to get a response, and even after providing all the requested information, nothing has been resolved. This experience has been disappointing!! Worst banking experience. UPDATE: After three calls to customer service and a one-hour call with a supervisor, they finally resolved my OTP issue. While the process was frustrating, I appreciate that they were eventually able to help. On the bright side, the RCBC Pulz app has a more modern design and is very user-friendly, which makes banking more convenient. However, I hope they can improve their customer support process to make it quicker and less stressful for users facing urgent issues.
Fix your APP
Your app keeps crashing. You can only do 1 transaction in this app and then u get logged out and would not be able to log back in! So hassle!

I always experience problem with the app. App is updated and cant log in despite good internet connection. I had to delete the app and install again to be able to use it.

I love the app!! I only use it though for my cc. So my review might be very subjective! But overall love the convenience with the app.
Cant go way past kyc
Your application has a bug where your kyc partner idfy cannot access camera from within your app. It thinks it is in browser and instructions are from safari which to non-tech users may be difficult to understand. I tested on iphone 11 and 12, and still issue persists. Without kyc, app is useless
App is working and migration is smooth
Customer feature request, it would be a better user experience if you implement 2FA instead of rotating passwords every 90 days. I always forget my password due to this rotation. Better if 2FA or OTP verification every 90 days.

When I download the application it say's update your all information. After I filled up the information sheet there is an option to reload your documents like passport or driving license, and you have to upload your live video since it was you. The security of this new application is punitive. After you complete the informtion there is an otp sending on your mobile. After the otp there is a message from rcbc tht you reminding that the update will be applied after 24 hours.
Totally useless!
Ever since upgrading to a new phone, I’ve completely lost access to my RCBC Pulz account. Even when entering the correct credentials, both on the app and online banking, I keep getting the same pop-up message: “Thank your application! Please check your email for the status of your application.” I never had this issue on my old phone and could access my account without any problems. Now I’m locked out for no apparent reason, despite using the same account details. I’ve tried multiple times and still get nowhere. What makes this even more concerning is that I’m currently living in another country, so I’m completely blind as to what’s happening in my account. Not being able to monitor transactions, balances, or access my banking information is extremely worrying and stressful. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a banking app where reliable access is critical. RCBC really needs to address compatibility and login issues affecting users after device upgrades.
Convert to installment: No reference numbee
The app should have reference number of the item converted to installment. No sms or even email notification about the convert to installment status. There was a time that I converted one of the item I purchase through the app but the app doesn’t capture it according to your CSR. Nagmumuka kaming sinungaling kasi hindi naman all the time, nag i screenshot kami ng mga convert to installment. Sana naman may sms notif or thru email para may reference man lang kami.

RCBCpulz is my favorite on the go partner. This app is a modern one and very easy to navigate. I can do most of my online transactions with ease and hassle free whenever and wherever I am. I highly recommend this app.
WORST
This is the worst Banking App. How many times must you send codes and end up with error. Each attempt will require a code and after a long process you will just say error! Seriously? You are a big bank and you cant afford experts to fix your app! I encountered this problems many times over and despite the complaint it’s always the same! WORST!

I can only log-in one time and i have to uninstall the app everytime. It doesnt even work sometimes. Fix this.

I tried multiple times to receive the OTP via app, yet it’s not working.
Convenient
I was able to set up my account and paid my bills swiftly, and also enjoyed their free instapay fees for transfers ₱1000 and below, big savings for me as I need to do more this season. Highly recommended!
Worsening
Despite ongoing updates, the app still can't fix the frustrating glitch that causes my biller info to vanish from favorites—it’s really disappointing!
Bare bones brinking on Mediocrity
It's hard to fathom that a bank as big as RCBC has an app this pedestrian. The UX is borked and not intuitive; Too many clicks to check on your account and also there's no real time tracking of your transactions...I know that my subscription was charged and was debited but it doesn't show in the app. There's such as thing as showing pending transactions...this app doesn't have that feature. Notifications for incoming deposits, withdrawals or as I've mentioned transactions is missing from the actual app. The over reliance with SMS messaging that's inconsistent anyway to get these alerts is head scratching. When smaller rural banks have better apps - it might be time to go back to the drawing board.
OTP via App not working
All functionality I’m using are working great except this OTP via app. So I changed to default of using OTP via SMS. The reason probably due to the previous RCBC app that is already uninstalled. Before it was uninstalled, OTP via app are received by this old app regardless if the OTP request originated from the newer app.

Im trying to select/add my Visa Platinum to the list of credit cards to manage in the app but it wont add up.
Problem with login and camera
Im trying to scan my passport to open account but its not possible to open camera from the app. Soo try to open from browser and there is an information that im already login soo i cant go in. Soo i decide to delete app but still the same info thst im login to app even after deleting ;)

I can’t activate my device!
Needs updating in terms of sending the OTP to an email option and not just to the mobiles number. I can’t even login to the app and activate my device because I didn’t receive any OTP at all! Sucks big time. I was very excited BUT…. Pffft!
Unable to Log in
Would be better if there’s an app for Bankard cardholders where we can see recent and unbilled transactions. The website is already not available for iPhone users and this too. I’ve keyed in the same user id and password but it keeps telling me that I’ve entered incorrect details. What’s happening RCBC
