You can’t share the favorite contact list you made on bdo page or bdo online as if they are from totally different companies .extremely short active period then lock you out and you need to relogin in. 10 seconds only ? Can’t even complete one transactions!!!

Idiot app
Been trying to log in using my bdo on line credentials and it always says “wrong user name and password “ even when i copy pasted everything. Idiotic as the developers
DIVERTS TO APPLE STORE
Every time I open the app, dialog box to download appears, goes to Apply Store to open.
Good but dont show balances right away
This app was recommended by their own teller as i open a new savings account. There are times that the accounts and balance dont show up, and you need to exit and start the app again before it recognizes your account. The transaction history only updates when you made a transaction in bdo pay. Other transactions such as when i deposit money from another bank or i deposit money from other ATM it wont show in the app

OTP
It always said that OTP has been sent but never received any.
It keeps saying session expired
I logged in on another device and completed verification with a OTP sent to my registered phone number. Yet, it keeps saying “SESSION EXPIRED. FOR YOUR SECURITY, WE HAVE LOGGED YOU OUT DUE TO INACTIVITY OR DUE TO LOGIN FROM ANOTHER DEVICE.” That’s what the password and OTP are for, right? Two-factor authentication? So why do I still get logged out all the time? I have changed password using the same device hoping it will recognise I’m changing it on the same NEW device and it will keep me logged in after. It should all be good after completing the TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION anyway. But no! It still says SESSION EXPIRED!!! What else do I have to do to keep me logged in when I change my device??? Why make things so hard for your clients? This is SOOOOOO UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is VERY DISAPPOINTING! VERY UPSETTING!!!
Problem with linking to account
This version has issues with account linking. Even though it's supposed to be linked, the software loses its link every time it opens, despite repeated attempts to reconnect. Please fix it

Sent Online Payment Twice
Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response.

APP ASKED YOU FOR YOUR BDO USER NAME AND PASSWORD 🔑 then SAYS “ACCOUNT temporarily locked . For security reasons we temporarily locked your account. RESET YOUR PASSWORD to unlock 🔓 it” I tried to contact the app developers on the apple link for BDO and could not reach a human by phone and there is no email 😳

I cant say enough to this useless app. Its like a curse that you do not want to use. You can even login. It says use your login account frm your bdo online bankong but it would say “Your Account is Disabled”. A cursed application! Dont waste your time on this another junk BDO app.
Forced to use a nonworking app
They disabled the functionality of the old app to force users to use the new app but the new app is not working. Just when you need the app. Not a good start!

Tried countless attempt but Unable to transfer the balance! There is no schedule maintenance! Bakance transfer is free but always unsuccessful! Useless
