Muy buena aseguranza
Obviously app doesn’t work
We all know that insurance is a “for profit business” and this app is just another waste of time for the user. Lots of simple login options don’t work and left stranded waiting to file a claim. Pure junk, delete and shame on the developer for making such a garbage app.
Complicated to use and takes you in circles
I swear they make this process as hard as possible to avoid fulfilling claims. The app takes you in circles and makes you sign in each time to view or make a claim. You need to access information in between each steps which makes you sign out and repeat the process 8x before you can finish the claim. I am very annoyed that I have to call support and listen to their god awful hold music each time I want to do a simple task! Their customer support is super nice and helpful (2 stars) but I wish I didn’t have to call them at all! Also, I signed up when Asurion was 25/mo and they raised the price 2 months later without telling me, even after I asked the store associate if the price would go up and he said “no”. The claim deductible used to be $99 and now it’s $130. Insane how irritating they make the process.
Fix the App
First, they have really good service. I had a broken camera lens that cost me a lot of money and they were able to fix it. However this app is simply horrible. The Amazon login feature does not work and it will put you in a login loop. You are better off just calling in to file a claim and save your stress over this broken app.

False advertising
Their advertising on Amazon shows coverage from day one from accidental damage, but that is limited to specific products only and since this product is not covered by accidental damage, it should not have been sold with it. The coverage proved to be of no value.
No way to download or print claim form
After having to resubmit photos multiple times I get to a screen requiring a claim form to be downloaded or printed but there no way in this app to download or print the form!! What is the point of using the app?

Cool features with knowledgeable content
I’m very happy with the app and would recommend their Home+ plan. This app has many amazing and unexpected features that I enjoyed exploring. I had some spare time and used some of the app features, such as the diagnostic check on my iPhone and home network. The feedback I received was detailed, informative, and offered multiple solutions, many of which were free and easy to do. The app also gave me the option to contact a live “tech expert” via chat, text, or phone in a friendly and non-intrusive way, which I appreciated. I didn’t need any help with setting up devices or have any questions, so I didn’t use this option. I love that their live “tech experts” are available 24/7. I haven’t filed any claims or used their tech/install services, since I don’t have any problems 🤞. Everything is good so far. I would recommend their plan. I requested a “Dark Mode” option in my feedback. I hope they will add it soon.
The App sucks and so does the service
When I attempted a claim, I was told to fill out a document. After submitting the claim was denied stating the information I submitted did not match their information. Nothing I could do or respond to except call their number. I was told my phone number was not correct. So rather than contact me through the email that did match, they just denied the claim. After that was finally sorted it took more than 4 separate calls and escalating the claim for them to provide relevant information to proceed with the claim. It is supposed to be no hassle. That was a lie for my experience.
Chat was helpful
The online chat people are helpful. More helpful than the in person people i relied on to clean my console but broke it instead (like UBreakIFix in Nampa, Idaho).

Do not suscribe to asurion trust me
Its very easy to pay each month (auto pay) but when you want tonmake a claim its very difficult, my mom can’t do it by herself I need to help her every single time, and they ask you for pics or things that you must to upload but the app crashes always and its to easy for they cancel claims but not to coverage, it is a secret that they dont tell you before they offer you the insurance, they tell you can be systems old and everything BUT it the serial its not showing good for the time (tint goes off) they dont cover you NOTHING!!! They’re the best scamers in the world!!!!

I’m new on this app. I couldn’t find some information I needed so I tried the Chat svc. My associate, AJ, was professional, courteous & pleasant. I will definitely feel comfortable reaching out again if I have need.
Deny every claim
They deny every claim made. Nearly impossible to reach anyone. After having you turn in countless things for each claim they deny every single one.

Every time you want to file a claim the app acts like you don’t have an account. Especially when you use your phone number … it’s annoying and should be fixed
