MM Servicing
I LOVE this app! I can do so much more than just pay my mortgage. I can see how much $ I save in interest every time that I make an additional payment on principal. There are tools that I can use to see how much I save and how many payments that I take off the loan by setting goals on extra payments to principal. This feature is really motivating!!! When I see those savings amounts, it helps me keep on track!
Autopay Not Working
I am not pleased with how Autopay is working. This month when I checked my account, there was a ? mark next to the autopay option and it was grayed out. It’s a good thing that I checked my balance to make sure that the mortgage was paid. 😤

The app is a nice option. The update provides better information in one place. It just takes too long for the money to be taken from my account.

I am unable to schedule a payment for a date greater than Dec 31, 2025. This needs to be resolved.

Several times I have paid on this app, sometimes it doesn’t actually deduct from my account. Then I get late notices.

This is the best mortgage company I’ve ever used. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The website and app is convenient and easy to use.
Won’t allow to login
Continually getting a message saying, “Sorry, something happened, please try again at a later time” which isn’t very helpful
Latest update is a downgrade in experience and information
The last app was so intuitive and highly usable that this new update simply can’t compare. The app was so great before, I’d pick movement for my loans just to make sure I had that as my payment experience. The new version no longer displays certain calculations. I also have to look for everything and it takes more taps to do simple actions. Change is fine, but the app feels older and more clunky somehow despite being a new update.

Lack of Transparency and Inadequate Communication Before, During, and After Closing
This was my first time using Movement Mortgage to purchase a home, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The communication was poor before, during, and after closing. Critical information about my loan terms, payment setup, servicing procedures, escrow details, and what to expect after closing was not clearly explained. I was not provided with the guidance or education necessary to properly service my loan or feel confident managing my payments. There was a consistent lack of proactive communication. Instead of being clearly walked through next steps, timelines, and expectations, I often felt left to figure things out on my own. For such a significant financial commitment, this level of disorganization and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Homebuyers deserve to be properly informed and set up for success when taking on a mortgage. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard.

This app sucks.
Constantly have to change your password. And then when you do, it takes 4 or 5 tries for it to go through. You also can’t copy and paste the code they give you email form to the app. I literally have never written a review before and this app is terrible. I would not go with movement again if i had the choice just based on how poorly this app functions. You’d think with all of the money they make off of us, they could invest it in a functional app.
App won’t open
The app worked fine for years . Now it won’t let me in. I deleted and reinstalled . Still nothing.

It’s ridiculous that you can’t make bimonthly 1/2 payments on your mortgage with this company. I’ll not do another mortgage with this company again. It’s completely stupid to only be allowed to make a full payment once a month

How can I pay my mortgage????
I downloaded the app because I’m not able to login to my loan on the website…. Tried resetting password twice- (even though i know my password is right) and nothing. Got the app- can’t log in because it’s not accepting new or old password… meanwhile my mortgage is not being paid… Anyone else experiencing this??
