As a person with ADHD, I absolutely love this app. The only thing is that I cannot get the widgets to work, and there were more emotion options.
Appears developer has abandoned the app
The app tries to do a lot and is well designed. But there are too many basic things that don’t work and too many promised features that don’t exist. There’s no support but a chatbot that misled me then apologized and corrected itself the next day. I’m thinking the Russian developer has abandoned the US version. I am now concerned this app has nefarious purposes.

This app as so much potential but it’s also really buggy. The widgets don’t function super well and it freezes often. Hoping for some bug fixes soon.
Too Good To Be True?
This app really blows the rest of its kind out of the water. It’s a true all-in-one ACCESSIBILITY tool for my AuDHD, not simply a productivity tool. It’s got so many more trackers the others don’t, and makes me feel like I can finally organize my life and achieve my big dreams.
Could be so great
Really wanted to love this app it has absolutely everything I need in one app. But I can’t take the glitches anymore and the lack of response in fixing known issues. Started my year subscription in March and haven’t used it after the first few weeks. Especially disappointing when I reached out to support the first week I had it through the app and identified an issue with it being mostly unusable on iPad mini which is the main device I wanted it for and there still has not been an update to make it work properly. I see so many reviews saying they’d love it if it worked right and it just seems like the developers aren’t interested in fixing the issues that I can see from the reviews date back months and years. Sucks to be stuck with a year subscription for something I don’t ever use now, what I get for being hopeful that known issues would be fixed.
The best features but please improve the basics
I love this app for ADHD brain and beautiful visuals and having the smart idea to connect long term goals and project planning in all the same place. It is so feature rich but the syncing is SOOO annoying it seems just happenstance if it works. Basic things about how things are organised. Like if I add numbers in front of task area names I expect them to sort into numerical order but they don’t. I have had quite a few chats with the tech team about simple glitches and they are helpful but it doesn’t always get resolved. I think this app is so full of promise but so far unreliable on the basics. The features are outstanding. But guys you need a bigger bug fixing and UX team.
Disappointed
I was super excited to try this app but the features are a great concept but very poorly executed. Also the subscription information portals are fraudulent. Do not enter your information right away. DO NOT PUT YOUR INFORMATION IN THE MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION LINK!! It’s a weird link that asks about card information first 6 and last 4 of number, expiration date and the amount of the subscription. THERE IS A RESTORE PURCHASES BUTTON!!! Honestly I’m turned off by this app. I wish it was better I’m just upset with how not user friendly it is and the fraud. Wish it was better :(

Everything I’ve been looking for!
Wow. I can’t believe I just discovered Brite. I’ve tried many different apps like Todoist, TickTick, Structured, etc but they all seem to be missing something. One of my main things is being aesthetically pleasing and with Brite, I’m able to customize homepage widgets and colors. The thing that sold me was the ability to have different dashboards for my personal, work, and vacation needs. The customer chat is super responsive (I’ve heard there are delays on email so try the chat) and from what I’ve seen, they are constantly updating their app based on user feedback. I’m incredibly excited to get my life organized with this app!
Not what I expected
It is beautiful and good ideas but does not work. I have a newer laptop and most of the items in the app do not work. Not sure if it needs an update but it is very disappointing. I thought it was going to be just what I was looking for.
Has so much potential
This is all is EXACTLY what I want. It has everything from to do list, goals, habits, expenses, meditation, work out, meal tracker, you name it! I love how you can customize colors & background too. However I will say the habit is tricky. It disappears & comes back. Also the widget only displays 4 of my habits, I wish it displayed all 6 of my habits on my Home Screen Also, the app FREEZES A LOTTT. I keep having to exit the app & reopening it. If these two can be fixed, I really do think this app will be the biggest & best productivity app in the game
Lost everything
I used this app daily to track medications, habits, and lists. I loved it and relied on it to save and reference important information. Today, Brite app crashed and EVERYTHING I had stored in the app is LOST. After this happened, I researched and found out that, unbeknownst to me, I have been using the app as a "guest" and had never created a login. If you rely on this app for anything meaningful to you, do yourself a favor and make sure you have an account so that your data can be restored if the app ever crashes for you.

Premium Subscriber Issues - Unable to access data or use app
***UPDATE JUNE 11, 2026*** (initial 1 star review continues from June 3rd…) I’ve been a Premium Annual Subscriber for over a year now. As someone who has ADHD and a child with autism, this app was amazing. When it was functional. I experienced several glitches over the months such as tasks or notes not saving, or when trying to edit something it froze and kicked me out, only to have lost all progress once I restarted the app. That being said, I tried outsmarting the bugs every now and then, screenshotting something of my notes in the case I lost it all (which I shouldn’t have to do…), and I’m glad I was able to save a couple things. Sadly, a majority I did not. Couple weeks ago the app lost all functionality and will not allow me to access ANYTHING on the app. Including my profile settings. Even after installing the latest update. It won’t open or view anything… There are many critical and personal financial logs, notes, diary entries, projects, etc that I need access to immediately. I reached out to customer support (as suggested via email) day or two after it failed to let me access my data. No response. Followed up a week later (couple days ago as of 6/11/26), still nothing. Messaged on Facebook. Nothing. Wrote a review on here (initially 6/3/26) and Facebook (which I never do, but since it looked like a majority of Brite responding was more prompt to those leaving 1 star negative reviews) in hopes that would facilitate and expedite my inquiries. Nada. Now I see constant update posts being funneled on Facebook. I understand sometimes various team members may have different tasks or whatever the case may be, I understand that. But as someone who helps contribute financial support to an app that is suppose to be helpful… the least someone could do is touch base. A little communication goes a long way. I just want to know I haven’t lost everything and my data is still synced to their servers so I can retrieve it. I would HIGHLY recommend doing some research BEFORE committing to ANY kind of subscription with the app, at least until they can be more reliable and organized. As much as I have truly loved everything the app has to offer and have put extensive dedication and work into it… it’s discouraging and frankly frustrating that there has been no amount of accountability or assistance to resolve any issues to the lack of consistent reliable functionality and my inaccessibility of this app. As great as this app could be, I think the focus needs to be less on continually pushing updates and AI and prioritizing that basic functionality of the app itself is sound and reliable… and possibly a bit better communication. Especially for those who are financially supporting your app… Unfortunately at this time, I will be cancelling my subscription until I’ve been given any kind of reassurance things will be made right. I’ve been extremely patient and hopeful, but it only extends for so long. Sorry for the long wind but had to express my frustration and hopefully spare someone from experiencing the same thing. Please fix this😭
Hello developers. I want to say a huge thank you for this app. Among many complicated and inconvenient planning apps, I finally found everything I need without unnecessary features here in Brite. But guys, the app is very buggy, suffering from many silly glitches. The most annoying thing is when I want to plan my day with events and, for example, I set the first event from 6:00 to 8:40, and the second from 8:40 to 10:40, the app says "it seems your events overlap," and this message covers the time of the second event. Moreover, this doesn't get fixed; specifically, on that day, even the event from 6:00 to 8:40 supposedly overlaps with the event from 10:40 to 18:00, lol — obviously, that’s nonsense. Also, it shocked me that when I paste text from iPhone notes, it is inserted in black in the app, and I have a dark theme in the app, which is obviously inconvenient. In general, there are many small, silly, and not obvious bugs in the notes system as well as in the whole app. Don't get me wrong, for me Brite is the perfect planner and I want to use it every day, it looks gorgeous, including the interface, but these little bugs just ruin the whole fun of the process, waste my time, and are simply terribly annoying... I would really like to buy a subscription, but as long as these errors bother me, I do not want to. I beg you, please fix this.
Along With High Hopes, Discovered Equal Parts Potential & Problems!
First, I should start off by saying that I really wanted to love this app as the concept simply can’t be beat, however I just can’t say the same for its execution. The idea of eliminating a dozen or more disparate apps in exchange for a single daily driver is nothing short of alluring, yet that’s an incredible challenge being that your customer base is not only expecting one high quality app, but essentially an entire suite of them! Now, the app does include nearly every feature that I could ask for in a robust daily planner, but it doesn’t appear as if their QA process is able to catch many smaller (and a couple of the larger) bugs before pushing a release out to the public. Additionally, we have come to expect integrations to work out-of-the-box, yet there were issues when pulling in my existing Google Calendar. Sadly, I have not experienced such issues with other apps, even those that appeared far less sophisticated. That’s never a good look for a paid, commercial app. I do believe that this app has massive potential, so I will list a brief overview of some of the bugs and concerns that I experienced in just the first 24 hours. If these could be consistently addressed going forward, I am still willing to giving it another go and changing my rating accordingly. 1. Before starting on the technical issues, I was directed to a Russian (.ru) payment gateway directly via the app menu. I get that multiple payment systems are needed in some apps, but this appeared rather sketchy! 2. After connecting my Google Calendar, I could only see a limited amount of past and future scheduled events! That makes no sense as it’s something people regularly need access to! 3. Select fields such as preexisting addresses were missing from my Google Calendar and it’s not practical to have to add them back in by hand! 4. The schedule would display “It seems, your schedule is overlapping,” however that particular event had both a start and stop time, no events immediately before or after it, and this was an event from my Google Calendar. 5. I accidentally tapped the focus timer at the bottom of the above event, but I could not get it to cancel no matter what I tried! Tapping “Continue” and “Remove” did absolutely nothing, even restarting the app did not help. 6. When trying to initially tweak my homepage, I had to manually refresh to see the changes, even simple ones like changing the icons to individual sections! That’s an extremely easy item to code and something that most people would expect to be automated. I initially thought it simply was not working at all until trying the manual refresh! 7. I don’t know if it’s a bug, but it just feels incomplete as tapping on any day in the weather doesn’t return details. I was expecting to see something as weather conditions change throughout the day. This is where I will have to stop as I’m running out of space to complete this review. I do want to reiterate that there’s some things that I really do like a lot. The list options, especially having ADHD-friendly ones is nothing short of awesome! If the bugs could get worked out, especially those dealing with integrations (and I only tried one), this could be an outstanding daily driver! Additionally, what’s up with a .ru payment page being in the app?! 🤔
Freezing
I loved this app but honestly it is disheartening when you spend a lot of time journaling, taking notes, creating a diary entry……and the app crashes or just freezes up and you lose EVERYTHING!! 😭😭😭🥹🥹

No real support
I have been trying to use this app because I thought it was really cool but I keep getting an outlook prompt to login and when I try it never works but the prompt keeps popping up. I paid for premium and have been trying to get a refund and haven’t received a response from support. There is chat support on the app but it’s managed by AI bots and they stopped responding after I asked for a refund. I cannot even use the app because of the continuous prompt to login to outlook which doesn’t work and I’ve tried various methods to try to fix it and nothing.
Has potential but sync glitch issues
I use this app often, and things started off well, but it often synchs incorrectly to my laptop, and when I open the app after just minimizing it, it freezes. Or when I try to do many tasks on the app it freezes. Unfortunately I already paid for it but I will probably look for something else to use if these issues aren’t improved.

Unfortunately I take away 2 stars because it’s too glitchy. Its offerings are wide but not deep. Nearly every widget is lacking in consistent functionality. I hate to even say this because I’m really rooting for this app. The idea is there. I’d gladly pay triple the cost if it worked well. But it seems stuck in an early prototype phase. Too much friction for me to justify the cost. I’ll be keeping an eye on you, Brite. I hope you can find the funding and expertise to make this the app it deserves to be.

Awful calendar
This app is honestly a joke. Subscription is confusing to get out of and the customer service chat is non-responsive. The calendar works fine for basic events, but if you want to have events that repeat it rarely works. And then even if you get it all figured out, events randomly disappear.
A lot of functionality
Very good personalisation, every one can find features that they need. But the program a bit raw for now. I’m enjoying it, the only option that I need is “delete quote”, but support team said that they already work on it.
Screen freeze
I was hopeful that this app would help me with my ADHD. Sadly, it froze up on the 18th of 19 slides just trying to enter the app after answering prompts. It is an expensive app. Please help me get past the intro.

Drops appointments
The app lost several of my appointments and some showed up incorrectly. Tasks also deleted themselves randomly.
Bugs make it a bit hard but overall really good.
I am using this app as a daily planner to help my days become easier and I love the aspect of having it all in one place. I am really enjoying this app so far and I love it. It is set out nicely and fairly easy to use. I would recommend definitely. There are a few bugs with this app that make it a bit hard to use. For example sometimes when I try to set a time for a task/event it will skip to an hour later or switch AM/PM. Sometimes I have to add a task/event a few times for it to show up. When I tap on calendar from the my day section it won’t allow me to add events/tasks from there, you have to either use the + button on the main screen or go to the drop-down menu. I hope to see these bugs fixed which I will then pay for premium for but as for the time being I am just sticking with the free version. The free version offers a lot too without having to pay for premium which is good for people not wanting to pay. As for any constructive criticism I would love for there to be an option for notes where it is not date based so some of my notes are able to just be general without it being reflected on a timeframe. I think the way the date and time for events and tasks could be set up a bit easier to use, it took me a while to understand how to use it but I might just be slow ahahha. Also adding a way to choose multiple dates from different months, it is currently set as a 1-31 day option that recurs monthly with the option of an end date instead of choosing specific dates from the month/other months as well. Also would love to see more icons added 😁😁 I hope this app fixes its bugs and they will be left with a very happy customer 😍. I would be very happy to pay premium once it’s in good shape. Well done developers loving this app.
Great Start But Buggy
It could have been great, but there are so many bugs that it’s just not usable.
Disappointing
Had high hopes for this but have deleted after using for a few hours when the app refused to save my events and then, when they did save, it would keep changing the times from a full day to a random time! I also reached out to the Chat to ask a question. It says they typically respond in a few minutes but I never got a response. Very disappointed ☹️
Finally found the perfect app
I have downloaded at least 40 different “productivity” apps. Calander/to-do lists/habits/notes etc. I’ve paid for a ton of apps searching for the right one for me. How Brite didn’t come up on many of my searches until now I will never know. This is everything I’ve wanted and more. It syncs with my Google Calendar and the functions work well for my adhd brain. I love having all my things in one place and that I can use this on my laptop as well. I spend my mornings on the app doing gratitude journaling and mood tracking. Setting up the time block (time mapping?) of my day. I use the pomodoro clock often. I have so much room for customization that I can’t see ever needing another app.

I love but poor syncing
I absolutely love this app, it has everything I need so I was soooo disappointed to find that the sync with google calendar is glitchy. It only picks up some of my appointments with no particular logic that I can see. It’s totally thrown my work flow as now I have to check the calendar separately and can’t see it all in one place. Super gutted about this as otherwise it’s perfect for my insanely busy life

Looks abandoned
At first was very excited by this but then I started noticing little unprofessional styling issues, weirdness with the copy on the site, the fact it keeps thinking I’m logged out. Then I checked their social media and it’s hardly ever updated. It’s nice they have a roadmap but they don’t show any dates on it and the chat to talk with developers doesn’t get any reply even though it says people are online. Feels like a project that ran out of money or people are working on in their spare time. Not sure if I want to build my life around it!
This app is everything I’ve been searching for.
I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was kind of personal. I’ve used just about every productivity app known to man and this one might just be my favorite thus far. It has everything I was searching for in a productivity app & touches many areas of life. I started using this app when I was a really bad space mentally & emotionally. I was severely depressed and felt like my life was spiraling out of control & I could not keep up. I started journaling in it, reading the quotes & helpful articles, I put my vision board there, started meditating & tracking my habits. It truly helped me regain a sense of control in my life. I recommend it to anyone who has ADHD, is stressed and overwhelmed, or anyone who just wants to regain control of their lives. i love this app.

Do NOT trust this app. They offer a 3 day trial & then it turns out there is no trial & you get charged the annual fee.
Good potential
This is a good app overall, however I have found that I can only get it to work on one device. When I install the app on another device it just does not recognise that I already have an account even when I select restore purchase. Instead it tries to get me to subscribe even though I already have a subscription. If you’re only interested in using it on one device then this is a great app, otherwise look elsewhere.
Haven’t even gotten in yet and I’m annoyed
There so many pop up’s and questions upon opening the app the first time, that this review popped up before I’ve even seen the interface. I’m ready to just delete it already.
Love the idea, but a bit slow to sync
Love this idea with everything in 1 place and it linked to my Google calendar etc.. it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for in this kind of app. I’m only 2 days in and it feels a bit slow updating it between the phone app and the web - ideally I want a change to be reflected instantly. Also the widget for the habits isn’t showing my habits.. I’ll mess around with the settings a bit more but just a bit of work to get it set up. I am hopeful that once it’s all set up it’ll work brilliantly ! As I say this is exactly what I’ve been looking for in terms of usage and the upcoming development is exciting !

Sleazy selling practices
I don’t really appreciate being rushed into buying a year subscription without being able to evaluate the program for a reasonable amount of time. Three days is nothing for a program that is supposed do as much as this is. I would argue that 3 days doesn’t even give you enough time to even learn how to use the program, let alone do anything meaningful with it. One week at the bare minimum is more realistic. The other thing that I didn’t appreciate is being offered a 25% discount as a new user on first opening the app, but I have to take the discount immediately without even being able to so much as look at the app or I lose it forever. It just feels sleazy.

Good app but now all my to do list comes up in the monthly calendar, making it really busy and hard to read. This didn’t happen when I first downloaded the app. I’ve tried to contact the makers but no heard a response. Otherwise a good app
