Don’t waste money on paid version. Reminders only work on occasion and lately haven’t worked at all. Don’t plan an important busy day using this because it’s useless with reminders.

Some days the app works perfectly. Some days I get back to back error messages and the app refuses to add things to my schedule through the ai voice feature and i constantly get the “oops i cant do that yet”

I downloaded this app to check it out, as I’m looking for a new productivity app. However, I can’t even check out the features to determine if I like it because an advertisement plays literally every 15 seconds. Immediate delete.

The design looks pretty good. But the AI interaction just isn’t there yet for me. Other AI’s like Kimi or ChatGPT have a more normal back and forth flow. I need an AI personal assistant that will be proactive with my to do list, check in about ongoing projects, help me think through and plan the next day out, be able to adjust based on sleep issues.. so far the AI assistants just seem like fancy calendars. I need an AI to actually be doing some of the planning
Amazing App - Paywall blocks it.
This app is wonderful for adhd (or not), and is exactly what I was looking for. My favorite use case is pasting a schedule ChatGPT gives me into Day Flow and it just puts it all in my calendar, with all the details and structuring just how I want it. Thats the primary use case of this app. The problem is, the paywall blocks the apps only unique features. I understand they have to make money, but it just feels too limited. If they didn’t put so much behind a paywall I would likely end up with a subscription anyways, but when your target demographic is adhd, you need to give them time (and ability) to integrate it into their routine before they start paying. Otherwise it will just fall out of their routine and you lose a customer. They should really consider this factor into their monetization strategy. If they did this, this would be a five star review and they would end up with more subscriptions.

My husband bought me a year subscription but the AI component was not useful, so I let it lapse. Now there are way too many ads for it to be helpful. Every time I want to reference my list (like when I’m at the grocery store and have to reference it several time an hour) I have to sit through another ad. I’m deleting the app and going back to Apple’s reminders until I can find something that works better.

Would be great if I could get notifications
There’s a bug where the app will not turn on morning routine notifications. I understand I can set the notifications up another way but my hope with this app is that I would be able to make things easier on myself; especially for $100. There’s another issue recently where when I clear an item from the calendar tab, it says there are no items in the calendar until I reload the page. The item I cleared is gone, and everything else is still there, but this means I have to click on and off of the calendar tab for each item I cleared. I would also appreciate if I could upload personal information to personalize the AI drafted advice/subtasks associated with each task I assign myself. If the bugs were corrected I would recommend this app to anyone who has trouble staying on top of their schedule; especially someone like myself who works gigs and needs a place to organize all of their shifts

Unusable. The assistant crashes constantly—nearly every other launch. I paid for a yearly subscription and can’t rely on the app at all. No response from the developer.
Almost perfect!
I have been using this app daily for almost a year now. It is by far my favorite daily task app. Where this app stands out: 1. Revolving tasks - scheduled and revolving tasks appear when they need to. They don’t continue to show up after checking off like most apps. This allows for creating routines, habits and endless revolving schedules. A dream for those who live off lists! 2. Calendar visual structure - having the calendar above the task list is an essential part of understanding what day it is and what is happening. For visual learners this makes life exceptionally easier and tasks from a distance are understandable. It’s not just a blank screen of words, it’s a visual picture of what your life looks like. Akin to what a physical month calendar feels like. 3. Ai-to-task - this is great and will be used in most task apps going forwards, but the simplicity of the button centered and a ChatGPT feel makes it easy to navigate. I like just rambling and having this make sense for my tasks. 4. Color codes - organizing into color coded sections and labels is another layer of relief for me. I can visually see the colors and know what it is from a distance. However, I am still having to use two other apps in order to organize my life. Here’s my cons: 1. Desktop app - there is no smooth desktop app version. Not even an iPad version that is sound. The option is a standing mobile sized image that has far less interaction than any desktop app I’ve ever used. Compared to apps like TickTick, this isn’t even close to performing at level. 2. Folders - options to create folders where items sit as opposed to use a casual inbox that is forgetful. Again, TickTick has mastered this. 3. Stand alone calendar - one view calendar to tap and add the task directly. This would give a visual learner an added benefit to be able to see the tasks on the calendar and interact with them. It would move people away from their Google and Apple calendars and use those as secondary. For now, this app does what I need daily and I love these daily functions as they are perfect and everything for those who need visual ques for tasks. It will change your experience in task apps. But please, for the love of my endless app usage, upgrade to at least a desktop version! 💖
I like this but it’s buggy
I really like this app and it seems very helpful. I wish it was able to export all entries you setup so it will mirror into other calendars via a sync function. Apple, outlook ect. It says it can export to my Apple calendar but it isn’t working even though all settings give full access. It also advertises to be able to talk to the the assistant. It is not recognizing any voice communication, only typed chat. Overall needs work. I’m ready for the improvements.
Great idea but needs developer work
I am loving parts of this app. However there are a few things that need to be addressed. First, there is no userID and password so the same account can’t be put on both your iPad and iPhone. Second, the voice recognition works 8 times out of 10. The 2 times it doesn’t work it throws me out of the voice recognition screen onto another screen to start all over. I also have subtasks on some tasks but many entire subtasks lists have disappeared even though the subtasks count still shows beneath the task. I have emailed the address in the app for help but haven’t heard anything. I really like the concept and want this app to work but for $99 I need more.

Good thing my American Express happened to notify me immediately! I agreed to try this app, I do have attention deficit disorder. But! This product was offered at 50% off. They charged my card the full 70$. If I am not refunded. You will all hear a LOT more of me. How greedy. My god.. these people today :(

There are too many things this app can’t do. For example, if you have two separate tasks and ask the chatbot to merge them together it say’s “opps, can’t do that yet”. Update: I requested a refund because this app didn’t fit my needs and I want to delete my account. It looks like the refund was approved so l’ve increased the rating stars because the customer service side should get credit for being understanding
MY NEW FAVORITE APP
I always struggled with using my planners and staying on top of my goals and I can truly say it is WORTH IT. Color coding, Labeling, Reminders you name it!

Looks very promising but one must purchase at least a week’s subscription at $8.00 to try the full application. Deleting.

Great Concept, Poor Execution
I really want to love this app. When I first tried it, I was genuinely impressed. I could speak my to-do list out loud, and it effortlessly organized everything. It even spelled the name of one of my other apps correctly—something most apps don’t get right. That moment alone made me excited enough to purchase the lifetime subscription, thinking it might be a limited-time offer. But shortly after upgrading, the problems began. I ran into issues trying to delete items from my list, organize categories, and quickly add subtasks. I was giving vague instructions to the bot, and it wasn’t turning them into tasks—it just seemed to search through existing ones, which honestly made no sense. There’s no clear guide on how to interact with the AI beyond what’s teased in their ads. The biggest issue? Nothing syncs between devices. I added the app to my other devices, and nothing carried over. When I reached out for help, I got nothing—no response. It’s been over five days now, and still no reply. That’s extremely disappointing. Part of me wants to stay hopeful they’ll fix these issues, but if I had to judge based on customer service alone, it’s a huge red flag. Also, there’s no transparency about how user data is stored or protected, which raises privacy concerns. Their social media page doesn’t even seem focused on the app—there are productivity tips, but not much about the app itself. It almost feels like it was thrown together by a non-coding AI app builder. In short: this app has real potential. I want to support it. But between the bugs, lack of support, and questionable privacy policies, I’d hold off on buying—especially the lifetime version—until they address these major issues. Right now, the red flags outweigh the benefits.

This app is a step in the right direction but is lacking in several critical areas 1. No provision for printing any or all data 2. No provision for prioritizing the events within a DAY, week or month 3. No provision for estimating budget cost of each item. 4. No provision for coordinating team efforts with other App users within the same organization or team I am a global business development and management expert with over 60 years experience and a thorough understanding of the Internet, all of its technology and limitations. I have worked in highly secure and general business environments and have successfully secured all of my applications, data and networking from all hacks, scams and privacy threats. I currently manage for businesses involved in the entertainment, business, including music, television, film, and live performance, events and venues. I built my first personal computer in 1974 from an 8800 kit. I then expanded it to automate my business CRM and Accounting functions. I use both Microsoft Office and windows systems and the most advanced of the new Apple Mac family with the M1 processors. Add the items I listed above with a high priority to this app is essential to its success and my continued use of it. I am involved on a daily basis in advance systems, design for both analog and digital production of entertainment content as listed above. Strongly encouraged the developers to continue to improve an argument this app and resolve the above issues and continue to have an open dialogue with users and professionals like myself. Great app! Has some bugs i think though
This is a great app! It’s really helped me get organized over the years with my adhd. But recently the app has been closing on its own while the AI is making a reminder without me closing the app it’s self it pretty annoying. Also once it closes it say I can’t make the same reminder again because since I’m not on the premium plan I only get one reminder a day. If possible could this be fixed please. It also might be something with my phone possibly but I don’t really think so. Still a great app though!

It’s really nice and I’m glad that the AI is not premium. It really helps me a lot daily and as a young girl in high school I could really use this help rather than just writing down my things. I could just use the AI to make my tasks!
Not that great, cowardly customer service.
Not what I expected when I payed for premium. The speak to ai response takes a while to respond. It’s is also almost impossible to cancel a daily requiring schedule. I was also expecting something like a calendar layout, like how motion layout their week. In terms of the the customer help service, it’s not that great either. It looks like if they are not able to sort your issue or they don’t want to, they will leave you hanging and won’t reply to your emails anymore. This are just my experience and reviews.

Seems like a cool app that might work pretty well but it doesn’t even pick up my voice when I try to chat with it. I’m on an iOS 26 iPad M5 Pro.
Overall Opinion
I’m only 3 days into using the app, but I really like it so far. Everything is smooth and as described. There are two negatives for me though. The first is the wait time when using the personal assistant. When I’m rolling at work and using it to help, I don’t like having to wait to tell it multiple things. The second negative is not having an online version to work on it through a browser. Regardless, the pros outweigh the cons, so I will continue to use.
Low functionality
The app has great ideas for features, but they don’t work! I’ve had it for a week and so far I’m experiencing: - calendar sync to Google cal and Apple cal doesn’t work. The app doesn’t export or import to any of my calendars despite a confirmation in-app that sync was successful. - AI can’t understand most words, limiting speech-to-text functionality and making me have to edit every task manually. The speech-to-text function is much worse than my own iPhone’s version of it. I can just add a task to my free Notes app with better accuracy. - App doesn’t have a desktop version and since calendar sync doesn’t work, it’s strictly a phone app. - “categories” feature works inconsistently. All tasks are automatically labelled as “general” and must be manually changed, but the change only works for a single task, not a repeating task - so when I want a weekly task added i basically can’t organize it into a specific category. This makes the app strictly a to-do list, not an organizer nor scheduler. * Not worth paying $100 to simply write a to-do list!

I enjoy using this product both for its functionality and it’s clean user interface. On the other hand. I’ve noticed a number of interface bugs that caused me to question its utility. Some are edge cases. I had a task that was only one minute long and when I attempted to change the length of the task to an hour so that I could move it from the end of the day to the beginning the app crashed. I also noticed very inconsistent results on attempting to delete tasks both through the swipe and also directly. If the developer cleans up these glitches, it will be a very nice product.
Nothing special…
I really regret spending the money on this app. There isn’t really anything very special about it. I tried to let it grow on me, and I tried to use it for a couple of months. But it just never really satisfied the need I had for a AI assistant schedule/calendar. - The AI generated “notes” are very general and seem to be unrelated to my tasks - it does not grow and learn from previous entries (remembering names, locations, spelling, etc.) - I was never able to get it to sync with my Apple calendar although I adjusted the settings and tried numerous times. - the layout of the app is confusing and not very efficient to use. Many different menus and screens, kind of make it annoying to find things and organize I wrote to their support email once and just got a reply full of unaccountable empty apologies (“we’re sorry that was your experience… sorry you feel that way…” etc…) Just a big let down in my opinion, and $30+ wasted for me. Google calendar, which is free, helps me a lot more with organizing, personalizing and automating my schedule.
