I literally can’t even connect my AC because when it asks me if I have an AC with the WiFi sign, it doesn’t allow me to scroll down and click yes or no -_-

The app on my phone works when it wants too. Sometimes I can’t find the buttons to turn it on my phone within the app. The app might have an advertisement that Zi can’t get around it to get to the air conditioner buttons

Broken Update
Latest update has made the app very unreliable. Live Activities will randomly disappear and device statuses will not reflect what's being toggled on in the app itself.
Qualcosa che non va
Per i primi due anni app fantastica unita all’aria condizionata HiSense. Da 2/3 mesi il disastro…risultano offline così da un giorno all’altro per diversi giorni per poi tornare online da soli, purtroppo ora sono diverse settimane che sono Offline ed avendo animali domestici in casa è diventato un problema con questo caldo. Spero si possa risolvere a breve… P.s. Ovviamente ho fatto ogni cosa per risolvere il problema, tramite Wi-Fi tramite gestore Wi-Fi…ma niente.

App won’t let me log in
I created an account using my Apple sso login. Randomly got logged out and now when I try to login with the Apple SSO it’s telling me I have to register again…
App not working
The air conditioner is great. It cools better than any other brand I have purchased. However the main reason I purchased this brand was for the Wi-Fi capability. I needed to be able to control the device while I am away. The app has worked great for the past year or so but suddenly stopped working. I have given it a week because I assumed that the company would release an update that fixed the issue but as of now, I am still unable to connect to my device. Please fix this issue!!!!! This is keeping me from recommending this brand to others and will make me not purchase another one.

Poorly designed app
I only want a simple on & off. I want the system to start every day at s certain time & stop every day at s certain time. Your app will not do that. I have tried every way to set start & stop times with no luck.

Funzionava bene. Di punto in bianco la temperatura di uno dei condizionatori si è serrata in fahrenheit e anche quando la rimetto in Celsius torna in Fahrenheit

Works great I love it. I turn it on two hours before I get home and my house isn’t so hot.
App kicks you out and then doesn’t allow you back in
I get kicked out of my account and then everytime I try to sign back in it just says Request failed
App not opening
The app usually works great. But today it won’t open. I click it and it loads a grey page but is blank. I’ve tried exiting the app, restarting, deleting and reinstalling. Happening on my iPhone as well as my husbands Samsung. App is up to date as well
Brutal
Hisense expensive portable wifi ac just does what it wants. You can make a schedule for auto on high at 7pm. It’ll do auto on low and just cycle on and off. You can hit high and it just beeps and changes back as soon as you leave the app. I Have to baby sit a $600 device nightly
Completely unusable as of today
No idea what happened, but out of the blue I’m unable to use the app at all. It opens up to a blank screen. Restarting the app, rebooting my phone and re-installing the app doesn’t solve it. My smart window AC is now a dumb window AC as a result. EDIT: Must’ve been some sort of back end issue because it is now working again. Still leaves a lot to be desired as far as ease of use.

App stopped working
I used to love this app. I was able to turn on my AC before getting home and walk in to a cool home. Now I can’t control it from the app. I select one mode and the AC dose something else’s I tell Alexa to turn on the AC and she changes the mode too. Now today I tried turning the AC off and the app isn’t letting me log in. I reset the password and it still says there’s an error. Every time I turn on my AC the settings I set change. So frustrating to have to change this back every single time.
Broken
The app is broken as I write this. The app stays stuck on a white screen after launching it and it seems there’s no way to make it work after that. I’ve tried restarting my phone and launching the app fresh without having it in the RAM, but to no use. I don’t have anymore evidence as of now and I hope this helps fix the issue
Very buggy app, will delete
I downloaded this app to use the inventory feature for the wine cabinet. It misidentified a bottle and now that incorrect bottle is stuck in my inventory and I can’t delete it. I can set the bar bet of bottles to zero but the wrong bottle information and the picture I took of the bottle are in my inventory for eternity it seems. I don’t want to scroll past erroneous bottles and constantly have to look for if the number of bottles is zero. Deleting or updating bottle information seems to be a significant use case that was overlooked. Tells me this app was thrown together to get a passable minimum viable product then abandoned.

The app is not working and is completely blank the screen, despite several attempts to close and reopen and even reboot my phone

Just what I needed
I can turn it on when I need it for cooling or heat. It has a energy saver a quiet setting it’s wonderful. I have hot flashes and it’s what I need when I need it inexpensive on my utility. I love it. Well worth the money.
Terms bug
Puts me in a loop when I try to accept terms and doesn’t allow me to access the app

It’s My Remote Control
I use the app to control the A/C unit in my recording studio. It’s so much more reliable and responsive than the A/C’s remote control.

Great App
Works great! Simple to use and connect. Good interface. My only complaint is when creating a schedule, setting the fan to quiet isn’t an option.
Poor integration with regular remotes and random disconnecting
This is a great app when it works. But it periodically just forgets devices and I have to re-pair them. It’s is frustrating that I can’t use this for remote features and then use the physical controls or the remote control that comes with my appliance at night . It’s annoying to have to pick up my phone in the middle of the night if I wanna change the fan or air-conditioning temperature, but if I pick up the remote, it’s very confused and then I have to shut everything down and start it back up on the app.
