Glitch that makes you ruin your rune every time
When you get a person who comes with a wrong id like photo or any problem if they have an expired ID, but you don’t have the option to mark expired ID but you can more bad photo then you submit it then it says you have it all wrong and you’re supposed some more expired ID but you don’t even have the option yet cause it’s you’re not high enough
Cute-but….
I don’t like having to start all the way over when I lose. It can be frustrating and makes me not want to play again. The game is super cute and fun, but there should be a way to continue from at least mid-way once you’ve made it so far.

I tried opening the app 6 times and it never loaded past a black screen. Even when I waited 15 minutes. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it still did not work.
Pulls you in and…nothing
This is an enjoyable game to pass time. Honestly I failed like 4 times before I made it through the trial period, but I needed to know what the perks were of the full time position! Get there and…don’t want to spoil but let’s just say it’s not the raise you’re hoping for. Some feedback that would make the game more engaging in my opinion: -There is a Reaper named guy whose name on the title is a few letters off but you really have to be paying attention to catch it. He has a $200k car and it looking for a $50k loan (much higher than pretty much every other application Ive done)…clearly a career criminal that is counting on you missing the letters and him taking the money and running. Only happened once…I kept checking the names letter for letter every applicant but never had that scenario again. -Your boss comes in and tells you to accept the applicant or get a dock in future pay. I like that it’s a mix up in the day to day to day. I figured there would be more of those and the ‘Watchful Eye’ app that was advertised or whatever would come into play to help make those decisions on more bribes. Never had the scenario pop up again though. **I just think adding more scenarios and mix ups like that would make it a lot more engaging and fun. Having to really stay on your toes…eventually it just becomes too easy. I’ve only done like 4 days of full time but adding more conditions of acceptance so often would also make it more long term fun. I do have some more feedback but feel like this is enough for now haha. If Devs want to reach out I do have more ideas to spice it up! Good game overall with tons of potential.

Great but could be balanced more
It’s a great alternative to papers please type games but the processing time is wayyy too short. (Putting aside how hard it makes it to play it also discourages the player to read what the applicants are saying while you are checking the papers and i noticed some of them are supposed to have moral choices but it’s hard to notice since you are forced to rush through) There is already a timer for end of shift so having this extremely short timer has no meaning anyways. Besides that i really loved it

If flag something as wrong and you are correct, you still get a warning cus you didn’t notice the other mistakes
Stupid way to lose
It said person must be 18 or older to get a loan. The guy was born 1998 October 26 the day he came in was October 6, 2016. I picked under age and got it wrong. The rest of the game was fun.
Good game
This was great but the 14 days left me wanting more. Any plans for an extended version? This honestly just felt like a tutorial. There’s room to expand on the dubious nature of the boss and even in the title screen there is graves in the background and what not so even after the “probation” period it feels like something is missinggggg please give us more 🥹🥹

It’s free, they don’t bother you with ads, but they also don’t support the game. Using simple comparison logic is a core fundamental to any development process especially this one, and they failed. Also repetitive and boring quickly.

Correct answers but wrong choice
Checked names multiple times before submitting. Names are not spelled correctly or wrong when compared to the I.D. when I put that it was wrong I was given a notch.

Netter Versuch
Es tut mir leid, aber ich mag euer Spiel nicht. Liegt überhaupt nicht an dem Spielkonzept, sondern mehr daran, dass Fehler viel zu konsequent und unelegant bestraft werden. Man muss sich nur vorstellen, dass man viele Tage in dem Spiel verbringt und dann alles von dem einen auf den anderen Moment KOMPLETT weg ist. Denn nach 3 Fehlern ist Schluss! Zwar kann man sich Booster kaufen, die die Anzahl an Fehlern wieder um 1 zurücksetzt, diese Booster kann man aber erst nach (zu) vielen Tagen erwerben. Statt einen Fehler so unschön zu bestrafen, könnte man z.B. auch Teilpunkte geben, also wenn die Bewerbung abgelehnt wurde, aber nur der Grund falsch war, man nur einen halben Strafpunkt bekommt. Eigentlich habe ich das Spiel gerne spielen wollen, da auch zwei meiner besten Freunde es spielten, aber jetzt habe ich ehrlicherweise keine Lust mehr… Meine beiden Freunde waren auch irgendwann frustriert. Müsst ihr wissen.

Issue
I love this game there is just one issue, when you get to the part where they need to make $1000 or more to get approved it marks me wrong for denying them even though the make less then $1000 or more. I would love to see this fixed, thank you!

it says that the applicant need a $1000 income or more but when i declined an applicant whose income is low $1000 it shows that im wrong???? lol???? the creator of this app is so dumb.
Almost perfect
I love this game. I came in thinking that it would be boring because who would play a game that has to do with work? But it’s actually really fun. I gave it four stars though because I would like to control what I say to the costumer, but otherwise the game is perfect. If you want to get your mind moving but you are waaaayyyy to lazy to do SOMETHING, this game in perfect. Highly recommend. Just that one thing about the things my character says.
Good Game Concept, Couple Bugs
I really like this game, I thought I was going crazy but it keeps claiming I'm getting things wrong when I know I'm not. I started triple checking and I was right. Is it a part of the game? I don't know but it's driving me crazy and I really just want to enjoy the game and I can't.
Not enough time
I came on this review page just to speak on my behalf of the experience. I can tell they put a lot of effort on this game, but just for their not to be enough time for you to review the applications, make the game just go to waste. If you guys really want to make money in the future just give the people what they want (more time to view applications). Besides that I would say the game is good!
Super fun
I really enjoy this game. It’s got funny dialogue and the characters have a huge variety of lines to deliver. It keeps me engaged and wanting to play over and over again. I’m hoping they come out with a new update!

Great solid game
A fun game that goes under the radar when it comes to simulations, my only complaint is that the game is too short and too easy to get terminated.
Right choice, but wrong?
Had a client with an incorrect name on the title, ID had a different first name but same last name. So I declined it and got a write up. It wasn’t even a nickname
Fun but unfair
Got like an hour in and lost all my progress because “IT working on computer” couldn’t put my money in the bank (which I bought) and I couldn’t get a core aspect of the game seeing vehicles values. Had zero mistakes until then.
Underrated gem
Deceptively simple, brilliantly stressful, and weirdly addictive. There’s something deeply satisfying about getting into the flow state, blazing through applications, and surviving another chaotic “workday”. Hands down one of my most favorite jobs I’ve ever played. No PTO or vacations yet so, wish me luck!

So it tells me that I should reject someone that has less than 1000 monthly income but when I do it says it’s wrong. I don’t know if this was a glitch or something but all I know is that it wasn’t doing this before.
Too short
I loved playing this game, it was one of my favourite mobile games ever. However, the time to approve the loans is too short and so is the main story. There should be way more than 14 days with the game delving into the full time position storyline. Please please please make more days!!!
Good but a downside
This game is pretty appealing, but I wish there was a way to regain lives or have checkpoints. You make three mistakes and you have to start at the very beginning. Theres no way to keep the momentum going. If that was implemented I think it would be a 5 star game.

Half Baked
There is something appealing and fun about the game but it’s missing a lot and it’s unreasonably harsh. You have such a small amount of time to approve loans and if you decline a loan for a legit reason, but you also missed another legit reason - somehow that’s a failure?? That makes no sense. Needs to reward fast approvals rather than fail you for taking 11 seconds to approve a loan. And declining a loan for any legit reason should be a success. Plus the game is super repetitive and not clear what you’re actually working toward. I felt no sense of progression or accomplishment in any way. Side/mini game of reporting spam emails is ridiculous.

A very cute game in the vein of Papers, Please. Unfortunately, the in-game font is very small, and it was too hard to read. I had to stop playing for that reason, but probably would have finished the game if there was an option to increase font size.
