Fantastic game with a gorgeous world accompanied by great camera shifts to enjoy all the angles. Been looking for a new rpg and this one has me feeling nostalgic.
Sound dont Works

Most of it is great, you gotta love fight system though
If it weren’t for that fight system that constantly interrupts the story and music (as it always did), this game would be a 5 star: - No one can make music the way Nobuo Uematsu does. Such a joy to be able to play surrounded by his essence again. - Those dioramas are beautiful. I wish the resolution gave the necessary credit to that incredible artwork. - Like old final fantasies, the story is so big you have this incredible sense of adventure at the end. So grateful to be able to keep playing games made by masters
Part II is terrible
Part 1 was super interesting and beatable. Part 2 was incredibly hard and forced to grind levels and search the internet for solutions. Hated doing that. Not fun at all. Won’t play a 3rd part if it comes out.
Part 2 bosses way too hard
I am lvl 50, grinding xp is like endless even in Shangri La. 👎 Kill lvl 45 bosses is impossible even if I follow strategies available on YouTube. 👎 A big turn off for endgame. Make Xp easier to grind or make bosses easier to kill.
Worthy of a Final Fantasy Title
This game is really good. It’s remarkable and holds the attention. It’s so good that it could be a Final Fantasy game. My only criticism, and it’s not even a deficiency, is that if you have a tank character, they only get one move with no counter. That’s it. So if you throw down taunt, and the enemies attack the tank, that’s it. There’s no counter no opportunity to heal and no opportunity to attack. In most of the other franchises the taunt function lets you set up for a counter or at least one opportunity to heal or something. Other than this one tiny thing it’s really spectacular in depth and the story itself is better than Acolyte and many other Star Wars stories. I would say this game is worthy of its own franchise. Loving it!!

JRPG Para muy cafeteros
Demasiado clásico para la época, pero si te gusta lo clásico ni lo dudes. Eso sí, no hay traducción (y diría que la nueva versión que aquí no está la "NeoDimension" tampoco, que incluye doblajes, por cierto). Música de 10, ambientación y arte de 10, idioma de 8, jugabilidad a ratos lenta, y picos de dificultad a veces demasiado fuertes, así que un 7 en esto. Total: 8,75.
Imperdonable
Imperdonable que solo esté en dos idiomas. No soy ningún quejica, pero no comprendo a los que piden que la gente no se queje de eso. Puedo jugarlo en inglés perfectamente pero me parece una falta de respeto. Estoy pagando religiosamente una suscripción mensual y quiero que los juegos que se suban a la plataforma estén en mi idioma. Y si no, dejad de cobrarme o bajad el precio de los territorios a cuyos idiomas no penséis traducir los juegos.
This is a strategy RPG that is not meant for all JRPG players
Regarding part 2: I am absolutely fine with figuring out tricks and timing the swapping out of characters to tackle bosses. I am NOT fine with the absolute absurdity of every one of them hitting like a truck even when the party level is 2 - 3 levels higher. Healing is almost always a necessity after each hit as health easily falls into the yellow or red. Barrier & DEF Up barely mitigates any damage. Aside from bosses, why does a level 50 area with level 50 enemies give puny amounts of experience for a party that's several levels lower? Was the reduced experience after level 35 applied globally by accident? Lastly, it feels like the only point for levelling up after Part 1 is to gain SP for Growth Maps and some extra cushion for characters so they can survive an extra hit from a boss. -------------- Original review which was written during Part 1: Fantasian is good times except the crashing I'm 13 hours in and enjoying the experience. The Dimengeon system is great for uninterrupted exploration. More JRPG developers should consider something similar. My only gripe with the game is that it will crash without fail after playing it for about an hour. It can be the only app running and it'll still happen. I'm guessing because it's running on an older iPad (6th generation, 2018 model). It would be amazing if something could be done at Mistwalker's end to stop it from happening though.

Gets stupid difficult
I was enjoying this game until apparently mid-way through. Then we came across a boss that only one member is effective against it, that can spam one hit or almost one hit kills against the team (and still mainly targets the only effective character on top) Since your healer can only make one move a turn, it’s just a matter of time. If the one hit doesn’t get you, the stupid high HP minions that respawn will pick you off. I don’t know how this game has survived this many patches and this is still acceptable. Too bad, as it has so much potential and looks fantastic.
Great Game but no Auto save
What a great game for apple arcade and i love all facets of it. However, it is annoying when I leave and get sent back to the old world i was in, just annoying at times. Overall great though.

Part 2 is unnecessarily hard
Part 1 had a good linear flow to it and could not wait for part 2. The game is still amazing but the bosses are much more difficult and levelling is much slower. Lot’s of exp grinding. Taken the fun out of the game.
Great Turnbased JRPG
This is a definitive jrpg you don’t want to miss. It has taken ahold of this primary console/pc hardcore gamer. If you haven’t played it you really aught to give it a shot. The battle system is quite nice and like Final Fantasy series it’s easy to grasp and enjoy. The touch screen controls are good but with a game pad is truly the way to play. Put this on your tablet and it is clearly a Switch killer.

Annoying
When Kina joined my group everything was fine until when we got into battle. I once tried to heal myself but since Kina was next to me it made it hard, so I tapped the heal potion but it gave it to Kina. 🥲 I was so annoyed. This kept happening. Is it possible if I could move her somewhere else? SO I can actually drink my potion. And if anyone had this problem, they really should not give the potion cause Kina was already at full health. (Overall good game) 😅 (If I got the names wrong sorry lol)
Best JRPG I’ve played in over a decade
This title may sound like an exaggeration but it really is. This game feels like a PS1 golden era JRPG but with modern graphics and quality of life features. The music is great, it’s not just an anime trope checklist and boss fights are a nice difficulty jump. I’m actually playing through a New Game+, which I never do anymore.
File keeps failing
So sad ive been trying to download on my m1 macbook pro all day and the file keeps corrupting. ive been redownloading it all day but it wont work

Good game very enjoyable but.......
I love the game and everything it has, I have no complaints about the game mechanics and the storyline. I generally love the game and the righteous difficulty but I have one problem! The saving mechanism in this game is not up to par with this game. The manual save is fine but the auto save/checkpoint should be timely based and not area based. Like wth do you need an check point right next to a manual save point. For example, I was grinding levels for my characters about an hour or 2 then boom game crashes which is also another problem. Lost 1 hour or possibly 2 hours of my life and now not only do I need to grind them up again but I also lost all the keys, scraps, And G points. I really wish you guys can change this and make this already fantastic game even better.

good but has a nasty bug.
It’s a great game, you can’t just hack and slash your way through bosses, you’ll need to use the right strategy. However a really annoying bug has come with the update. When warping the game can freezing causing you to have it reload and lose progress, so make sure you save often.
Great game, but….
The game is great, gameplay is smooth (for the most part) combat is engaging, I find myself playing this game and looking at the time and realizing 5 hours went by! Super fun. My ONLY Negative feedback would be the dialogue or translation, it’s hard to read. I don’t mean it’s difficult to read, I mean it looks like something my 5 year old nephew would write. It’s like you have a polished rock, but you let your kids throw confetti and glitter on it to “make it look better”. That being said I know dialogue is not easy to write sometimes, and this issue does not make any difference to my experience, 90% if the storyline cutscenes are skipable anyways. Great game, would highly recommend giving it a try.

iCloud save broken
I started the game on my Mac, then loaded up the game on iPhone and was able to continue, then again back on Mac my save updated but now the iPhone version is stuck with the last save it had. Not sure how to try to get it to sync. Settings in iCloud are turned on. Kind of a bummer I can’t continue on the go now. Good game though.
Best JRPG in a long, long time!
Amazing. I finished the first Part a long time ago and just finished the entire game. Probably one of the best rpgs I have played in a very long time, and so enjoyable. Loved every minute. Here’s to a sequel!

Black screens on Part 2 on Ipad 5th gen
I am getting alot of black screens ( I can hear the sound meanwhile , and the image just disappears and I have to reboot the app, good thing theres checkpoints save, I did not have this issue on part 1
