best game ever
I am currently on level 637 and I have been obsessed for probably close to a year. Whenever I am bored or have a little time I go on here and play away. Even with such a high level it is still engaging and challenging as time goes on. I LOVE IT!!!!!
Used to love it
Have played this for years, was used to watching ads between games, no problem. But now??? What’s with the Shine ad popup in the middle of the game?? Super annoying, will definitely drive me and princely many others away.

Adds n tiles
I watch the adds to get more tiles and then the add freezes my phone and I have to close it and reopen and loose my win from watching the add. I deleted the game and reinstalled and same thing .

You're can't make to a higher level easily AT All. They want money, as per usual. I'm only at level 900, because I refuse to pay. I have 3 decades of gaming experience. Not an amateur.

Continuing Ad Issues
The game itself is fun to play. However, the ads get stuck CONSTANTLY, so I have to relaunch the game. It takes all the fun out of the experience. I don’t mind watching ads, but when they are over and you click on the ‘X’ to close them, nothing happens. You cannot close the ads. It is very frustrating!
Ads don’t work
I rarely ever use the ads for free coins, but when I do they don’t work. They freeze and I can’t get the reward because I’m forced to force close the app. Either that or the ads that randomly pop up don’t let me close them. My phone screen becomes completely unresponsive to the ad buttons and I’m forced to force close the entire app. Please fix this.
Serious Problems With Game
I am having the same issues as the other reviewer. I can’t get free coins for watching ads - the ads freeze after they’ve played out - which basically means you’re forced to watch an ad all the way thru and then not given the reward for watching the ad. You can’t get back to the game board after watching the ads either. So you have to back out of the game, close it and start over. Very frustrating. This was one of my top 2 favorite games - I’ve been playing it for several years but if it isn’t fixed soon (this has been going on for months now) I’m going to stop playing the game.
Hate to give this review
I have loved this game for years. I paid for no ads permanently back in the day. I don’t have ads still but can’t play any of the archived days puzzles without watching minutes of ads. $120 a year is insane. I can’t believe how greedy these developers are.
Love this game!
Currently at 700+ level, I really enjoy this game. The only thing is that it closes by itself if I open any other window. I hope that part gets fixed soon! Thank you always for making such a fun and relaxing game!
Ads keep freezing
I used to love playing this game to relax but now it’s too frustrating. Every time I want to play a game , the ads freeze and I have to reboot my iPad. I read a review that mentioned this over 3 years ago so it’s obviously not been sorted. However, I did manage to get to level 1,702 so I’ve had my fun. Time to delete.
Annoying
Earning gold or whatever daily bonuses is aggravating bc half the time the ads are not loading for you to earn the gold. This happens most days and it’s a pia.

I love the game, however, you watch the ads, they then freeze up, only way to get out is to close out, you lose the opportunity to advance and have to restart the game! Very frustrating. I have now switched to other games that don’t freeze up. Please address and fix the issues! This apparently has been an issue for quite some time with MANY reviewers, but you seem to not do anything about it. Guess I’ll be finding a new game that actually works!

Ads keep locking
You get the chance to get bonuses at the start of a new day playing but you need to watch an advert for each bonus. However, these adverts frequently lock so that you have to reboot the game and lose your bonuses. What a pain!

The App will not open anymore. Just shows a single flower 🌸 in the middle of the screen spinning.
Problems
I have been playing this game for several years. I had over 40,000 points. The ads kept getting stuck and would not let you get back to board. I went several days trying to get out of ad. Usually the Royal King sd. I finally had to delete the game and reopen. I lost all points. The ad still doing the same thing!! Tired ads that will not end😖

What is your problem??? So many people have complained that your app freezes when an ad finishes. Why haven’t you fixed this yet?

唯一無二のわたしの楽しみのゲームが開かなくなって3日。 タップしても画面中央でサクラが🌸クルクル回転してるだけです。 早く直して使えるようにしてください。 中毒性あり(^^) クリアできなくても回数制限がないので何度もトライしてしまいますが、アップデートして以来、広告がない、と表示されてフリーズ、また広告を見ては画面が真っ黒になり数分間待つと×印が表示されるものの、それをタップしても画面はフリーズ状態。せっかくクリアー間近だったのに、というタイミングで広告を見てしまうと、結局画面が黒くなったままなので、最初からやり直しです。もうこの状態が1ヶ月以上。ほかの方も同じ現象が起きているようですが、修正はしてくれないんでしょうかね？

An Amazon “you won” window opens while playing this game. This has happened repeatedly over the last couple of weeks. It’s not an advertisement and the developers risk being pulled from the App Store if they don’t fix it.
Won’t load anymore
I love this game and have played it over the course of a few years. Got to level 962, and suddenly the game will no longer load.
Improved consentration
I have been playing this game for a couple of years. I truly believe it has helped me improve on my consentration and awareness of my surroundings. I have never reviewed a game before but this one deserves the attention.

I can no longer X out of ads. They freeze so I can't win anything for spinning the wheel. This has been happening for a couple of weeks. Relaxing yet stressful
This is a very relaxing game to play but the number of ads is absurdly high and unless you are prepared to pay to go ad free, which I am not, it isn’t worth the time and the drain on battery life etc.
Tile auto fill and reverse is locked
I can’t get those to unlock. Removed the game, started over, but both cells are still locked. Any work arounds?
Can we sort the adverts please
I love this game but you can only play the daily games by adverts. Each time I keep getting a message telling me the ad hasn’t finished which means I can’t log my daily games. Please get this sorted.

Constantly crashes
The app crashes any time you switch to another app or text. You lose your progress and if you were watching and ad to play a level you have to watch another ad. Too many ads. The game itself is fun, a little slow at first but it gets better the further into it you get.

More ad watching than game playing
I really like this game. However, the ads have become outrageous. There are multiple times recently that the ads never stop playing. I have to close the app and close my iPad, and then go back in. When I do, I lose my place and I lose all the points I was trying to gather. Frequently, the ads roll one into another into another. By the time I get where I want to go, I’ve watched two minutes of ads. I like the challenge of the game, but the ads makes this frustrating and a colossal waste of time! Sometimes I have to watch the same ad three or four times in one session. Really? Do you think that will make me want to purchase that item? Highly unlikely.

i absolutely loved this game,, so much that i got to level 489. i had my facebook connected so it would save my progress but it didn’t. i accidentally deleted the app and when i got it back my progress was wiped. what’s the point of telling people you’ll save their progress if you don’t?
