I loved the game until
I love the game. I’m give a lower rating because the put a medium parlor in. I do not appreciate this and my hope is they will take it out.
New changes
These changes are very bad. No gems for watching ads and having to search for the baskets taking too much of my time. Probably delete or at least quit playing.
Music Change…
Love this game but HATE that you changed the music with the latest update. Leave well enough alone…if you want new music put it in a different game. 🤨
Freezing issue
Game freezing after collecting gold cards in event, so annoying!
Annoying
It’s February and we still have Christmas decoration, can you update this please.
Dinero
Tengo casi 1 millón y medio de monedas y no sé como usarlas me podrían ayudar por favor
New changes
The new changes are bad it was a good game
Love the game but…
I love this game but recently when I login it says there’s an update for a new seasonal temporary game like the Christmas one that we just had. But nothing ever update.
I’ve had it!
Ever since I got this game, I felt compassion on what will happen. But, during my journey on this game, I hit the biggest problem; I had too much of everything. Too many collectibles, too many collections that I had to complete, too many ads, too many wanted posters which I owned. And, I’ve decided to retire from the game at the end of the month. Can you replace “Sheriff of Mahjong” with “Survivors of Mahjong”? I really want to still have a “Walking Dead” inspired game and I really want Norman Reedus and the other actors of the “Walking Dead” to be proud.
Fun but Way Too Commercials
Hate all posts to buy games no clue if I have lives or energy. Real Screwy, no organization 15,000 things going on, but it wastes time
Love it!!!
This game is awesome!! Only issue I have is I run out of energy to quick and it takes forever to reload. Other than that it’s the best game on the market
Used to be good
I’ve been playing this for years now. But after downloading the new update it just keeps crashing every single time I try to open it. Despite following all the directions from the help desk nothing works.
Characters faces
Why are the faces of the characters ugly and nasty looking when you don’t win a match?
Freezing up
It was working just fine a couple of days ago, now it freezes up every time I get on it. I play other G5 games they are fine. Please fix the issue
Freezing.
Love this game but after every attempt the game freezes and I have to close out and go back in. Very frustrating. Hope you guys can fix it.
Sheriff of Mahjonng
Great fun!
i’m stuck
pathfinder opens but will no close
Something wrong
Can’t collect jewels. Hope you can fix it . Like the game. Thanks
Interesting
The money doesn’t work.
Problems
First of all, I love this game, but lately there have been technical issues. I believe there are too many new games within the game, making the game glitchy. I frequently get thrown out, the game freezes or I get the deadly “white screen”. Also, support isn’t that great. I purchased some stars/dice, etc., for this game but they posted to a different G5 game that I don’t play. Support asked a ton of questions about the purchase, transaction details that I didn’t have answers to, because I didn’t know where the purchase posted at first. I explained that the purchase posted to a different game. But this issue has never been resolved and I haven’t purchased since.
Sheriff of Mahjong
Wonderful Game
Last update
Since the last update I get a message that I’m not connected to the internet. My internet is good. It’s your server that’s the problem. I can’t play the game at all.
Mahjong Western Style
If you like Mahjong, this is a fun spinoff.
Game stops
I enjoy this game app but it’ll just completely shut off. And I have to reopen the game all over again while in the middle of playing. It’s very annoying and frustrating. And right now it doesn’t say to update this game. Why does it automatically just shuts off on its own? And by the way, I’ve spent way too much of my own money to each section, to level up, it’s a trap to get people to spend money to win. Make it more fair and worth playing
Rewards
My money is taken but no rewards
Going Downhill
I’ve played this game for a few years and have always enjoyed it. I played twice a day, and watched 5 ads both times to get 10 gems. That was all of a sudden taken away. When I inquired I was told that it was random, even though I got it every day for at least 3 years. Today, I’ve downloaded the new update with the new event location, but the location does not show up on the map. It was last month that the ada were taken away, and the location doesn’t show up this month. This game is quickly going downhill!
Update
Since I updated the game last week, I wasn’t able to open the game
Game improvement suggestion
Couldn’t you figure out away to win gems and tools a lot easier out at least cheaper?
Mahjong Sheriff
You can not win this game. I have been trying the same level for days and there is no way. It just keeps using all your money!
Hate
Always good enjoying but kept crash virus froze and I’m getting tired and sick of this virus
Me
Your games take far too long to reach the goal…..NOT RELAXING !!!!….. very frustrating and stressful !!!!!…..YOU NEED TO CHANGE …….
Poor maintenance
For a week I have received notice of an update but when I accept there is no update just the current game. This is a problem for all g5 games and it is frustrating making timed events impossible to accomplish. Play with extreme patience and hope update becomes available.
Sheriff
I love this game i enjoy the challenge
Sheriff manjong
I loves to play but I can’t open and can’t find update for this , when I open this game then itself shut it off on me. I struggled and fed up.
Game freezes
The game freezes a lot
Excellent
Wonderful challenging game! Keeps the mind moving quickly!
Videos
I keep watching the videos, but I never receive any of the pink jewels.
Great game
Great game good to unwind
Too much
It seems that too much energy is used per round. It’s ridiculous to use that much it comes out to almost 50 every time, I’m not going to buy anymore diamonds because I feel we are getting ripped off.
Annoying in game purchases
The game is ok. It’s fun most of the time. My complaint has to do with those chest that are available for 30 minutes. I won’t ever purchase one of them mainly because there is no way to exit and I am forced to watch each chest display what you get and how much it cost. It’s stupid and most of the time it catches me when I have 10 minute free energy to use. Your taking time from me by not having the option to exit that. Come on, get it together.
Lots of fun!
The game is great, with lots of fun. Fun time fun time. lots of fun.
Still NOTHING
Again….after rebooting my phone I go into game it tells me to (download or wait till later) I tap on download and it takes me to my APP STORE and no download is available. I am very disappointed and close to just deleting it. I’m done
Good
Good story and Mahjong
Heartbreaking
I really loved this game, but when I got to the higher levels it wouldn’t let me play anymore. I had to constantly delete and reinstall, until not even that worked anymore. I’m truly disappointed. My favorite game for awhile.
Fun Game
If you like playing mahjong then this game does provide variety. I do not like that the developers do not understand that it is NOT “winning” if you have to pay for it. Also it is really a bit complicated & confusing as to what benefit all the things in the game give you.
Crashing
My game keeps crashing and won’t load. Do not send a note here because. I won’t be able to find it. Send an email please. When I receive a message and open it I’m directed here but there are thousands of reviews so I can’t get the message.
3-4 Days and still Game Not Loading Again - Mahjong Sheriff
Come on guys…. Step it up. Don’t you ever check if your game works or not on a daily basis??? It’s been 3 or 4 days and still this game is not loading or working as it should. You guys need to fix this issue if you want your players and paying customers to be with you.
Feedback
The only downside is that I can’t stop the help at the beginning of the game, I have played many versions and don’t need hints
So far it’s ok
Too early to form opinion
Glitch
The game has something wrong with it! Once it opens, it shuts down quicker than it opens. Please fix!
