Fix
I’ve been playing this game for years now and I absolutely love it! Two days ago, I lost all my history from the app. I’m so upset about this because the thing I loved most about it was I would try to beat my previous time. Also, the game changed after updating the app. It’s too easy to complete. If there’s a way to restore my previous game, settings and history, I would look forward to playing again. Please help. Thank you.

Love the game, but suddenly it’s broken
I’ve been playing this for many, many years. Entertaining and relaxing, and I even love the music. Took a star off because suddenly it’s broken. I tap to open it and I see the opening screen for just a moment before it crashes. Compatibility says “works on this Iphone”, I’ve checked that the OS and the app are both up to date but I’m getting nowhere. Help would be much appreciated, I’d be sad to lose this game.
Very sad that this no longer works on my iPad.
I’ve been playing this happily for a couple of years but suddenly it no longer loads. I get the opening screen then ……………nothing. Very disappointed.
Great except for the music
I love this app, it’s very challenging, and there are lots of games available. I’ve tried other mahjong apps and none of them have been as good as this. My only criticism is that there doesn’t appear to be any way to turn the horrible music off, which is a basic setting on all other games. Shame.

I do not appreciate when as come on and Blair out the screen. I have young children asleep and I really like playing it but not being able to turn off. The volume is very disturbing. And not given an option makes me mad.

Long time user
I’ve played Mahjong Deluxe Go for years off and on. It’s a great way to spend periods of idle time, and get pattern-matching exercise. Just recently, however, it’s been prompting me for my Apple credentials — not something you should ever give a third party (there are APIs for apps to get to anything they need without having access to login credentials). Makes me start worrying about the app’s security.

Fun but so many score glitches
I’ve been playing this for years and never get bored of trying to beat my scores. However a few months ago ALL my scores reset and have not come back, throwing away all my progress. In addition, if you beat a certain time, it does not record the win. Please fix this.
Stopped opening after upgrade
After upgrade 1.1.53 application doesn’t open.
What’s going on?
I just ran the newest update on May 19, 2025 and now the app will not open. Please correct the issue because I love this version of Mahjong.
Problem
I have Mahjong Deluxe Go You updated May 19,2025 and now I have the icon but no longer connects. When I hit icon, goes back to previous screen. Before this, one of my favorite games. I rated according to what I used to have before update
Solitaire Association Journey keeps you from playing
I loved this game but now the advertisements keep you from playing, especially Solitaire Association Journey. It’s advertisement is the worst. While it looks like a fun game, the advertisement forces you to play in a slow way, with every move bringing you to a “get the game screen”. You can’t get out of it, even if you play the entire tedious level. When you were working on a Mah Jong game level, this “advertisement pause” freezes you out for over 10-15 minutes and sometimes longer. It is annoying and frustrating. It makes you not want to get the Solitaire Association Journey and makes you want to stop playing and delete Mah Jong, if this is the type of advertising you have to deal with. This is a horrible feature. I hope you will fix this, if not I will say good-bye and I hope others do too!
Reset
Love this game. Played hundreds of games but unable to finish a dragon because the game resets. Found a little circle arrow that is possibly the reason. It does give you a second screen to assure you want to. It looks just like the one asking if you want to continue a previous game. Not sure what is happening but wonder if that is clicked instead. Suggest developers change to make 2 very distinct options unable to be confused. Otherwise the game is very enjoyable. It does not happen yo my husband. Just me.
Loved until it quit working
I’ve been playing this for along time, but a couple of weeks ago it just quit opening for me. I click on the app, the initial screen appears and then the app just closes. If I delete and reinstall, I will lose all of my history and tracking. If I can’t get it to open, I will delete and find another game from another company.
New version is not the same
I had the old version for many years and have enjoyed it immensely. I recently noticed that I had a duplicate app icon on my iPad thinking I could delete one icon I deleted both. The new version has too many of the same pairs and you cannot reverse or backtrack If you see you made a mistake. I’m very unhappy with this version and I wish I could get the old one back.
Amazing game
I just love the design it’s so nostalgic to play, I always remember my dad playing this game with me when I was five. It’s so fun and relaxing and the graphics are very cute.
Mahjong Suddenly Does Not Load
I’ve been playing Mahjong Deluxe Go for years but suddenly it won’t load. There’s a blank window in the background every time. I’ve deleted the app (& lost all of my scores) but that didn’t help.

I really enjoy playing this game, but there are a few times in the last week that there has only been 1 tile that has NO MATCH showing on the board. Today is one such day, this time I took a photo after I hit the magnifying glass to find its match. There was none showing. This is a bit disconcerting. I eventually shuffled, but I should not have to do when I know the game usually automatically shuffles on its own.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I Love it! I’ve always used the amount of time it takes to play the game, my goal is to finish each game in under 4 minutes. Today I opened the game and all of my times are gone, and replaced with a number of (?). How do I get my times back?
A small request.
I love this game, play it for hours. I love that you have added so many boards. Takes me forever to get thru all of them which I love. A small request, any way you could code in the option to reshuffle all the boards? I play it so much that I recognize most of the boards, which is fine, but there re. Lot of them that are similar and it would be nice to shuffle them around instead of having the similar ones come up one after the other. Keep up the good work!!!! Cindy
What happened??
I’ve played this game for many years. All of the sudden it won’t play on my iPad OS15.8.8. I tried reinstalling. Nothing. Won’t even open. Everything else on my iPad works fine. Tried to click the link for support and it gives error 404 (flashing!).
I can’t get into scores and standings
Recently I can’t get into standings based on scores. It wants me to sign in. When I do so and need it to send me a link for my password it doesn’t send it. Are there issues recently? It doesn’t update my score and it keeps saying my email address isn’t in the right format.

Great puzzles, obnoxious music - needs a settings button
The puzzle-solving of this game is great. I really only have one complaint about this game, and that’s the music. It’s too loud, overrides Silent mode, and there’s no Settings button option to adjust the volume of the music and/or sound effects (or turn them off altogether). The only way to make it tolerable is to use the buttons on the side of my phone which affects my entire phone and not just the game. The only options I see are to reset scores or to choose between traditional tiles and barnyard animals. There should be one for music and sounds.

I love this game,go to each colour then try to get under a time in each one.It was updated about 3 days ago,but now I cannot get it up at all,even going into app to re apply it just won’t come on,this apart from words with friends is my favourite and just don’t know what to do,tried everything I can think off.I have noticed somebody else complaining about the same thing.I have even tried in app to put in again,but won’t let me.have got it up but all my scores gone again,I don’t want to play against people,e I just enjoy it,so angry I have lost all again. Addictive!
Lots of levels and very addictive trying to beat previous scores. I love the new tournaments feature but if you don’t get in the top ten, it just puts you at 16th all the time... would be great if you could see your actual position and not the made up 16th every time.

Old flawed standby
This app has been around for years now. It’s a nice suite but it’s perpetually flawed with glitches and bugs. For instance, some collections will not keep finished sets beyond 104. The continuity of games fails when switching to and from Barnyard. I gave this a generous 2 as I do like the games and work around the glitches. It really shouldn’t be this way for a paid app.

I hate the fireworks effect when I match two symbols. I find that it really hurts my eyes! Please get rid of it.
Keeps going off line
Get past the first dozen or half the first game and it goes off. You used to be able to delete the game then restore the game. Given up now. Plenty of free games to enjoy that doesn’t go off line all the time. V disappointed

Obsession!
I have played this game compulsively, trying to beat my own times. I had completed every puzzle below three minutes and fifty seconds when to my delight they produced two new dragons! I thoroughly recommend this app.when I had a problem with it loading, I had a very quick and helpful response. I have to say that I don’t like the changes that have been made to the game. I have just discovered that I can remove the irritating particle burst, but touching the tiles no longer reveals the underlying tile. It is now not possible to get more than three hints by watching an advertisement.Why was it necessary to change the position of the controls ?

New features
Can we please remove all these new features “the pyro-technics”, they are unnecessary and very disruptive to our enjoyment. The sound effects are unnessary, the “flashes” are very disruptive and annoying. Please can we go back to the original. Victor Chitayat
Disappointing
I have played this game for several years and really enjoyed it but the latest version is really disappointing. Now after every game played you get an advert, this never happened before you could repeat the game or go on to the next one you straight away. Also after the latest update all of my completed games have been reset to zero without warning. Really, really disappointing.
Bad changes
I love this game but the new update has made it awful in my opinion. You can’t zoom in without it glitching and going everywhere, the effects fit each pair is strange and the screen randomly ripples which hurts my head. I relax with this game but with these new changes it’s not relaxing anymore.
