It won’t let me hit the the button to move on to next level
I’ve uninstalled it several times and reinstalled it, I’ve updated my phone, I’ve cleared up my space and it’s still not working, I have to get out of the app and go back in to advance to the next lever, I don’t know what else to do

Rewards and bonuses in the game continue to get smaller and smaller, really annoying. Ads for bonuses have also gone from 15-30 seconds to an average of 90 seconds. I love this game, and have been playing for years but it’s frustrating to see these changes
Great but bugged progression
It’s a really great game with an enjoyable version of mahjong. Unfortunately Level 333 is completely bugged and loads a blank screen. I tried on my iPad and my iPhone. I can’t progress if the level won’t load.

Ive reported this multiple times though support and for a while it was taken care of and now its back. As im in the middle of a puzzle im am taken to “killmalware.click” . This is the ONLY game or site this happens with and needs a permanent fix asap.

New look of game Nov 28 2023
Don’t like the new look of the game. The white traditional tiles are hard to read and the hazy soft colour scheme is hard on the eyes. I’ve been playing this game for 2 + years now. Really enjoyed it until now. I sadly may stop playing it now.

Best Game
I absolutely love this game. There’s so many different things to do. I play it all the time. Even on my lunch break at work I’m playing it. My only complaint is all the ads you have to watch to get extras. But at least it gives you the option to watch an ad rather than having to pay for it. So I guess I really don’t have any complaints when it comes to this game.

They are still sending me a scripted email about this dumb game! BEWARE, There’s no way to unsubscribe from these emails from them! So…I’ll keep reporting them! PEOPLE….DO BETTER! I’ve been playing this off and on for Years! Thing is…I’m now thinking of deleting it FOREVER. Every move you make, every time you find an object, every time clear something, they BOMB you with 60 second long Ads! These ads sometimes take clicking the DONE and then the X to close it out 8 times! I’ve tried support, but they’re like “we are sorry you are encountering this!” I Do Not Recommend this game anymore! The aggravation is not good for your blood pressure, it’s just ridiculous!
Mahjong treasure Quest
I love this game. It’s addicting and so much fun. In addition I have a medical condition that affects my memory my doctor suggested I play mahjong as one of the more stimulating and fun ways of working on my memory. It’s fun and I can allow myself to challenge myself to do better each time. My kids my doctor and even myself have seen noticeable improvement in my memory. I can play it and not have to think about the fact that I am working on my memory issues and that has allowed me to get less frustrated when I don’t do well on a level. I can just relax and have fun. If you are looking for a Mahjong game out of all the several different apps available, this is the one you want!!

This game is great if you’re looking for a temporary fun game. There’s lots of events and it’s not basic at all. But, after level 40ish you will lose more than win and the game will shove “pay to play” purchases in your face. How they do it is wait until your 4 tiles away from winning then you lose with the option to spend coins to win, which even with the events are very hard to collect. Even some events will become impossible to win anything. I made it to level 40 in 2 days all levels with 3 stars and slim losses, after that I lost almost every game multiple times.. not a coincidence sry

Your Ashley Ad locked up game in middle of play and made me lose the extras I used to finish level. I would like my extras back. Grr

I love this game but for the past week I can’t even open it I submitted a support query via their website but no answer and it’s been over a week now not sure what to do anymore might be time to look for a different mahjong
Collector level😣
I’ve completed the collector level, I’m currently on collector level 14. The treasure items for next collector is after collector level 15 and can’t get to it. I’ve tried so many ways to improve the collector level to get more levels to get treasures I needed. Please help me, I need to improve my collector level to get the items I needed!

Kicks me out repeatedly
Once you get near level 5000, it kicks you out multiple times before you can repeat a level. No fix has been given.

Love the side games, keeps the interest there. But still too many ads! Hence only 4 stars.

Been playin this game a long time and it really sucks when they go backwards. Most games increase chances to continue without paying but these developers in there greedy wisdom “took away” ways to make bonus points. Related to Bezos???🤨

Disappointing
I’ve played this for years. I actually quite like some of the side games. BUT. The app isn’t working properly anymore. It struggles to load, crashes and the constant ads drains the battery. It’s now unplayable. Disappointing.

I didn’t mind the game on this, but I am randomly receiving messages to say I’ve purchased coins on this game when I did not. In the most recent instance I was out driving in my car all day at the time it thinks I purchased coins in this app. While I’m fortunate apple have been responsive and refunded the money. I will be deleting the app now as I no longer trust the app.

Great Game, Ads are Aggressive
The ads aren’t bad in the beginning, but they get more and more in your face as you go through the game.
Potential
First I would like to say that this game has some brilliant potential however as someone who really enjoys games for story line this game is rather confusing as the story is quite jumbled with the different facets of the game. The mahjong portion of this game is fantastic and quite enjoyable, no complaints there. The exploration portion while fun, you do tend to run out of manic quite fast meaning you only gain a 4-5 suns per full energy. Also as a matter of nitpicking I greatly dislike the very obvious difference in art levels for the side characters and the main (the main looking worse). And finally the restoration portion, as I said before you only gain 4-5 suns per exploration so having goals at 9 or 10 is reasonable but it’s going to cost 39 to restore the roof and that imo is just way too much and I really have no interest playing your game anymore. Thank you and I wish you better luck in the future with your game.
Ads not working
I never thought I’d complain about ads not showing, but the options to earn more stars in the event aren’t working because he ads won’t load. You need to extra stars to get anywhere much in the quests.

I’ve been playing this game for many years and I love the game very much until the most recent update. The tiles’ picture now look awful and cannot differentiate the tiles clearly; hence the game is no more fun to play. Hope the developer restore the old tile format.

Why do u advertise the game as something it’s not. I had this game and nowhere in the game do u have to slide keys to save the cat from drowning. I’ve wasted time and money on lots of games because they advertise it differently than the game play really is. Stop misleading people. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
