Depressing Ad
I just saw an ad while playing this game and it showed a woman rescuing a child and baby and they’re stranded in the freezing weather. It’s sickening how your company uses tactics just to get people to download those Apps! Why not show a happier and upbeat ad for us to think it’s a fun game instead making wonder what’s going to happen or help make the woman’s and babies be saved? I hate those ads and it’s just sick to make a scenario of a woman and babies look like they’ll freeze to death. People in real life don’t live like that. You all ruined it for me.

Ich spiele es sehr gerne ,aber zur Zeit nicht. Weil ich sehr oft auf dem Spiel heraus geworfen wird. Man hat gesagt ,das ein Update vorhanden sei. Um diesen Fehler zu beheben, es war nicht vorhanden. Wenn dieser Fehler nicht behoben wird, muss ich dieses Spiel aussetzten.
Used to love it, but it crashes every time I finish a round now
I’ve been playing this game for probably six or seven years on a regular basis. This latest update causes my iPad to crash every time I finish around and I have to restart the game and go through having it load blah blah blah. I had hoped they would have a fix out by now, it’s been nearly a month. 😡thinking about trying to find a different mah-jongg.

Downloaded the latest update game still keeps crashing every few minutes. It is annoying as if you have just clicked on to play you then are losing the points even though you have not been able to play.
Nice tiles
It’s mahjong matching. I like that the tiles are more familiar to me than the Asian characters, which I have to make up picture-names for.

Confused, is there anywhere in this game where I can find what different characters do??

I like that the tiles for all the many buildings are different. Can’t wait to see what the soon to be built laundry. The monster play is an additional change of pace.

I have been enjoying the game and I’ve had three days of screen freezes, even after updating too bad. The only reason I give to stars is that I had enjoyed it previously.
1st impressions
Flow with the tutorials running along side is a bit off-sync; should include an option to skip out after explanation, rather than force players to utilize tools in tutorials which you would than charge for later on in app/game sequence. Also, I’ve noticed after hitting a certain level sequence in the game (lvl 144+ and level 9 in area development); the ability for improvements is tapered off and not eligible in new areas of acquisition. Is there any future plans to develop or utilize these areas in feature upgrades to the game module? If you don’t want to use the “shipping contracts” anymore; maybe a development through the market and farming settlements directly within the game? Food for thought, as this is a market as yet unutilized even within the Unions…. Please respond, and thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter. Sincerely, Gwen

Stuck in a ad
A panel comes up to buy items and it won’t go away. I clicked on "go to store" which took me to the app to purchase, the went back & it's still stuck there. I can’t continue the game.
Fun but EXPENSIVE
This is an enjoyable game but it does cost a lot of money to really get into the game play, no matter how good you are as a player.
Logging in
A couple of years ago I got a new phone. This game would not register my username and password or e mail. It said all that was already in use. It was me. Since then I havent been able to log in because of that.
This game is nothing but a money scam
Do NOT waste your time on this game. All it does is force you to spend money to complete levels, and then randomly the game crashes and deleted all your progress. It used to be a great game but now it seems they have either replaced the devs with morons or they just simply could care less about making the game work.
Still confused
I just started this game today, and so far it’s fun. Just challenging enough. As a newbie, I’m having trouble knowing what all the feature are or do. My only 2 wishes so far are an intro telling me which icons do what, and slightly larger tiles. Otherwise, much more fun than straight mahjong.
ゲーム自体はおもしろいけど…
もう何年もやってますが、iPhone13になってから久しぶりにやり始めたら、アプリ起動中に何度も「インターネットに接続されていません。再接続されるまでこのデバイスに保存されます。」と出てくる。もちろんネットは繋がってます。他のアプリは何ら不自由なく使えます。 何度もアプリを再インストールし直してみましたがだめでした。本体の再起動も効果なし。 たまに繋がるようで、運良くイベントがダウンロードできるときもあるけど、今も新しいイベントが出来ずじまい。直りそうもない。アプリのやめ時ですかね…。 追記 バグ報告をしましたが、あれしてくださいこれしてくださいの指示が多すぎる且つ、言葉も送信するデータも専門的すぎてわからない。パソコンに詳しい人なら分かるのかもしれません。日本人スタッフがいないのかな。とにかく日本人の方、不具合報告は諦めた方がいいと思います。伝わりません。
Constantly crashes!
I’ve been playing this game for a long time and it’s always enjoyable but since the last update it takes ages to load then crashes as soon as I start playing. This just happened four times in a row. Very frustrating!

I played the first time, it had to be finished within 3 days! I played almost 24 hrs for the 3 days! Then I had another one in about 20 days! NOT going to play that part anymore. A total waste of game resources. Sorry, that’s my true feeling!

I turned off the music track and am just listening to the sounds. I’ve heard airplanes flying by which is weird…. Is that a mistake in the sound track? Also, coyotes howling when the level ias set underwater?? Was that in purpose?

Good simple game! Nothing better than to wake up one’s mind in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. Without being overly stressed over a game. The only feature that has suddenly stopped is the building. Bring that back along with the option of improving the outer landscape.
Crashing
What is going on. For the past two days, every time I try and open game it crashes. Yes I have tried to reinstall and still doesn’t open I was enjoying the game and now I’m not so sure

Draining battery
I play this on my iPad and it’s one off my favourite games But lately while playing it’s draining my battery quicker than i can charge it It’s definitely not my iPad that’s the issue As that’s what i thought at first but it only happened when playing this game it’s a shame really as I love the game and have bought a lot of extras to get on in the game

Yes I have turned my device off to recycle it when it won’t load. It stays stuck at 47% loaded and just sits there with nothing happening! Get it together and FIX your hame!

普通にやると難易度高めだが、アイテムを使用してクリアするのを前提としたつくりなので、アイテム使えばクリアできるが、おもしろ味はなくなる。配布アイテムのバランスも悪くいらないアイテムがたまてしかたない。まぁここまでは、他のゲームでもよくあるが、このゲームが厄介なのは、アイテムがすぐ使えるように画面右端に配置されていて、牌に目が集中すると牌をタップしようとして指以外の右手が画面に触れてしまって、突然アイテムの効果で牌がシャッフルされて台無しにされます。狙ってやってるとしか思えん。
