I watch the ads for the extra coins. I’ve lost so many because every time I get to the end, it kicks me out of the game, making me lose my coins and having to start over

Get me out of this impossible configuration and return to the old Tiledom. It is impossible to win a game. Why would you do this to your players?

Not as advertised.
The home page states that rewards of 300 coins are given for watching an ad, but the game only gives 150 coins, and the ads are usually 60 seconds long. Game is pleasant but becoming more irritating due to overly long ads for other games and deception in number of coins given.
I love this game- No, I really do.
I have been playing this game for years. I even bought VIP bc I love it so much. Very calming. I play it almost everyday while I’m winding down in bed. ITS BEEN YEARS. Will forever be one of my favorite game. I do wish they would release a dark mode or a darker theme though!

What happened to the free spin at the beginning of each game? This change is very discouraging and decreased my enjoyment in playing this game. I play it less often than I used to. Please put back the spin.

Why can’t I mute the music. I can’t play it anywhere that the sound isn’t allowed. The music is also quite annoying. You should consider that.

Problems on IPad
For some reason lately, I only receive a half screen when I go to play. I have deleted and then reinstalled and still same problem. I hope this gets fixed soon. When it is half the page there is not anything that expands it. Anyone else with same problem?
I want to like it…
This game has so much potential but when I spin and the pink box show up I get nothing. Another problem is that I’m only getting the daily free spin about every 4 to 5 days. And if there’s someway to contact customer service I sure haven’t found it. That being said I still play it as a filler game between other games that actually work.

Stopped receiving treasure chest coins
Wondering why I’ve stopped getting the 9 treasure chests at the end of completing 5 games. You get to pick 3 chests that hold various amounts of coins. This no longer happens. Why???

Nice game but . . .
I like playing the game. Challenging. If you want to get money coins to pay for extra features like shuffle, etc. you have to watch two ads every time. Each video can last up to 90 seconds. So you spend a lot of time watching advertising versus playing. I’ve stopped playing it so much for this reason. Plus the ads freeze. Time to move on. Deleted.

Free gift box isn’t free
Great game BUT when it’s time to collect the free gift they always seem to run out of ads so you can’t collect. There are plenty of ads while you’re playing the game but try to collect the gift box and suddenly there’s no more ads. I don’t understand why you have to watch an extra ad to collect what is supposed to be a “free” gift you’ve watched enough during the course of the game. It happens constantly so I know it’s setup to rip you off for your gift and force you to buy what you are supposed to be given. It spoils what otherwise would be an enjoyable game.

Enjoy the game but an add for “cooking madness: kitchen frenzy” keeps popping up and won’t let you X out of it. I’ve tried closing and reopening the game many times and it just keeps popping up with the same advertisement. It’s a shame, because I’m thinking of deleting the game but I have really enjoyed it. This has been going on for a few days now.

Different game on my phone
The game on my phone and the game on my iPad are similar but not the same. Characters are different and there’s no continuity. I’m so far ahead of myself on the iPhone game then I am on the iPad game. Why aren’t they the same? I don’t like the one on the iPad at all.
Please fix annoying pop up
I am sooo addicted to this game. I paid for the NO ads a while back and so far, no problems. Until I reached level 937 and suddenly this very annoying ad for some game keeps popping up at random times and will not go away!!! It has happened twice right after I gave 500 points to “keep playing “ because I was so close to solving and once AFTER I emptied my bank, which I bought. I ended up deleting the app and then downloaded again. It started me back level one AND the ad is still popping up!!

Cooking Madness Advertisement needs to go
One of the the advertisements is a nightmare and I can never close it. I deleted the app bc of it. Cooking Madness…I would fix that advertisement or get rid of it. Besides that, cool game that is challenging. Would be much more fun if I didn’t get stuck every time that advertisement came up
