Great Apps for communicating with customers. Been using this for a while now.
Endless loop - never worked
Thought this would be great for my small business. Unfortunately, while signing up, I ended up in an endless loop. App will for sure take your money, but did not provide anything but frustration. Loop didn’t even get me to a phone number. 😡

Works with no issues. I would maybe change for more noticeable notification sound but it’s not bad. Could also require a phone number from customers not email.
Glitchy and unresponsive
Hi dev team. I have been using my line since 2019, back when it was SmartLine. Then you guys came along and rolled out this app. It freezes on my brand new iPhone 17 Pro. Guys, when you release a product or a new feature, do you qa test it at all? The app does even have Resolve and Unresolved buttons to clear in app notifications. Can you do better - if a user reads a message, the notification should be disappeared. The back arrow works inconsistently. Sometimes you have to tap it several times before it responds, and then it suddenly jumps back two or three screens. It is also very difficult to dismiss the keyboard, something iPhone users can normally do easily in other apps. When scrolling, it freezes, then suddenly jumps much farther down than the user intended, like you are trying to use a glitchy Android phone. It is incredibly frustrating. I see the same behavior on both my old iPhone 16 Pro Max and my new iPhone 17 Pro. When you swipe a message to delete it, the app lags and then finally responds. And no, please do not tell me to reinstall it. I have reinstalled it at least 100 times. The problem is your app. I only keep using it because all of our clients know this phone number.

Poor customer support. App crashes constantly despite updating it multiple times.
Very disappointing. I have been using this paid app for several years now. Lately, it constantly crashes when trying to make outbound calls. Outbound calls do not go through 80% of the time. Clients have complained about not being able to reach us as their calls don’t go through. Unable to send any message in picture format for any marketing. I have reached out to customer support over the phone where I was asked to update the app and turn off the phone for sometime. It didn’t fix the problem at all. Sent multiple emails and since then I haven’t heard back from customer support.
When phone in zoom display it makes it hard to use text field
Any chance you can look into and perhaps fix the inability to text in this app when phone is in zoom display mode? I don’t know about anybody else, but I personally have to put my phone in zoom display to see everything larger and for whatever reason this app in zoom display makes it absolutely unusable for me when I try texting. The field where you type to text completely disappears and makes it so I cannot see what I’m texting. I’ll send you screenshots of how it’s impossible to use the app for texting when phone is in display zoom, just tell me where to send it! Thanks.

Constant issues
I agree with Magagen. Im constantly having issues-I have a message from someone and I click on it to text back but it just stays frozen. Sometimes Ill get an alert and sometimes I wont. I have a few clients who have uses it and probably would more if I could respond back.

I tried to create a account and these people withdraw from my account for subscription and yet I am unable to login It’s the same I am unable to to send out calls on my old account and they did withdraw for monthly subscription

Don’t Get It, crashes often
After subscribing for more then 3 years, the new version constantly crashes, doesn’t load in a timely fashion and kicks you out randomly. I only use it because I haven’t had time to research another product to switch to.
