No problems since service started. Been a year and a half. Most notable if the ability to speak with someone if there is a question or problem.
Unreliable
My business phone does not ring, causing me to miss important customer calls. My application to enable text messaging has also been processing for months without approval or a clear update. These problems are hurting my business. I have contacted support and need both issues resolved immediately.
Best price
The only thing that bothers me is how it decides to not want to ring sometimes. Other than that it’s perfect for my needs.
Used to be great
Current review: The last several months have been awful and we will be switching to a different app. I frequently have a missed call that didn’t ring. Or I can’t answer and it drops. Texts are marked as read that I didn’t open. I deletes text and it won’t go away. Constant glitches along these lines are driving us nuts. My previous review: This app has been very helpful for our small business. Three of us share the phones but want to be able to have different extensions and “lines”. The price is great and the features are what I was looking for. It even has extra options like an after hours phone message that I didn’t expect. I didn’t rate a full 5 stars because the app can be glitchy, and the phone call quality is always the best, but it’s an app and that happens.
It’s disconnecting calls or not connecting to my Bluetooth
They are updating this app periodically and it still needs work, to be expected, hopefully soon they fix
Best Choice for Additional Number
This is by far the best business line number app available. The recent update made a great program even better. I would highly recommend trying want to see all the features you’ll be hooked too. Just like me.
Absolute garbage
Missed, calls dropped calls, missed notifications, calls that just don’t even go through. This app has embarrassed me so many times when business partners can’t get ahold of me and I have to explain to them that my business number is a app on my phone that doesn’t work half the time. It makes me look unprofessional and like I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m deleting this app and just buying a 2nd phone.
Great Business Option
Affordable 2nd Line
Full of bugs in 2024
Communicating with this app has been extremely difficult lately. I have employees messaging our office line through Linked phone and messages not getting delivered. On one occasion I personally message one of my employees three different times, and neither of the messages got delivered, regardless of the fact that they appeared delivered on my end. The app worked great until Sprint 2026. Nowadays, it’s just one problem after the order with some people on our team receiving messages and orders not receiving.
App won’t ring
I used to love Linkedphone. However, the new upgrades have downgraded it. If the WiFi calling is turned on, then the app doesn’t work at all to make outgoing calls. If I turn WiFi calling on, then the app doesn’t ring, it rings through to my personal cell phone and then goes to my personal voicemail. It’s beyond frustrating. The AI call recording and summary is great for work purposes. If the app would work correctly then I’d give it 10 stars. But the functionality is seriously lacking right now.
Great For My Business
You no longer have to carry two phones. I’ve been using it for 3 to 4 years now customer service is awesome as well.
App has gone down hill
This app worked fine for over 2 years but over the past 3 months it has been a nightmare! Not ringing on my phone, no voicemails since April 13th.
LinkedPhone is Good
Since I am a licensed, self employed individual who provides services directly to the public, LinkedPhone has been a very useful app to help maintain the privacy of my home address and private phone number. However, there are some limitations that are not necessarily the fault of Linked Phone. For example, I cannot add it to my Zelle account and some phone numbers do not allow their customers to receive my texts, but thankfully, the majority do. Another good feature is that Linked Phone provides good customer service.
Not great
Had this app for a while. Everytime something goes wrong with the app or isn’t working, we constantly get told to uninstall the app and reload it. This is the only app that I’ve ever had to do this with. I’ll try to answer some calls and they won’t pick up and get sent to voicemail so I have to call customers back. Sometimes I get notifications and sometimes I don’t. Status on tickets sometimes change and sometimes don’t. I’ve not been happy with this app at all!
Local business
It’s only been about a week I have not open up just yet. But the good thing is I got a number attach to my cell. But with 2 different numbers. So I can keep my privacy from work. I do not have to carry 2 phones with me at all times. This is great! So far I like the service.
Best business phone
I loved LinkedPhone business number because it’s been tried in true for my business needs communications going on five years. I have zero complaints and all excellence of service.
Scam App
This app just takes your money, I wasted a subscription and never was able to even make any calls or receive them. Support does absolutely nothing, I sent several messages within the app. The app says I have to renew my subscription yet Apple clearly shows I’ve paid for this app. Just avoid it completely or lose money.
Fulfills my needs
I use it for my business but I wish some of the features were closer to iPhone texting.
Poor
Glitchy and unreliable since the major app update. Dropped calls galore. Need to fix the wifi version of calling, asap.
Pros and cons….
My business partner and I use this. Mainly so a customer or another agent can text or occasionally call us, and we both get it simultaneously. You go away for the weekend, your partner can field the calls. That can work great with a couple of caveats…. -It doesn’t allow us to include more than 1 number, if we want to do a group text with more than 1 client. -It allows us 1000 sending characters, but “splits up” the shorter responses back to us…as if they are small separate messages. Not too handy for “copy and pasting” responses! When one has been turned into…10 sometimes. - It also doesn’t indicate which one of us is sending the message (my partner or myself). So we always have to let them know who is texting the message. These kind of seem like easy fixes to remedy…but maybe not?
Works like a charm
Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Great logo too. Easy to use.
Doesn’t work
I was excited to use this app for my small business of 2 people. Unfortunately, you can’t use the texting feature unless you have both a federal EIN PLUS a website. Also, calls were continuously dropped, and I was unable to even answer calls! It seems great but is totally unusable and unfortunately was negatively impacting my business operations so it had to go. Support was responsive but ultimately unable to fix any of the issues. I do not recommend!
New update Not good
The old version of the app was good. Easy to manage. The new layout is all over the place. Not easy to keep track of the calls coming in and what ones were missed. Cant delete call history like before. Its just not a good layout. Would be nice if the AI assistant was able to answer the calls to direct to a specific person, but it is what it is. All in all, still an OK app but the new version that some engineer came up with isnt great. Probably should reevaluate the department heads that came up with this new version.
Useful , but still lots of things to improve.
Things to improve : Cannot change the way the caller ID is displayed - essential feature Number choice: random list of numbers shown on a list with no other info : ie the number I chose shows as a Niagara on the Lake number - puzzles all my callers
Simple & Efficient
This is a great tool for solopreneurs or small companies. It helps you have all your business in one place. Easy to set-up and to use. I really recommend it!
Way too many verifications
Would not recommend this app for somebody trying to start a small business they required way too much just to get the number up and running
Facility manager
I'm not impressed with this apps performance. I'm a user. I didn't evaluate, course or surprise payment. Does the app work..?Yes, but it's not effective. It's the latest (delay) that causes too many issues Simply put...the app cannot connect you to your clientele daddy enough if you're attempting to answer live incoming calls. It's fine if you never need to accept incoming calls and have conversations. Customers just do not remain on the line to await connection to staff or even leave a message. They most always hang up My staff wastes time calling everyone back to determine was there incoming call is for. If you're trying to NOT get calls and pretend that you are than you will love this app
Great for us
Perfect option for our small team and the support staff has been responsive and helpful when issues arise. Best part is having a shared number for MFA codes!
Hate this app
I signed up, got a number and a day later I was logged out and I tried to log back in and it’s trying to make me pay AGAIN. I called customer service and they said they will look into it and call me back but never calls back but they are trying to charge me when I never got to use the service. This has happened multiple times. Please save your money and find an alternative
Great business phone!
Works great to have a separate number for my business. I had a google voice number but it was being blocked too often. LinkedPhone has been working great for me.
Payment
I am Not going to add my card to IPhone I just want to pay with a card directly I am 1 person not a team it selected 3 and trying to charge me 39.99 a month I am not paying 40 a month this won’t let me change it or modify it to one person to where it’s $14 a month. It’s trying to force me this app is to pay $40 a month and there’s no one I can call to speak to this whole thing as a scam buyer beware not only is it trying to force me to pay for something that I don’t need scamming me. It won’t let me post. The negative comments the truth the facts.
Owner
This app has been a stress reliever for our small business.
Worst app ever
I paid my first month’s subscription, opened the app, and it wanted me to renew my subscription. I didn’t even use the damn thing yet.
Towmaxx
Great service
Calls don’t connect consistently
This app has been nothing but trouble. Trouble connecting calls, trouble with calls dropping, etc. Support is basically nonexistent. If you value your business and your clients, stay far far away
