Η εφαρμογή είναι για 0 κολλάει και δεν σε αφήνει να κάνεις ταυτοποίηση υποχρεωτικά πρέπει να μιλήσεις μόνο μέσω chat μετά από 2,5 ώρες προσπαθειών και ακόμα δεν έχει ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία ταυτοποίησης επειδή η εφαρμογή κολλάει!! Ότι χειρότερο.
Non functional
You need to reconnect every time and the app is very slow. I don’t recommend it

L’idée est super mais nous ne pouvons pas utiliser votre application à cause de l’indicatif +33 que l’on ne peut pas changer lorsque l’on souhaite recevoir l’identification par message. En espérant que vous puissiez le faire le plus rapidement possible. Merci d’avance.

Can’t connect my mini card reader any more.
I don’t know if it’s a problem of the latest updates because i had a few months to use it but when i try to connect it on the pairing bluetooth section I don’t receive a prompt for pairing so it’s stuck there and then it says connection failed even though i can see the bluetooth recognize the device around. I have tried everything resetting the phone the card reader but nothing. I can’t connect it’s so annoying.

Simple pratique efficace Tap & Pay sur IPhone sans plus besoin de lecteurs de cartes car votre iPhone est votre lecteur de cartes ! Et ensuite c'est quasi immédiat sur votre compte Viva! Que demander de plus !
Slow and full if bugs
Πολύ αργό, όλο προβλήματα, αναγκάζομαι να βάζω τους κωδικούς πολύ συχνά, η εξυπηρέτηση μέσω τσατ σε παραπέμπει σε σελίδες για να διαβάσεις και αν στείλεις μαιλ μπορεί να απαντήσουν μετά από αρκετές μέρες χωρίς βοήθεια αλλά με ασάφειες.

Great app but it doesn’t always work
A few times the app declined payments when the same card worked on another provider. A few times it simply wouldn’t take a payment. When it works it’s great.💪
Support Tap to Pay in Greece ASAP when available
Please add support for Tap to Pay without an external card reader in Greece as soon as possible when it it available from Apple!
Σφάλμα δυκτιου
Μετά το update βγάζει σφάλμα δυκτιου . Δέχεται μόνο WiFi για να δουλέψει. Τα δεδομένα δεν τα αναγνωρίζει και σου λέει είσαι εκτός δυκτιου . Φτιάξτε το ρημάδι. Μόνο να ζητάτε προμήθεια ξέρετε , σε αυτά μια χαρά δουλεύει

Για το POS
Αυτό που μπορώ να πω από την χρήση που κάνω μέσω iPhone & card reader μαζί είναι το εξής: 1. Γενικά το app είναι πολύ καλό αλλά λίγο αργό ως προς την σύνδεση του με το reader την στιγμή που προσπαθείς να ολοκληρώσεις μια πληρωμή. 2. Υστερεί λίγο προς το παρων που δεν μπορείς να δεχτείς πληρωμή μόνο μέσω του iPhone χωρίς το reader όμως απ ότι διάβαζα απο τα σχόλια, είναι στα μελλοντικά update. Γενικά όμως είμαι ικανοποιημένος με το αποτέλεσμα. Εδώ αγοράζεις ολόκληρο αυτοκίνητο και υπάρχουν κάποιες ατέλειες, λογικό είναι κι εδώ να υπάρχουν. Το καλό είναι πως είναι μια εταιρεία που είναι ενεργή και εξελίσσεται.
Ενεργοποιηση
Τελικά είναι διαθέσιμο το app στην Ελλάδα χωρίς την χρήση επιπλέον συσκευών ή όχι.

Όλα λειτουργούν σωστά. Δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα.
Περιμένω από την Apple να επιτρέψει και το tap and pay στην Ελλάδα για μεγαλύτερη ευκολία.
You need to be a registered business to use this
What they don’t make crystal clear on the download and signup pages is to use this service you need to be a fully registered business, ie you can’t just be a hobbyist making and selling stuff below the threshold of needing to register with HMRC in order to use this service. So you enter all your personal details, and only after you’ve done that discover it’s useless to you, and have to then jump through the hoops of getting them to delete your personal details.
Απογοητευτικό
Η εταιρεία αποκρύπτει στις διαφημίσεις της ότι η λειτουργία tap to pay δεν λειτουργεί χωρίς τη χρήση πρόσθετης εξωτερικής συσκευής. Σε αναγκάζει να αφιερώσεις χρόνο στην εγκατάσταση και στη επικοινωνία με το support για να το διαπιστώσεις. Είναι κάπως λυπηρό για τέτοια εταιρια.

The app works as advertised with the mini card reader. The low reviews are from people that aren’t aware of that.

£100 was approved then just disappeared! Contacted then many times never solve the issue and lost my money ! Never again !
