This is pretty much the only game I play
Honestly I’ve completed and re-downloaded this game like a million times. My question is when will there be a new hotel and or can you add more levels to all the hotels like the first two? I have enjoyed playing this game, just need something new to look forward to. Thank you!

Last Level Glitches
It’s been a few years since I played this game and it’s sad to see that the last hotel still has the same ‘touch’ glitch. Fun game but you guys need to fix that.
so many bugs
I like the game a lot but there are so many glitches. I am on the level with the laundry and it has some sort of bug which will never let me give the customers their laundry causing me not to win the level because I need to have 😍 to win. Please fix the glitch so I can continue playing!
Is it a bug?
Im at the Christmas castle and I’m struggling to finish the levels because the torches on the rooms never relight and I can’t put people in rooms! I even upgraded them as high as they can go. Is that part of the game? If so, it’s impossible to win this way on level that relies on putting people in color coordinated rooms. I think it’s a bug or else it would make the torch upgrades useless. Thank you

Waste Of Time & Money!
I legitimately just spent maybe $5 on this game just for the it to glitch out…i’m on level 60 in the christmas level and i literally saw these “guest” stay in the rooms for more than five damn minutes when i needed the rooms…i should’ve screen recorded it but i will be getting my money back..there’s no way in hell someone past this level & it glitch or was just scamming me out of money…i’m not even joking. I had to keep buying that candy thing on the top right corner to keep the other “guest” happy and it didn’t even matter because the game will have them sit there or switch color rooms so you don’t past…idc this my first review even & i won’t ever download this game again
Super cute game but…
The ads keep freezing up. I know it’s this app because I … 1) I am playing on the latest model of iphone and 2) this is the only app it happens with. I have to close out the game and reopen it which is a bit annoying. Then it’ll work for an ad or two, then freeze up again. The cycle is a constant one! This is definitely a game to keep your mind sharp and active. I bet at days end, the little dude is exhausted!! 😆

Game won’t allow purchases from the quick one time $1.99-4.99 deals that come up once so you must purchase it immediately or you will lose it. I have sent several messages, to no avail. You shouldn’t have special offers that you are unable to purchase 🥹

Crashes a lot. Current level is unbeatable because it wants 12 color matched doors and only gives 10 guests

I have loaded and downloaded it twice and each time it doesn’t go past 8 hotels. Granted each hotel has been 50 and 60 levels, but it used to have more hotels and it’s been shortened.

It’s been 2 years (almost 3) since the last Hotel was added. It’s a great game, which is why I gave 2 Stars. I’m about to delete the game permanently now though. They obviously won’t be adding one any time soon.
Don’t Purchase In App
I enjoy the game however there have been several technical glitches. When this happens diamonds that you use are wasted and not placed back in your account when the app refreshes. The developers are not accommodating to this issue. So you’ll basically be wasting your money and all you’ll get is an I’m sorry.

I love this game, I honestly have such a fun time playing. It’s a fast paced game that is fun to play whenever I have free time. I just finished all the hotels available. I can’t wait for them to make more hotels!

First thing that comes up when you open the app is to download another app and from there it won’t let you play

Videos freeze.
I’ve been playing and any time I have to watch an ad. It freezes and I do not earn the reward. It happens… every. … single… time…. A king out and relaunching does not help. I will be deleting as soon as my lives run out.
Why diamonds and not coins
I really do enjoy this game. However, why do I have to use diamonds for purchases and upgrades, instead of coins? I have hundreds of thousands of coins and 2 diamonds. At this rate, it could take days, sometimes weeks to pass a level
Stopped supporting
Really it’s almost a perfect game. First game that barely has ads and if they do they’re optional and have rewards. The only negative is they’ve apparently stopped supporting the game.

loved the game but …
in round 10 for the second level of difficulty in the first hotel, the game automatically ends without reason everytime i played irrespective of whether the inspector arrives or not. the reason given is inspection failed. how can inspection fail without inspector arriving. blatantly the game wants me to spend $9.99 to buy off the inspector. fix that and i will consider increasing the rating.
Sucky experience for beginning levels
You can’t enjoy a gaming addiction here, when the game gate keeps the game play time to under one minute. MONEY GRAB. Not Tycoon’s best game they’ve created. The music isn’t as upbeat. The graphics have room for improvement. There’s an issue with the screen actually detecting your finger. [ not my device because other games are issue free]
Fun game but a glitch waisted my diamonds
So I just got a jackpot from the spinning bonus and while I am playing a very hard level and when I failed the level as it say continue playing for 10 diamonds and as soon I confirmed the game just freeze up while the characters are stuck moving and so I had to clear the app to get rid of the glitch and when launch the game there goes my waisted 10 diamond in extange for a freezing glitch do I pay back in diamonds
Not happy
Great game but development needs help no update to different levels in over a year. They tell you download fashion shop. I beat that then it tells you to download doorman story again to no update.

Absolutely love the game but at the moment it’s unplayable as everytime I load it up it will come up with a one time purchase screen and no matter what will not let me past it cannot but it can’t exit it nothing
Umm
So, Ive had the game for years. I deleted it back then because it was impossible to beat. The game becomes unresponsive during gameplay and even though i have everything maxed out im still stuck on the level i was on years ago. There’s no offers for diamonds without spending money and i just think you guys should add what others suggested.. its very frustrating 😭
Game crashes all the time
This game is fun but constantly crashes after winning a round, upgrading the hotel or anything. It can be a waste to time having to re-open the game so often. Wish this would be fixed and then I could give it 5 stars

This Game in a Nutshell
Yes the game can be very compelling to WANT to continuously play.. BUT… The developers of this game have exploited every opportunity to make users watch an AD. We ALL understand that developers, designers, and programmers need to make their money somehow BUT… at what cost to actually enjoying the game experience that the entire team has worked so hard to create? A free game should NOT require users to be FORCED to watch dozens of ads just to be able to play the game more. I say this because even the in game shop does not allow you to exchange coins USERS earned for diamonds. Diamonds are crucial for the development of your locations and if you don’t develop, it’s nearly impossible to clear a level unless you sit through multiple ads hoping to try a new strategy that most likely than not will work (trust me, I tried)… I even clocked the reward timer for extra speed and it started me almost 2 mins less than what I earned! If you’re desperate for more, always silence your phone and be prepared to sit through multiple ads to rack up.

Needs some Updates
This is a great game, but it’s been a while since it was updated. There’s some glitching issues and hasn’t been any new levels/hotels released in a very long time. Would also be nice if I could play older levels to earn more coins for upgrades.
Been waiting for a new hotel for MONTHS
When are you going to add new levels? If you don’t plan to update this app let us know. It’s taking up space on my phone and I can’t even play it anymore. The game is fun when I can actually play it.

Bug
I have been playing this game for the past 2 months, even going as far as spending $USD to progress further in the game. As i’ve reached half way through the Honeymoon Hotel, I’ve noticed a bug in the levels where you have to check in guests by key colors. When checking in couples into the Honeymoon Suites, the color key tracker is not going up to include the guests i’ve checked in by key color. Seeing as this is essential to pass the levels, i’m stuck in the same level that i cannot pass because the bug is not properly adding up the completed check ins which will not allow me to pass the level. I have even tried using boosters that I paid for which even will not work, essentially stealing my money.

Game no longer loads
Very frustrated, just bought a good sized batch of diamonds only to have the game crash and now it won’t reopen even after rebooting my phone. Don’t really want to lose my progress deleting and reinstalling the app.
I like the game but........
Most of the time when I watch a video to get diamonds or extra coins it freezes as the video ends therefore I am ripped off getting nothing.

I really like this game. It’s good for when you are bored, however, l am currently on level 10 of the first world and I think there’s a glitch or something. I searched the level up on YouTube and the amount of guests that are supposed to come are 8, however, on mine it’s only 7. This is making it impossible to move onto the next level and I would like to keep playing. Overall this is a good game and it might just be a personal experience.
