Game keeps failing to open after certain level
I’ve lost progress a number of times now because after a certain level the game just wont finish loading and then open and a delete and reinstall causes you to start at the beginning all over again.

Fun game, but a total rip off!
Five star game, but in-app purchases bring it down to a two. You can’t buy the piggy bank with “tips” that you earned. It acts like it’s going to load but doesn’t. Then, when you try to make a purchase, it will charge your card, but it won’t give you the “tips” you paid for. Such a waste!
No Ads Doesn't Work
I like the game but I don't like the advertisements. I paid the $1.99 fee for the no-ads but I still get ads. I can't play it, the constant commercials are not worth it.

It’s a fun game but..
I do enjoy this game very much, but there needs to be a lot of fixes, it glitches a lot especially when I am trying to purchase the cash it’s so slow & most of the time doesn’t show up to actually purchase the item.

Decent game until I purchased the piggy bank and more cash to move forward onto level 39. Made the purchases but didn’t received then the developers denied me a refund yet I don’t have an option to send pictures showing purchases made and purchases never received. Wish someone would get back to me ASAP! Until then one star

I am writing to report that I really like playing this game but it takes so long to clear the 2.99 for 600 coins. I cannot play the game until it clears. I want my points to count and if I keep playing the points don’t count in the piggy bank. Please clear as soon as I pay. Cause I don’t want to keep a game on my phone that I cannot play.
Ads cannot be turned off, even if you have paid to turn them off.
I bought a package that promises to disable advertising. But it did not disappear at all, although the money was withdrawn from my card. Bravo! I don't recommend it

So this is a very enjoyable, mind numbing, but relaxing game. However, there seem to be more ads than actual play time *and* after an ad, I lose sound for the game. This is why the 3 stars. The amount of ads is insane. It would ok if it balanced out… play time vs ad time. The sound for the game going away is also annoying. It’s a fun game overall.

At level 90 currently and when I click the map it takes me the shop, but then when I click map or anything else it goes to an endless loading screen, yet again I haven’t got the newest update so maybe that would help Update: updated it and it still isn’t working
Glitch
Every time I watch an ad for extra coins the sound is off when I return to the game. I have to exit the app and come back in order to get the sound back. Otherwise it is a fun game.
Hasn’t had new levels in MONTHS!!
I’m giving 2 stars because I have been waiting MONTHS for new levels. It’s been at least 7-8 months already. If new levels aren’t added soon I’ll be deleting. It’s a shame because I really like this game.

Listen is a pretty decent time passing game. You get one ad a level as expected. But you’re playing to play if you don’t buy the features. I was willing but 4.99 a week is WILD

I just downloaded the game. As soon as it loaded 4 ads played back to back. Shame on the Devs for being greedy. I understand ads help support the Devs but at least let players get introduced to the game first.

I love this game trying so hard
I love this game and I’m trying my absolute hardest not to delete it but all the glitches are to much for me. Ads pop up at the beginning of my game when I press play, when I’m able to get back my ppl are standing there mad or walking away. I use the super speed they take that away before I can even use it. Can’t reach out to support. I spent a couple of bucks on here. I’m scared to spend a large amount.🎶 Got my finger on the button. Oh let me not forget the level with the timer when I clear all 16 ppl off the elevator and the clock get to zero and I lose. Please make it make sense

Keeps freezing
When I try and enter the game it freezing and stops working. It then shuts down the app/game. Have deleted and re-downloaded the game and it still has the same problem. Just not worth it.

I got so far then it seemed to go back to the beginning again. Just gone onto the app now and I’m not sure if they are making updates but it doesn’t work and only 2 icons work when you press on them.

Reasonable but the "VIP " is way too expensive
This game is highly addictive in a good way & enjoyable. However the amount of ads even when you click no is insane! The vip option is far too expensive as it's £5.99 PER WEEK (U K price) fix the adverts, the VIP & pep it up a bit & you will have a really good game.

Put phone on flight mode to avoid ads. This game needs more to keep it interesting I completed it all in like 2/3 days. VIP access is completely pointless I don’t know why anyone would buy it
I feel like this game needs more
It’s as advertised. The graphics are done well. So that kept you from getting as low as 1 star. Only, what is the rewarded “money” for? Is it just for skins (changing your concierge to a different person)? If so, I don’t see any other skins or their prices, so I have no idea. And if the money can only be used to buy skins, that’s a bit boring. Also, that V.I.P offer sounds super fishy to me. You are asking people for $8 a week!! And that’s just to give them free skins and more money to buy skins. And you remove the ads. That’s it. That seems way too expensive just to remove ads. Especially for the basic game that you’re getting. I’m in my 3rd or 4th hotel, not that can I tell a difference, except for the different challenges (fire, ghosts, stink bombs). So I feel like there’s no real challenge. It’s just making us spin in a hamster wheel. And that’s why the whole thing seems super sketchy to me. I’ll hold on to it for another month and if there no update giving us more, I’m deleting it.
