Great stress reliever. However can’t seem to progress past Level 14. Glitch?

Every time I tap to collect anything I have an ad pop up. You send more time just watching ads than playing the game.
Still same issue
Great game! Although… with the recent bug fix over a year ago I’m still stuck with the same issue once hit level 15 you can’t go any further no matter how many times I’ve downloaded and uninstalled to see if it changes anything Would love to keep playing to see what other stuff you can unlock but this bug fix needs sorted out
Love it but…
This game is so addicting, however I’m literally stuck at level 15 and it won’t proceed it been like that for a couple days. Also the adds are really annoying it’s literally every two seconds. Another thing that drives me nuts is the birds they literally come just as frequently as the adds I clear 2 birds then switch to the customers and there’s automatically birds again it’s very frustrating. Pls fix,

Literally just ads
The game started out great, then as soon as you start getting into it you all the sudden can’t play. When I say ads every two seconds, I mean literally every two seconds. Got through about 6 in a row before I got annoyed and tried again later. Next time I opened it up, yep just ads ads ads. Unfortunately this game is a scam, just to get you to watch a bunch of ads. Don’t get it, wish it was real. Deleted right away.
Needs Updating
I love the game but it desperately needs some help. the birds come in literally every 3-30 seconds and make it impossible to do anything and are overall really annoying, especially when you have to watch for them from two different levels. also the ads are ridiculous. they pop up quite literally every minute and they prompt you to watch ads about every 30-45 seconds and it pops up in the middle of the screen so a lot of times you accidentally click it because you were in the middle of doing something in the game.
money hungry.
instead of worrying about making a decent, enjoyable game, you made a money grab. ads every 30 seconds, then you want us to watch ads in order to get the extra spots on the line. the game is so slow paced, and the birds can still peck your clothes off the rack as the ads are going so you lose clothes. its annoying. could be so much better if you could upgrade your stuff without having to wait a minute for everything to dry.
Too many ads
I was really enjoying the game until ads started every 2 seconds. I understand you need the resource to fund the game, but you can’t even play the game cuz of so many ads. I’ll take the birds just please lessen the ads

I really like this game! The gameplay loop is satisfying enough to keep me hooked for a long time. However, I am stuck at level 14. I cannot make any progress towards the new clothes. I understand if the game is still in development but there should be a disclaimer somewhere. Overall a great game just some bugs.
No customers
When I unlocked customer orders at level five, I’ve not once gotten any orders or customers, I’m just collecting tons of clothes, and I’m currently almost at level 10

I’m addicted to this game but it must have bugs. I’m also stuck on level 14.
More levels
Can we get more levels? I’m stuck on 14 and it won’t go any higher and the progress bar isn’t filling up
Too many ads
This gave could be so addicting but the ads play every minute. It’s ridiculous. I understand using ads to keep the game free but this is a little overzealous. If you want to continue to play you have no choice but to buy the ad free version. So I’m uninstalling

I should be able to play a game(s) without unnecessary ads every 3-4minutes or at all! I did NOT tap to buy/gain any extra money/faster washing or drying speed etc. Cool concept to a laid back game but too much interruption.

Insane Ads
I’m honestly okay with an ad every few minutes. I get that it takes money to make apps. HOWEVER- I can’t even hit one button without an ad popping up. It’s disappointing because the first level is really fun
My opinion
I love it! its a great game, its one of the first games ive ever bought no ads from because i enjoy it so much, but one thing is that you should definitely add more washing machines and washing lines and upgrades and other things, because it gets boring after a while of doing the exact same stuff over and over, Great game overall, just needs more to keep you playing, you know?
Feels like a toxic relationship
In the beginning everything was good, but as I kept going I got stuff(ads) shoved in my face everytime I moved(clicked the screen)!! Can we fix this please because at this rate I will have to breakup (uninstall the app)
What’s the deal with level 14
I’ve deleted and redownloaded the game probably 6 times and everytime I get stuff on level 14. I really like this game and wish I could give it 5 stars. At first I thought that’s just when the game stopped, but a review from 2 years ago says they are on level 15 or 16. Please fix it, I’d love to keep playing the game, but not being able to level up it’s getting really annoying. Edit: your response says contact you through in app support but there’s nothing in the app that says in app support so I’m confused on how I’m suppose to contact you. I’ve tried going on your website it doesn’t have this game on there.

As the title says, I adore this game but I’ve been stuck at level 14 for weeks. No matter how much laundry I do, the progress bar has never moved. I’m rich by now but there is nothing to spend the money on. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG AND UPDATE THE GAME!

Nice game but bugs
I’ve really enjoyed this game. That being said, it’s tough work to get the laundry washed and then dried without it getting “crow”’ed . At least twice now I have had a huge pile of laundry for the customers.. at least I know I had laundry for the customers! I get interrupted or something, leave the game, and when I return, there are no clean clothes for the customers. That’s too frustrating! Would you mind please fixing this bug?? Definitely love this game
I’ve been playing it for a while now and I absolutely love this game. Well, I did notice that the level bar isn’t going up. I’m on level 14 now and for some reason, the bar wouldn’t go up anymore. So I’m practically stuck on the level. I’m still playing it though.

Fun but doesn’t level up past level 14
I downloaded this game a few years back and the un downloaded it due to at the time all you could do was wash washing and dry it, you also couldn’t get past level 13 at the time. I had completely forgot about this game until recently and thought ooo it’s been updated maybe just maybe they owners / creators sorte that issue out… they added in customers so you could do something with the washing, which made the game more fun. With that being said you now cannot level up past level 14, I’ve un downloaded the game and re downloaded it again and same issue. It’s such a shame as it’s a easy, peaceful game to play to relax or to just waste time. But the game becomes more pointless when you cannot level up. Would be grateful if this issue got sorted out. Would recommend this game if you don’t care about levelling up and not progressing but if that’s what you want to achieve then don’t waste your time on the game
