Best Plop App
So helpful for when I have a plop it’s great for any ages and I personally love this app.
Ads
I loved using this app a few years ago. I suffer from a few health conditions including severe IBS almost daily. Recently I was hospitalized with a small bowel obstruction so I re downloaded it then erased it and used another app until trying it again today. The reason I no longer like this app is that now after logging anything there are AD popups and no way to by pass or pay a set fee to stop them. There is now a premium feature as well that helps you document more things but that wasn’t a thing before. I would of gladly paid a set fee for the whole app but premium for monthly or yearly is kind of dumb. Your not helping customers your lining your pockets
Very useful
Useful app… The only downside has been that every entry leads to an ad landing page and there's no way to close the ad except completely closing out the app. I know you need Ads to support the app, but it makes for a poor user experience… It should be able to at least close the window and go back to the app without shutting it down.
Ads
The app is great but I hate how it pushes the user to buy a subscription. The ads in this app are one of the most annoying I’ve encountered, you have to interact with the game ads just to get rid of them. I will find an alternative because the ads waste more time than logging.

They give you very good detailed information but there is a very, very, very long ad after every entry you make.

This a good app for keep track of things, but it needs an Apple Watch component for quick and easy plop tracking. It would be a great app then.

Second time trying to add an entry, it went to a full screen ad with no way to get past.

This has been amazingly valuable for tracking my, um, goings and sharing this info with my care team. It also shows your care team that you are series.

It’s easy
So far so good I really like this app and all the options it has. Only thing is missing is to be able to login what you eat and the nutritional value from the food if it had that plus the option to to share with my dietitian it be amazing.

剛開始用還蠻好用，排便的變化都會給具體的解釋跟建議，不知道從什麼時候開始，就變很攏統連解釋都沒，每次都很好恭喜你完成紀錄跟之前差不多🙄😮💨要不是還有頻率可觀查，真的覺得變很好不用心，還是都改付費才能看到了😑

Missing 1 thing
I love this app. It’s hard to keep track and let my GI know when she asks. The only thing missing is letting me input that i have crohns. It keeps telling me i may have colitis and try the brat diet haha

Mediocre
I appreciate the ability to track my BMs, but I’m not paying as much as this asks for the subscription (sorry) and the data display is put into charts that are largely nonsensical and don’t meaningfully correlate and display the data I’m inputting. If I describe one BM, why is it represented twice in the same graph under different characteristics? Why is some data a line graph when that isn’t a logical, meaningful way to present that particular data? I’m not sure the developers understand data analysis or presentation at all. Will probably look for another app.

love when apps pretend to gaf about user experience and overall health but charge an arm and a leg for basic features. the ads in this app are insane. the monthly cost for premium access? also insane. save ur time and download something else.

Keeps dumping data…
Keeps dumping data… It’s very annoying how this app fails to backup and restore data after dumping several days to weeks worth of data only to fail to restore from a back up any data! What are we paying for?!
Bring Back the Free Analysis
I don’t like how the analysis/trend details I used to have on the free version of the app are now behind a paywall. I already have to sit through ads to update my tracker, so isn’t that enough?

Buggy
I’ve been using this app for a year, and my subscription just renewed automatically. Even though I was charged, I lost access to all premium features. The FAQ says to manage subscription via the App Store, but that does nothing, and when I try to contact plop support, I get the message that there’s no email client. I’ve now lost a year’s worth of valuable data and am furious. The app itself is great, but useless if renewing doesn’t actually work.
A pleasure to use
I find this app nails the mix of simplicity and power; the app is quick to use when logging even when using multiple options to track trends (using “factors”). I like how customisable the factors are, too, so anyone can track trends that they care about. Gut health is a unique endeavour for everyone, so giving the user the ability to create their own factors is awesome. My only gripe is the inability to hide the “tips”. I’d really like to have the option to hide them, especially in the premium offering, because they add no value and are questionable at times. While some of the tips can be fun facts, a lot of the “gut-health guidance” probably needs a bit more rigour with fact-checking. Either way, I’d much prefer to skip that altogether and go straight to logging my plops. For an app that provides a lot of customisation, I find the inability to hide the tips is a gap. Otherwise, this app is top notch. Thank you for your hard work in creating this.
Not helpful, too rudimentary.
I had high hopes - probably too high for this app. There are spelling errors and grammatical errors galore throughout the app. The tracking is very rudimentary, you might as well be using a pivot table in excel. I have premium, so you can add additional variables - but honestly - since the variables aren’t accounted for in any of the recommendations, evaluations against the data they become useless. For example it might tell you “increase your fiber intake” but if it was at all a helpful app, it would already see that you’re consuming over 30g of fiber - increasing fiber is clearly not the issue here (if there is any issue at all). I use my iPhone and ipad to update plop on the same account. They are RARELY synced up. It results in nonsensical data. I think I’ll go back to using my period tracker for tracking bowel movements because right now this tracker doesn’t add any value at all.

Unhappy subscriber
I have tried to use the app for 4 days. I have sent 3 texts. The answers I received were not helpful. One included a link. When I clicked on it I got a blank screen. I am not a novice with electronic devices. I really want your app to work!!
Excellent app; just ticked all history gone after update
Excellent app; just ticked all history gone after update. Was resistant to change cause was fine previously. Current update very good. One of best (hidden) features is list of different types breathing/deep breathing. More well done than any meditation or yoga app I’ve seen. Kudos for all around excellent very helpful app!👍
Limited options
There’s no way I’m paying $30 a month for this service, and while I like the food facts that they provide it’s limited in information (only explains what IBS is and not IBD). Also, I can’t even report specifically if there’s blood or pain with my stool. There’s not a lot of factors I can report other than manually taking the notes through the app.

Exactly what I needed
It’s been a week of using this app and so far it’s been very helpful with tracking my bowel movements to identify patterns since I’ve been having some gut issues. Simple and intuitive, the only thing I wish that the symptoms list was fully available in free version of software.

This app was amazing for me before the update. You used to be able to easily track specific symptoms but now it has been replaced by “notes” on each log. If the app hadn’t been changed, I would have given 5 stars. Disappointed in changes

Total for the Year is Now Gone
I’m triggered at this update. I can’t even tell how many I have had for the year or what my average per day is.. Deleting right away after 10.5 months of consistent tracking. What a stupid update.
Sync issues - fixed
Love the app but wish syncing between devices was not a paid feature. Basic functions should be free. Ultimately it’s a deal breaker but still love the concept.
Not the best
Has issues with editing past records and sometimes records are not what was selected.
Glitchy
App erases some data and if you add a button then it won’t save whatever other changes you’ve made so you have to create the button first, exit, then select buttons to save. This is all on paid so it’s disappointing but the app has helped me better track what is good for my body and notice what effects my body in a negative way so that I can be more careful which has been really nice and my biggest source of comfort and support cause health scares are not fun.

This app does absolutely everything I needed to do. It’s easy to use. It’s very thorough and contains all the information for me to analyze my issues.
Sync issues
Stopped syncing since the latest update. Im using both ios and android and sync was flawless before update. Plus calender w shaded days of plops is now not available.

Ok! This is a great app for my plopping! But I think we need to have a gender or non binary button beacuse what happens if I’m on my peorid my plop is RED?!? So I think we need that and also what did it look like on the paper? So yeh have fun ploppin

It’s good
Really useful for IBD sufferers. There are a few tweaks that are needed to make it great. Medications - can’t change the date or an already posted entry as far as I can see. Same with supplements and others. Back-dating medication isn’t possible.
