All history gone. 7.5 years!
I got a new phone today and set it up and all of my 7.5 years of history is gone. I upgrade my phone every year and this has never been an issue before. But now it’s all gone. I’m not going to use this app anymore if I have to start all over.
Great App - Could be Better
Update July 2026 - Thanks for updating the design of the up, much appreciated. I’ve tried other apps and I like the simplicity of this one, keep up the support. Great app, I think it can use a redesign to make the application a bit more modern and add some trending information such as day, week, and month instead of just a list of all the entries. If both these changes were made I’d consider contributing to the paid version to remove the Ads. Other than that does what it needs to and having the widget available is a bonus that I do appreciate.

Good, not great
It is a lightweight, basic, functional app. It lacks features. It doesn’t sync/export to Apple Health (where there is a diarrhea / constipation tracker) to take advantage of its features such as graphing.
Love this app
I’ve been using this app for over 5 years to track my IBS symptoms. I love that I can log a BM in less than 10 seconds. Some other apps are too visually busy, or ask too many details; I find them difficult to use. Sometimes I can’t remember the last time I visited the bathroom, so this has been a helpful tool. I also appreciate the reminders, even though the content of the reminder could be a bit more discreet. My doctor is always impressed with my BM log’s organization.

I’ve been looking for an app that has it all. After downloading a few to check out I was excited to try this one. Boy was I wrong. An ad overtook my phone and forced me to watch it....... I never EVER have downloaded an app due to an ad, in fact it’s even more reason NOT to download it. I understand this app is free, but if I’ve had 4 ads that have appeared lasting 20 seconds without a way to exit - this is a no from me dawg. I’ll continue my search and uninstall this app. In the meantime I suggest using “PCal” as there is so much more to it. You still have the options of what “type” of poop you’ve had, BUT it has more!!!!!!!! You can include the color, the time is specific to include 3 options of how long it took: “< 5 min” “5-10 min” and “> 10 min” As well as 3 “amount” options. You can include photos and notes. Same with this app. Except over the 2-3 days I’ve had it NOT ONE APP APPEARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IT’S FREE! Thanks for trying, but this was a huge disappointment.
Great app
This is a great app that allows me to keep track of my gut health. I love that I can look at all my past tracking and review how I am doing. I do wish you could personalize it a little bit. Also a calendar that also may show your past logging. Even though it is a good app I think a little flare may make it a little bit more fun. I have had other apps that help with keeping track of your gut health. They always had ways to also keep track of your moments you also go #1 as well. With advice as well on how to keep your times visiting the bathroom a lot better. Overall a really great app just it would be nice to see some other things added as well. To personalize it just a little. Adding a calendar, #1 tracking as well also maybe adding some way of identifying how your bathroom business could be affecting your health. Maybe also adding some articles of food and drink advice to health keep a healthy gut as well. I purchased the app to unlock all the benefits of the app thinking it will unlock much more. I again find the app really great it just would be nice to have just a little more for what your getting. Overall again a good app it helps me out.

Easy and simple to use with appropriate and relevant options. A shame they added ads. One suggestion would be to add a “clear all” option to make it easier to track certain time frames such as a calendar year.

Ok for tracking constipation and diarrhea but no information about how to solve it.
Great App
I have multiple disabilities that make my bowel movements fluctuate a lot and I also have a pretty bad memory so having this info at my fingertips through the app has been a huge help when I need to report to my doctors. This is one of the few apps that I actually liked enough to upgrade to the pro version. I don’t particularly care about the pro features but I use this app so frequently and it’s been such a big help that I wanted to support the developers monetarily.
Was shown an ad after 5 seconds
Didn’t even really give me a chance to see the app before showing me some video ad, and then I couldn’t close the ad and had to terminate the app completely.

I don’t carry my iPad with me everywhere, I sometimes don’t have the time, or I forget, so I can’t usually record my poo at the correct time. It would make the app so much better if could choose the time and day.

Support is nonexistent. Cannot forward to doctor, cannot find out if it can be printed. No one answers emails.

Scheduling and sharing
Would be a solid five stars if the app allowed me to set up a schedule to serve as a reminder as well as a platform to share with friends - kind of like the apps that allow girls to share cycle info.
Does the Job!
I’m going to preface this with I have absolutely no underlying need to track my bowel movements. I just do so because it helps me stay conscious about my body and my symptoms. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to tell if I was regular or not or if it hurt all the time or what. That being said, this app does the job! You can opt to take a photo if you want and you can hide those photos so that when you are scrolling you don’t have to be looking at the lovely contents. It helps categorize shapes and speed. Depending on that, it’s either good or bad and outlined as green or red respectively. So it will help you keep track at a glance. You also have the opportunity to take notes about that particular movement and if it’s been a few days since your last, you get a handy dandy reminder!
Paid app still shows ads!!!
I unlocked pro and STILL he probably the most intrusive iPhone ads i have ever seen on a app. Makes it completely not worthy using.
Pretty good
It’s a pretty good app but there is a middle in between fast and slow poop. I also don’t believe most of them are considered bad poop.

This developer need to bring Apple Watch app and complication to make this app really useful and dark mode too

Loud video ad in bathroom!
Immediately after opening the app for the first time and logging a BM and hitting save a full volume add for Hulu started playing.no options for mute Very embarrassing in a public bathroom. Use a different app

Lost poop
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now with the new iOS update it no longer works. All my poo data is lost! Not cool...

Could be better
This app is great for people who struggle with irregularity when they poop. Although it would be nice if the app would average out your poops and tell you when your next one is most likely going to be and would tell you how many times you poop a day, week, month, or year, on average.
Doesn’t function correctly
I set the reminder to notify me if I haven’t gone after 36 hours. This function has never worked. I’ve turned off and on. It is really important for me to know.

I loved it because it told me if my pooping was bad or good, overall it was great.

Couldn’t even get started, just kept taking me to the App Store to download Casino apps. Uninstalled.
Great for IBD sufferers!
It’s free, slightly gross, but also a powerful tool for both IBD sufferers and their doctors. Now you have photographic proof with dates and times of constipation/diarrhea for your doctor to see.
Needs work
I use it to keep track of my toddlers Poo. Sometimes she wouldn't go for days and we would forget how long it was was. Something is wrong because no matter what number I choose, it all comes up “bad”. I think there’s a glitch in the app.
Great app, one suggestion
In the next upgrade, can the option to choose multiple types of stool in one entry be added? For someone who struggles with IBS-constipation I often have multiple types of stools at one time. Thanks
Stop the loud ads
I don't mind ads in free apps. I understand you need to support the development of your app. But STOP WITH THE LOUD ADS! Show me video, but give ME the option to turn on the sound. So incredibly annoying. Other apps give me silent videos with a button I can press if I want to hear the sound. I am not always at home when I use this app. It's not even useful sound, like dialogue that talks about the app, it is just annoying loud bass-thumping beats which have nothing to do with the content of the ads. Until this is fixed I will only be using this app in airplane mode which stops the ads completely. I only do this for companies that have irresponsible and annoying ad policies. If this feature is fixed I would give this app 4 stars for the actual usefulness and usability of the app itself.

Like it, but could be better
I appreciate this app. I do wish it didn't mark my movements as bad or good, and would instead let me do that. It bases it on if it's fast or slow, but I could have a bloody, fast one (which is bad!) that the app will mark good. I would also appreciate the ability to bookmark/star movements so it can be easy to find if I want to show my doctor.
