I soft locked my self because my only party member had the anxious trait witch means they canβt perform wit skill checks and I was in a part of the game where I NEED a wit skill check to continue my game so I had to restart my game and it was so horrible that I had to do that FIX THE GAME

Presaved games do not load
I love the game and all of the mechanics- itβs so refreshing to see the care and detail into the storyline that I would love to continue playing this game. However, every time I press the load game option Iβm left with a stuck purple loading screen and thereβs no way to access my previous games. If I ever want to play, I would have to start with the prologue, which basically means starting over every time. Itβs incredibly annoying, because I canβt play the game I enjoy a lot :(

A wonderful journey
This game is great, and Iβve been following it for years now. The replayability is endless, and I donβt think Iβve ever been bored from it. However, I wish it was still updated. Thereβs a huge market for a game like this, and I think with a relaunch and a major update that community could be reached. Great game!

An amazing game
Hi there! The Oregon Trail is such a good game, but one small request. Maybe you could add child characters? They could walk with their parents and consume a 1/2 lb of food. Just something you could add! Thanks!
Why the game is fine:
The game is good havenβt played it that much maybe upgrade the graphics a bit in my opinion itβs better with good graphics and maybe some more characters would be fine and lower the prices in the game it is a bit frustrating how much it is when you donβt have enough for the things you need really bad. And maybe more hunting grounds.Still the prices are really frustrating.π

The 1971 classic game was better. It didnβt need to make a political statement it was just a great game. This one will be forgotten.

First off, I love this game. Iβve got HOURS on it. Especially on Steam. HOWEVER, for apple you NEED to have an Apple Arcade subscription. Iβm not interested in paying $10 a month for the only game I play on my iPad. If I could pay and download without the subscription, it would be a 5 start.

Sadly full of bugs
Game is freezing, Iβm getting stuck on the menu after I give my group new clothes etc. Worst of all, is the "cloud save error" message that pops up every few seconds, hundreds of times. What a shame.

Classic Oregon Trail
If you like Oregon Trail youβll like this game. A brutal survival(?) game. If you like loosing and your party dying, youβll like this game! Edit: so I re-downloaded the game and my save data is goneβ¦ I had it saved to iCloudβ¦ guess I wonβt be playing this anymore as I lost all my progress (was prev 5 stars).
Extremely Fun Game
This game is probably the best time passer on the app. Itβs a beautiful looking game and is equally fun. I started playing this game to kill some time waiting, and before I knew it 8 hours had passed! Itβs inspiring me to get out in nature myself. The soundtrack is very nice as well! I hope they continue to keep adding more things and quests to the Oregon Trail journey, because I love the historical aspects of it as well and would love to keep playing!

Keeps crashing on iMac. Like the game a lot but the game will stop in mid paly.

Please ~! Add a diary function, as well as the ability to write backstories for your characters. Furthermore, a playthrough that could allows us to freely pick who we want to employ, as well as their attitude would be AWESOME too! I see the beauty in the randomizer, but I think the game would be 100% more immersive this way. Personally, I love this game, but I think there are subtle and simple ways it could be improved for max enjoyment. THANK YOU for depicting various indigenous peoples and tribes in a respectful manner, it's sort of a breath of fresh air. We don't get much air time.

You should make the game warn you about low health or higiene so you will notice and stop illnesses. But overall great game
Not happy
I was really enjoying this game and had made good progress. I went into play the game only to discover the saved games were not mine! There was a game that someone had been playing and they had a wagon full of bullets definitely not mine and completely different characters and another saved game that had only just been started. Only I have access to my iPad so definitely not someone at home mucking about with it. Weird! I will be deleting this.
Great game, shame itβs an arcade oneβ¦
I played this game when I got 3 month trial of Apple Arcade. Really enjoyed it, but unfortunately almost everything else in arcade is rubbish. Itβs not remotely worth paying to keep arcade, so can no longer play this game. I liked this game enough I would have bought if the option was there, but not going to be forced in to Apple Arcade for it.
Itβs ok to waste some time.
Iβve pumped a good 2/3 hours into it but now i honestly wonβt play again why. Because itβs just impossible to earn money and then everything is expensive in the villages. I mean whatβs the point of a shops at the villages when you canβt buy anything. Ive got super fat but canβt get any further as canβt afford supplies and canβt trade to get what I need so honestly whatβs the point. Also the decisions you make with certain things donβt seem to help you. I.e ive given money to people and some supplies that Iβve met along the way and yet it has no effect on the game in anyway.
NOT AN APPLE ARCADE ORIGINAL!
This game is not an Apple Arcade original since someone I know played it over 30 yearβs ago on his computer! But other than that itβs a great game.

Frustrating
I like a good resource management game, but I find this one frustrating, and repetitive to play. Things were going along fine until a klutzy character shot himself and died. I restarted, but the characters available to pick from were not the same, too many bad traits, and why canβt I pick a save point to continue from? It gets too tedious. I like the concept, though.
Best Mobile Game Ever Made
The attention to detail, the soundtrack, endless story lines, minigames, unlockables and more, make this my favorite game Iβve ever played on a mobile device. The dev team did an amazing job with this game and I couldnβt recommend it more.

MONEY!!!
Played for good 4-5h and gave up as oregon trail completely dried out my money without any reasonable way to earn it, tried different trails but with 0$ its no use... cant sell nothing in the shop, i should be able to sell stuff i collect while on the journey. Ill keep this game on my phone for now in hope that developers will listen and improve things and maybe one day this will be good playable game.
Worth Apple Arcade subscription price itself
A much refined and refreshed version of a game I played in school and fell in with. I enjoy all the new challenges and modern touches the developers have implemented. My two young nieces love playing the game with me as well, so itβs retained itβs appeal to children which is lovely. Iβll always respect a team that remakes a classic and nails itβs execution, well done to the studio!
Save states not working
Iβve been 30 hours into this great game 3 times in 10 hour chucks. All three times my saved game was wiped out. It sucks putting that much time into something only for the work to not be saved. I hope they fix this because I wonβt be playing until it is.
Look Forward to Playing, But More Backgrounds Need to Be Represented
Iβm starting to play this game, so not going to give it a completely bad rap without playing it, but would be great to see some disability representation in video games.
