I downloaded this and placed a small deposit immediately i was bombarded with silly little games and constant request to add more money. Definitely not a user friendly site. I lost a small amount of money and deleted the app.

Extremely hard to navigate and lacking advice for beginners. My money halved within 2 days. Won’t be seeing more of it.

All money stolen
Short order placed. Stop loss set. Short order succeeds and drops to a new low. Short order never reaches original order price (meaning 0 loss). I come in to trade and close the short, before I can do this. Order is closed for me and entire equity and account balance is stolen, credit still there. Nothing else. All of my money gone without cause or reason App is full of pop ups that ruin the user experience. Withdrawal comes in seperste payments e.g 200, 15.47, 234.67. Overall do not trust this app, it is unregulated and enables illegal trading options.
Good but lacks some things
I find this is a very easy and beginner friendly app allowing all to trade though it can get overwhelming at times it is still good if I had to give a bit of feedback I would say for them to get rid of unnecessary text on the screen

Great app to trade on
I have been using this trading app for a couple of months now. Great features. I have deposited and withdrawn some of my profits. Takes 5 working days as mentioned. I have noticed you don’t have the ‘partial close’ feature on IOS like you do on Android. It would be nice to have this on all devices. Look forward to seeing it in the future I hope. I will hold that remaining star until then ;)

J’ai gagné mais je n’arrive même pas à retirer l’argent que j’ai gagné honnêtement je vois des notifications retrait 500$ et moi je veux retirer sa mais transaction refusé à chaque fois je ne comprend pas pourquoi je peut pas récupérer l’argent je sui dégoûter j’ai mis pratiquement 500€ sur l’application pour rien récolté derrière

Baccicly I had 900+ dollers in my account I deposited 200 and ran it up and I leave the app to go play a game while waiting for a reply from the customer service as it wasn’t letting me withdraw to my new card and all the moneys gone and said it all went on quick mode so I go to look and there’s multiple 200 and 300 dollar trades leaving me with nothing in my account

YOU LOSE WITHOUT YOU WEARING. (THIS IS HAPPENED TO ME). I DO HAVE SCREENSHOTS I CANNOT UPLOAD TO PROVE. THE STRATEGIES THEY GIVEN NEVER WORKS ALWAYS WORKS OPPOSITE DIRECTION DEAL IF IT’S YOUR WIN FROM THE STRATEGY ONLY SMALL ONE BUT THE LOSS IS HUGE. The coupons they’re given you never met you can’t you can’t make win always you small wings for the beginning let you win the New get trust and put more money in then and all of a sudden you lose everything. I’m doing trading for six years in different absence of prayers, I never see some scam like this.

Ich habe das ganze mal gegen mein MetaTrader5 laufen lassen und manche "sell" trade gingen im MT5 weit unter den "take profit" von xtrend der dann nicht ausgelöst hatte, aber bei minimalem Anstieg des Kurses ging es direkt drüber... Finde ich nicht seriös sorry
Berwertung weil ich von der App gefragt wurde
Die App ist an sich ziemlich geil, um das Traden schnell zu verstehen, aber das Copy-Traden ist wirklich eine Vollkatastrophe! Ich habe die App vor 5 Tagen geladen und 50€ eingezahlt um eine Chance zu geben. Durch einige Sekunden Trades habe ich mich ziemlich rasant auf 67€ hochgearbeitet. Als ich dann inaktiv war wurden mir dann einfach 4-5 copy trades geöffnet, ohne das ich etwas davon wusste. Dadurch verlor ich ungefragt einfach so ungefähr 53,41€. Solange dieser Fehler existiert, kann ich nur von der App warnen. Um eine Entschädigung oder Ähnliches wäre ich sehr dankbar

Avoid this company at all costs
I strongly advise people not to sign up with XTrend Speed based on my experience. Depositing money is instant, but withdrawing your own funds is a completely different story. I requested a withdrawal over 10 days ago and have received nothing except repetitive scripted responses telling me to “wait patiently” while the “relevant department” is supposedly dealing with it. No real explanation, no timeframe, no accountability, and no access to anyone who can actually resolve the issue. Every attempt to escalate the complaint was ignored and met with the same copy-and-paste replies. It honestly feels like stalling tactics rather than genuine customer support. For a financial platform, this is deeply concerning. If a company can take your money instantly but cannot return it in a reasonable timeframe, people should seriously question whether they can trust it with their funds. My advice: do not sign up unless you are prepared to risk long delays and extremely poor support when trying to withdraw your money.

Impossible to withdraw money and close
Opened after seeing over positive ad blasting, and having dabbled on Trading212, thought I’d give it a try. How wrong was I!, immediate bombardment to deposit money, which I deposited a small amount, traded for a short time and found it over complicated, and seeing I had made some money, attempted to Withdraw funds and close, as of today, I’ve still not been able to access the money, I’ve closed all trades, so it’s sitting there, apparently I’ve failed Verification a couple of times, even though it’s exactly like their example. *Will I get my money? I doubt it, so just sending the warning out!*
