Best crypto exchange in the UK
I’ve been an investor of crypto for a few years now and have used various different exchanges. I can honestly say for UK customers this is the best exchange available.

Die App ist super, ist auch für Anfänger gut aufgebaut. Leider sieht man in der normalen portofolio Übersicht nur wie viel man im Prozent an Gewinn oder Verlust hat. Wäre super wenn es auch die Möglichkeit gebe anstatt den Prozentwert anzuzeigen man sich den reinen Gewinn in Währung anzeigen lassen kann.

Die App ist schön designiertAlles funktioniert ansonsten aber ich konnte keine Applepay Zahlung durchführen.
Earns Transaktionen fehlen
grundsätzlich zufrieden. aber aktuell werden bei Kryptos die Earns nicht mehr angezeigt in den Transaktionen.

Absolutely joke
I hate this app , started well now suddenly is full of cooling periods , questions that prevent you from trading etc. I could never trust bitpanda to keep large assets . I prefer safer and clearer platforms like Revolut
Kontostand aktualisierung
Sehr gute App aber schade, dass man den Kontostand immer manuell aktualisieren muss und nicht so wie bei beispielsweise Trade Republic immer der Live-Kontostand zu sehen ist.. Das wär richtig sexy!
Auf der Zeitachse fehlt die Option "Max" - Update 06/26
Update vom 02.06.2026: Ich reduziere meine Bewertung von drei Sterne auf zwei Sterne. Grund ist, dass die Zeitachse der Portfolio-Darstellung (siehe meine vorangegangene Rezension) immer noch nicht auf 5 Jahre bzw. auf Max erweitert wurde, obwohl das bei anderen Charts bereits geht. Und das nervt mich total. Ich warte wieder eine Weile und werde die Bewertung abermals reduzieren, wenn sich bis dahin immer noch nichts getan hat. bitpanda gibt sich gerne modern und innovativ; an der Stelle kann ich aber keinen Unterschied zu trägen Banken erkennen. Die sind genauso langsam, sinnvolle und kongruente Anregungen umzusetzen. vorangegangene Rezension: Soweit ist die App ok. Was ich jedoch absolut nicht nachvollziehen kann. Im Chart zur Portfolioentwicklung gibt es verschiedene Zeiträume, welche man für die Darstellung des Charts auswählen kann (1 Tag, 7, 30 und 1 Jahr). Weshalb kann man keine Auswahl "Max" für die komplette Historie des Portfolios auswählen, wie das bei Apps anderer Broker möglich und im Grunde genommen Standard ist? So wird mir die Historie abgeschnitten, was ich als schlecht gemacht und ebenso als intransparent empfinde. Meine Bitte daher: Ergänzt den Chart um die Darstellungsoption "Max"! Danke!

the amount of UNAUTHORISED payments i’ve had show up on bank statements is unreal. there’s no point contacting customer services, they will gaslight you. they have taken money out of my account and charged me double what i deposited. avoid avoid avoid avoid.
Gute Basis App
Ich benutze Bitpanda schon seit längerer Zeit und war anfangs sehr zufrieden, problemlose Ein- und Auszahlung, sehr gut, außerdem gute Tracking Anbindung für Steuertools (z.B. CoinTracking). Leider sehr hohe Gebühren und was mich veranlasst hat andere Börsen zu nutzen ist, dass man bestimmte Assets zwar kaufen aber nicht mehr auf seine coldwallet transferieren kann (Trade only) Bei erhöhter Handelstätigkeit und dem Wunsch, seine Coins zu verwahren spricht das für mich gegen die Plattform, für Anfänger aber gut.
Unzureichender Support
Es gibt keine telefonische Hotline und auch keinen Chatbot innerhalb der App, wo technische Probleme gelöst oder Fragen beantwortet werden. Einzig und allein gibt es einen separate Helpdesk-Seite, die über einen standardisierten KI-Bot funktioniert. Mit seinen Problemen wird man häufig alleingelassen.

Eine der Besten und, aus meiner Sicht, auch die Sicherste, aber leider auch mit sehr hohen Gebühren!

Cannot verify for UK
Waisted 45mins of my life checking out the app and reading reviews. Installed it and it’s not available on the UK , 🇬🇧 Great Britain or England Scotland Wales….. you get my drift. 😐
Gute Plattform
Ich finde die App sehr gut allerdings würde ich mir wünschen dass bei den Widgets es die Möglichkeit gibt mein persönliches Portfolio zu sehen. Ansonsten alles top👍
Login kaputt, Hilfe funktioniert auch nicht
Absolut katastrophal. Ich komme nicht in mein Konto rein, Passwort zurücksetzen funktioniert nicht, es kommt keine E Mail, und selbst wenn man auf Hilfe klickt, passiert einfach gar nichts. So etwas ist bei einer Plattform, auf der mein Geld liegt, einfach nur unverschämt. Das ist so, als würde eine Bank sagen: Wir geben dir keinen Zugriff mehr auf dein eigenes Geld, Pech gehabt. Man braucht sein Geld vielleicht dringend, für Rechnungen, Familie oder Notfälle, und dann steht man da und nichts funktioniert. Das ist nicht nur nervig, das ist ein absolutes No Go. Statt die Nutzer so hängen zu lassen, müsste man für so einen Mist eigentlich entschädigt werden. Schlechter Support, schlechte Erreichbarkeit und am Ende ist man einfach allein mit dem Problem. Vertrauen sieht anders aus.

Sehr schwach
Bekommt mal eure App in den Griff. Es nervt und passiert schon richtig oft, dass die App nicht richtig lädt und man vieles nicht angezeigt bekommt. Gebt euch echt mal mehr Mühe. Da geht es schließlich um investiertes Geld eurer Kunden und das ist nicht lustig.
Works well
I’ve been using BitPanda for a few years now and rate it highly. Occasionally the portfolio summary is delayed due to updates, but it’s very infrequent, and always states why. Regular improvements are made to the app too. Overall I’d recommend.
Every time I use the app it’s forgotten my login
Literally every time it wants my username, password, 2FA and then create a PIN. Very annoying.
Good but some dashboard issues
Good app and easy to use but under the portfolio section the dashboard shows a different amount from the current portfolio value. Just a small bug but a little annoying. The current portfolio value is correct so they have an issue with the dashboard.

Durchschnittliche Kaufpreis verfälscht/zu hoch
Leider ist der Durchschnittspreis von vielen Coins zu hoch bzw. verfälscht und somit kann ich keine Käufe/Verkäufe tätigen. Bitte unbedingt beheben!!! Der Support hat nicht auf meine Nachricht reagiert!!! Ich habe seit 4 Monaten dieses Problem!

I’ve just wasted my last money at friday evening because of that amazing futuristic app which doesnt let You send money to Your account instant for free. You get to find out that money wont be on Your account for 2-3 working days as soon as you send them and start to wonder where the hell is your money. Hard to express how do I feel now really. Extremelly disappointed.

Difficult to calculate returns
Why do you make it so difficult to see the actual amount invested and the return for the portfolio as a whole and for individual products? This is critical and feels hidden.

In fact I never write reviews. However after trying to use Binance, Coinbase, Crypto.con, and even OKEX to simply buy, sell and withdraw crypto (nothing fancy) I was infuriated about how hard it was. I'm 21 and pretty tech savy, but damn they're hard to use. Bitpanda was literally super easy to use, fast with crypto transfers, bank transfers, validation setup ect. The best crypto platform I have used so far; by a long way. Thanks for making this app guys. Perfecto.

Beautiful app
Looks a very very nice app, slightly better than all the others. Unfortunately there’s only one option for verification which is passport, anybody that doesn’t own a passport can use the site sadly. Customer support have been quick, kind and helpful regardless. Maybe hope to pop back in the future.
Used to be very good
But recently very basic functions have gone wrong, making it difficult to sell. As a result I’ve taken as much of my money as I could out. I think this is a blip, but a worrying one.

Best crypto app
Have tried dozens of crypto apps and this is the best by far. So easy to use. You can swap anything for anything, including stocks for crypto and vice versa. The GUI isn’t as detailed as some of the others but that’s the only minor criticism here.

Update with Incorrect Portfolio Value!
I’ve been using the app for about 6 weeks now and find it good but it could be great. On the GOOD side, it allows me to deposit (using debit card only), buy and sell etc. On the COULD BE GREAT side, it’s weird that when I deposit money, it shows my portfolio’s value as increasing (yeah, duh!), when what I want is to see how much my portfolio value is going up or down based on increase / decrease in the value of my investments. I’d also really love to see a feature, in each of my investments, that shows a dot on the date and the price that I invested. This would be very useful. I’m just a ‘Sunday trader’, but it was incredibly bad that, during the recent peak in Shina Inu, this app went OUT OF SERVICE for about an hour. No access whatsoever. Couldn’t even see my portfolio — just a message that said, Sorry something’s gone wrong. Following the update today (7th Nov 2021), the app shows my portfolio as a higher value than it actually is! Yippee! A 25% bonus! This has happened three times after login today and then it resets to an accurate value after I refresh. But the question is, does BitPanda actually know how much my portfolio is worth? Formerly, Bitpanda gave me data on what I’d invested, and the average investment price, but with the new update, this information is missing.
Decent company but customer service needs a lot of improvement
After roughly a month of almost daily back & forth my issue has been solved satisfactorily. They’re a decent and it seems - honest company. But the customer service needs larger funding/major revamp. Mixed feelings.
