Best app for under 18 no PAN Card required and if you are more then 18 you can also use this upi

I had an acc on this app but I started using g pay and when my family was transferring money by putting my phone number it went in this app but when I tried to open this app by putting my phone number but still it says failed try with another number . And for verification they give us only 3 chance pls don’t use this app

I did a payment it debited money from mine sed but didnt send it to receiver and I didn’t get refunded also
FRUAD COMPANY
I entered all my document details and paid ₹99 for the video KYC, but the video KYC never actually took place. I try every day, but the same message appears: "This website is not supported." Now I’ve lost my money, yet my FamPay account still hasn't been created. Not only that, I called customer care so many times, but not a single call was answered; every time I called throughout the day, I was told that customer service was unavailable.
