Terrible app, does not let you update documents, making it impossible to get your boarding pass. More than 30 min with chat support also not effective

Sugestao: perdi mais tempo digitando novamente meus dados de cobrança, que sao os mesmos dados de cadastro do que comprando a passagem. Favor ajustar. Billing address = Customer address.

Latam não sabe tratar seus clientes
O call center da latam é péssimo, deixa muito a desejar e só visa ter lucro em cima dos clientes a qualquer custo. Tem cada um atendente despreparado.
Falta do Modo Escuro
O aplicativo deveria disponibilizar o modo escuro. Atualmente não utilizo muito o aplicativo mas o fato de não ter o modo noturno para economizar bateria e melhorar a experiência visual já me deixou desanimado.

The app could be more helpful, lack of info when at the airport
Starting from LAX, my experience with the LATAM app has been extremely frustrating. Since LATAM partners with Delta, the app indicated the International Terminal (Tom Bradley), but the flight was actually departing from Terminal 3 at Delta. Then, when I arrived in Brazil for my connecting flight, the app did not show any gate information. I struggled to even find a departure monitor displaying my flight. The lounge staff directed me to the wrong place, and after asking five different people for help, I finally found the correct gate—only to discover that the plane had already departed. For an international traveler in an unfamiliar airport, accurate terminal and gate information is essential. If the app cannot provide reliable information when passengers need it most, what is the purpose of having the app? This experience caused me to miss my flight and created an enormous amount of unnecessary stress. LATAM really needs to improve the accuracy and real-time reliability of its app.

Log-in a nightmare
Once I am in the App it is okay. Getting there is another story. Each and every time attempting to open the app it require two-factor authentication. A little slow, but not a massive big deal. Unfortunately, in my home country and abroad, the SMS nor what’s app authentication codes get delivered (well once every three or four times). Email usually works. If I need to go back to select another method, I cannot login again and have to close the app. After re-entering my password the app stalls and won’t take me to the two factor authentication choices. Eventually it will sometimes work, sometimes not. This is a very poor experience when trying to get information, in the moment, about delays and cancellations at the airport.

Tentei fazer a compra com Latam Flex e não deu continuidade. Tentei resolver pelo chat e não tive atendimento humano e não resolveram meu problema

On iPhone 17 with latest iOS. Cannot use app to search flights because of persistent keyboard and no ability to hide it or scroll the primary screen to uncover selection options.

Overcharge and worst customer service
I paid to be able to change flight. Spent 2 days and 6 hours. Wanted to charge me 447$ to change flight. Then charged me to change seats. I had no choice so I paid. I wish I could speak to a manager with Latam but???

Terrible app
You can’t access the app because the verification codes don’t get on time and when you enter again, you need to request another verification code. On top of that, you can’t buy any extra luggage. It takes forever and then it won’t let you process the payment. Even talking with a customer service representative takes forever and they will answer the call, but won’t talk. What a terrible service.

Language changed
With the last app update my app changed to Spanish. Had always been in English prior to this. It seems to think that I live in Uruguay now, instead of the Falkland Islands where I am. The only way that I can use it in English is to log out, and then change country. You cannot change country while logged in. Very annoying. Contacted LATAM but didn’t get any help. If I log back in it automatically changes to Spanish again. Utterly useless to me at the moment.

Can’t get my boarding pass. There no information why. Log in directs you to a web browser. It looks like a webpage disguised as app instead of a real app.

Not very good customer support
The app is not the best but is normal after many companies became online only support, or no support at all. You can’t found simple solution in the app the phone contact is worst with an automatic reply who leave you nowhere, absolutely waist of time. An I really not sure if our opinion is really important to all this companies.

La aplicación presenta muchos problemas. Por ejemplo, no permite poner el número de tarjeta frecuente, no vincula los pasajes al número de viajero frecuente, no permite postular a upgrades por la categoría, entre otros. Hay bastante oportunidad de mejora.
Potential to be very useful
But having just travelled 28hrs using four flights the app is still showing ‘your boarding pass will be with you shortly!’ So we had to print off all the paperwork defeating the object of the app.
Too many problems
I couldn’t download the new app in Amsterdam or Paris. Also I couldn’t open my boarding pass in my iPhone. LATAM is a wonderful airline so please keep making improvements.

Worst customer service
Missed our connection due to slow baggage check in. Did not rebook us on the next available flight. Had us step aside for hours. Getting information on the next steps was difficult.
