App simples é muito fácil de usar.

Os passageiros são pegos de surpresa com o preço da mala extra por R$910,75 . Uma vez que o meu voo internacional foi de CNF a EWR. Na ida que foi de Newark para Confins com conexão em preço da mala foi de $100 USD na ida . Já na volta que deveria ser os mesmos $100 USD, a azul me cobrou exatamente o dobro . Isto é um roubo. Somos literalmente obrigados a viajar com malas compactas e as passagens só subindo de preço . Viajo para o Brasil de férias por 30/40 dias no mês de julho que é frio e calor ao mesmo tempo e não posso levar quase nada . Um descaso .
Quase excelente
O app funciona super bem, é leve e prático, acho bem fácil de usar. Só lamento muito não exportar mais os cartões de embarque para a carteira digital da Apple. Faz muita falta. Espero que essa função retome em breve.
Aplicativo não funciona direito
Todas as vezes que tento fazer algo no aplicativo da Azul dá problema! Muito frustrante!!

The worst
Literally the worst check in experience ever. Passport Scanning seems to work, but enters the dates wrong so one must delete the dates to enter manually, which might work if you’re lucky. I had to purposely enter the wrong date to force a different error than the error caused when scanning to finally get the confirm button to populate. This happened on two consecutive flights. The website is even worse.

Buggy app
Has a lot of bugs, so data submission typically ends in failure and the need to resubmit data. Won’t accept foreign credit cards for various upcharges, and froze our itinerary when we were accused for “failure to pay” baggage fees. Almost missed our flight when we were checking in. Web based program is no better. Azul needs to figure out debugging, data retention and especially foreign credit cards.

Boarding passes no longer save in the Wallet App
The app has been downgraded since the last update. The iOS app has been updated and lost the ability to send boarding passes to the iPhone’s wallet, making it more time consuming to access when there’s no internet connection and lost the convenience of having the boarding passes automatically show up when you arrive at the airport. The android app still syncs with Google Wallet

O tried to create an account on the app and every time I scanned my passport it wouldn’t go through. I tried a few times until I gave up. I would give two stars for that and five stars on purchasing and making payments. Thank you

O voucher não detalha suas bagagens e também não fala o detalhe do que você está comprando. Tem que ter: ao clicar na viagem as bagagens, por exemplo, comprei via Decolar e lá tem mas ao ver pelo aplicativo azul não tem.
A nova versão perdeu a funcionalidade de enviar o cartão de embarque para a Wallet.
Não é mais possível adicionar o cartão de embarque nas carteiras digitais dos aparelhos telefônicos.

App keeps crashing
Terrible app - keeps crashing when trying to check-in or find my reservation. Also the app doesn’t work if you are connected to a VPN. I am using the latest version of app on latest iOS. Absolutely useless and unreliable app. I expect better from so caller *A partner airline.

O aplicativo tem muitas falhas. Estou tentando comprar bagagem mas quando seleciono cai a página.
International telephones
Não consegui entrar meu telefone nem o telefone do contato de emergência porque o sistema aparentemente não aceita números de telefone du UK!

Some of the information to provide are only in Portuguese and not in English such emergency contact all the options are in Portuguese. Or when you have to confirm if your passport in from USA or you need a visa all of it is not translated in English…

On-line que não funciona !
Sugiro trazer um Diretor de alto nível da Azul para fazer checkin on line, e sentir a experiência do usuário. No app, não aparece o botão para avançar, quando retorna na página anterior perde-se tudo que havia feito. Se coloca o programa de fidelidade, o app trava ! Já no site, para fazer o check in não aparece a opção de TSA pre, não aparece a opção do green card. Muito ruim. Muito atrasado. Em qualquer outra Cia aérea não tem esse problema. Isso sem falar de como resgatar um Crédito Azul. On-line é IMPOSSÍVEL. Então acorda para os seus concorrentes.
Much better although…
To be honest it’s much better than it used to be. It uses to be horrible until now. Today I didn’t get frustrated. Nice improvements. Although you still don’t have an option for oversized baggage (sports items) and you can buy the “add check-in baggage” but it doesn’t count towards your sports equipment and you can’t get a refund…

O app em si não é ruim, mas pra mim só serve para exibir o cartão de embarque, o que seria desnecessário se a Azul suportasse o Apple Wallet (diferentemente da TAM que o suporta). Prefiro manter uma captura de tela do cartão de embarque em vez de baixar mais um app e aguentar as muitas notificações e propagandas.

It fails to show your AZUL membership number when you are checking in and then asks for it at the end. Otherwise quite straight forward
Poor layout and it lacks information
The app seems to work well however it lacks more information about tariffs and also, the layout isn’t very intuitive. Too many steps and doesn’t store the information submitted for future bookings.
