Not accurate
Instant weather was always so accurate on fb.. ever since I got the app it’s been wrong every single day. It shows zero chance of rain and cloudy, yet it’s torrential downpours and thundering. All week it’s showed severe risk of thunderstorms, yet we’ve had nothing.
Helpful info but too buggy
I love this app and the potential of it, but unfortunately it’s just way too buggy on an IPhone 17 Pro. The UI is choppy and not smooth, the location doesn’t update or refresh even despite this setting every 1 minute. The widget also does not update at times. This app needs improvements before I come back to it.

Unreliable, spammy and slow
The ads keep getting bigger, slow down the app noticeably and they put up warnings that don’t even exist on weather Canada (recommend you just get that anyways) in an attempt to get you to click because they have monetized everything possible. They falsely advertise the SMS service (paid for) as not needing internet but then only send partial info so you have to tap to go to their ad-infested website to get the rest of the info (which needs internet). So in an outage you can’t get the reliability they claim.
Excellent….except
The app is excellent except for the yellow colour on the location notifications. It’s very hard to read the information.
Slower every update
I’ve been using IW since the Tornado warning in Barrie and enjoyed the app a lot. The improved version of this app unfortunately seems a lot slower than the old. I’ve faithfully updated as every patch has come out hoping it would improve the slowness. Yesterday’s update has made it that literally no weather data loads. Hoping they are able to fix this as the old version of this app before the re-do was a lot better.
Minutes feature seems to be gone
Since the new update, there are times when the current weather displayed is not what’s actually happening there was a big thunderstorm the other day, but your app displayed to me that it was partly cloudy. So tried to find the minutes feature to tell me when the thunderstorm would be over, and the minutes feature that was always more accurate than everything else is now gone. I don’t know that this launch was thoroughly tested for functionality before it was released. UPDATE today is Thursday, June 25 at 11:27 in the evening there lightning occurring in Saint Catherine’s, and there is no indication of this anywhere in the InstantWeather application. The current conditions say that it’s partly cloudy. T storms are on the radar function But it’s not anywhere in the forecast. It’s not in the immediate conditions. instead of the Fancy updates, it would be great to see increases to accuracy. When I open the application. I would like to see that in fact, the application represents the current weather.

Adam and help are always on the job when needed. Always ahead of storms warnings and very accurate!

Was a good app until it stoped working.
Upgrade
I used to use this app all the time. It was my go to. Since the update I hardly use it at all. It feels too busy and confusing now. I can never find what I’m looking for so I close it and go use another app. The older version was much simpler and easy to use. I miss it.
Good app ruined by ads
Its very informative app easy to use. But its slow and laggy due to number of ads. As a result, going around the app is bit of a pain.
