Demands Full Calendar Access
Won't allow you to add a session to your calendar until you allow full access to your calendar, complete with names, ph #s, email addresses & more. HELL NO! Furthermore, should allow you to pull up your full calendar of events, also share. I'm providing this feedback to the vendor who chose to use it for their conference.
Essential but needs personalization
This app is is essential at user conferences, to see all sessions plus the ones I want to attend. However it needs the ability to personalize. For example, adding comments about the connections you make. And add to your schedule, like volunteering during a break.
Meh
Whats the point of an app for an event if I cant share my entire schedule with fellow attendees. Sharing attendance one session at a time for a weeklong event makes using this app a chore. Arent apps supposed to make things smoother, this isnt smooth or efficient. Good thing I dont use apps like this on the daily.
Frequently forgets my event
Had to reload event several times and login to event via a pin refresh go cvents and no event have to resign up

Once downloaded, it is a wonderful tool and easy to move around the tabs.
Hopelessly Useless Slopware
We have to use this app to register for sessions at an annual conference and it is an eternal pain in the rear end. Navigation is terrible, there’s no search function for finding sessions on specific topics, and you can’t filter whether the sessions are full or not which means that you will sign up for sessions only to realise that they are full because someone else signed up for it without you knowing. Oh and if you are a presenter your sessions do not show up in your calendar so the only way to put them on your conference calendar is to sign up for them which takes a spot away from a potential attendee. If I could give this app a negative star review I would.
Keeps me from missing events…
I like that I can switch back and forth between the schedule and what I’ve signed up for and add items to my calendar one at a time, which is still a lot of work. I should be able to sync my entire schedule with my calendar all at once. Maybe add that feature. Also, classes that still have space should allow us to register late online. It says to contact the event registrar. Was there a bulletin board? I missed it.
App doesn’t work properly
I’m attending a work conference and for some reason the home page is blank. After the app update it appeared briefly but it’s gone again. Also, bios are sometimes there sometimes not. I had to update my schedule my conferences twice because they mysteriously disappeared.
Two factor authentication
Absolutely insane that I need to use 2-factor authentication every time I log into this app. This is not a high risk app. There is no sensitive information on it. Make it easy to use.

Full screen media issues
When going to full screen in a live session, the aspect ratio of the video did not allow me to exit full screen on my iPhone 17pro. Because it was outside the frame. It required me to exit the app and go back in and lose my spot
Glitchy experience
Not sure if it’s the tool or the internet access, but it’s glitchy. Running slow. I’ve gotten a “something went wrong” error message a couple of times and some things like using AI to recommend connections doesn’t work. Still working with it to see if it improves but I’ve seen it be glitchy at other conference events. This is the worse I’ve seen so far in using the tool.

Having a hard time adding sessions once I removed a session. I’m not getting a list of sessions that are available

First time at an Elevate conference. It’s been a great experience. Very informative yet not as stuffy as SDPA conferences and I’ve been a member of SDPA for 24 years. Strong work on location as well as speakers.

Improvements
Participants overwhelmingly comment they refuse to leave workshops reviews because they must be logged in. As a result, they share they don’t feel like they can be honest because the comments are not anonymous. Also, participants want to be able to go back to previous days and access presentations and surveys if they forgot to place workshops on their schedule. Too much money has been spent for the app to restrict participants access to information that was paid for through registration and thousands of dollars through travel to attend the conference.
More than one
This app works great but I really wish you could add more than one conference at a time. I have one conference at the end of October and another one at the beginning of November. I can only access one conference at a time so I have to completely log out of the app to go into the other conference. I’m picking sessions for both conferences at the same time so it’s a real pain. Otherwise I would give this app 5 stars but too much work going back and forth so 3 stars for me.

Attendee list
I cannot scroll through the list without starting at ‘A’ - there should be an A - Z alpha listing so one can go to any letter instead of having to start at the beginning. Also should be able to download the attendee list somehow.
Scheduling
I really love how easy it is to use the schedule and select/remove sessions.
Livestreming
Not working - missing the presidents plenary. When you click on “watch livestream” it says already registered and will not take you to the actual livestream.

Can’t log out to enter correct email
I entered the wrong email, so am not viewing the right events. And I didn’t get anything sent to me. I can’t log out or change my email address, so I’m missing out on information that would be really useful.
Profile to landscape capability
The App is accessible and works well however being able to turn my phone to the landscape position to increase the size and breadth of view would be most helpful. Ageing eyes unfortunately.
